I would do your research before using this company. I would rather not have a website than use this companys services again. I believe there are better website/marketing companies out there that would give you a nicer looking, more customized and personalized, modern website versus the more cookie cutter ones that this company provides.I purchased a practice that utilized this company for their website, and was trying to update the Google information so patients would be able to find me. This company controls not only the website, but also the Google SEO and wouldnt release the google information to me despite me owning my company and paying the monthly subscription fee. We contacted this company multiple times to get the google information released and it just never happened. So I put in a cancellation request on 8/31, was automatically charged for $637 on 9/2. They pulled the website down on 9/2. I would think they would grant the courtesy of leaving the website up for the month of September because I paid for their services for the entire month. To me, that screams unscrupulous and unprofessional.

While its nice to have an email to send website change requests to - they are almost NEVER correctly done. You have to call in addition to emailing to ensure your change is done correctly. I would not recommend this site if you are managing the template for a multi-location dental practice. 8 out of the 10 changes were done little attention to detail, with having to call and email. This company is a definite NO if you are managing multiple DENTAL practices.

I have a website through Prosites and ran into a few problems recently. I received an email from a Regina Gallegos stating that the stock photos on my website were copyright violations of her photos. I called Prosite customer service and was helped by Niesha. She pointed out that my photos are from Shutterstock, legal, and not in violation of copyright laws. I also pointed out that a link on my website wasnt connected to the proper webpage. Niesha took care of the problem, and even walked me through what to do to confirm the correction.Niesha was great. We have used prosites for 2 years. It started out as just an ok experience with a mediocre webpage. The experience got exponentially worse and worse. Every few months, more services got cut and the price kept going up. The nail in the coffin was when they tried help better our google SEO. This led to our google business not showing on the google map search for more than 4 months. Every phone call was well we told another person to look into it and they called google and we are waiting for answers. They did not even know how they cause this error. With our office not being searchable there was a 900% decrease in engagement of our google business page.They would send us emails monthly saying that we had 2000% Roi. and so many leads. When we checked the leads on the dashboard, it was all spam and other companies bids for websites.If you are a new modern dental office. I would definitely not recommend prosites.
