Did a great job within the 2 1/2 hr time constraint. Ruby and Eva 39# had quite a task to get the whole 1600 ft house clean in that short of time! We look forward to having them back to clean again soon!

I have used Molly Maid many, many times before for standard clean and moving clean. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. They can be trusted to do more than any expectations you might have without being told. They clean everything you could imagine on even a standard clean. Every blind, every door, every picture, every cobweb, ceiling fans, Knick knacks, wash dishes, make the bed if needed. Everything shines and smells so good and fresh. I’ve never been disappointed or had a single complaint.

I had the pleasure of having Ruby & Eva (Team #39) conduct a move-in clean! They were beyond kind and my daughter and dog even took a liking to them. I would like to give 5 stars to to our cleaning team! (#37). They were professional, friendly, very thorough, and did an excellent job. I would happily have them back to clean our home again!I have to give 4 starts overall to Molly Maids in general as I was misquoted on my service fees. I called the general molly maid number, explained that I wanted a one time deep clean. I was quoted a price and was told it would be a 4 hour service. Upon the technicians arrival they said they would be done in 2 and a half hours. I told them I was quoted for 4 hours. They said they would get started and that I should call the customer service line. I called and they told me that the general answering service I called misquoted me and that if I wanted 4 hours it would be over $100 more than the quote. They proceeded to tell me the answering service tends to misquote customers. I asked them if they would honor my quoted price as that was what I was prepared to pay, and that they should honor it as the answering service is still representing the company and if they are misquoting they need to fix that internally. After a few minutes they met me at a price for 3 hours that I could agree to.I would use them again and recommend them as the quality of work was great. I would just caution you to be extremely careful in your quotes and be sure you know exactly what you are paying for.

We used Molly Maid to clean our new house before we moved in as the previous home owners left it disgusting. Maria and Alex came and busted their butts for four hours and made it look and smell fantastic. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work we received. The company bent over backwards for us as well because we had to change the date of service with the painter taking longer than expected. I can’t thank them enough our move was a total train wreck from the time we left our old place until we moved here and I can say in hindsight molly maids was the best investment we have made prior to moving in. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s moving.

Overall happy with the service provided. Hired Molly Maid for a standard house cleaning. Was quote a decent price and time of service. Stephanie and Cristina (Team 40) arrived within the time window and got straight to work. Very professional. Explained to them I was teleworking, so please hold off on cleaning my office. Not a problem. House is cleaned, especially the bathrooms. I did find a few dust bunnies here and there, but nothing to scream about. Company responded to my queries and answered my questions. Will contact them again when I need service.

Given what is going on around us, I truly appreciated their dedication to protocol. They have temperature checks before they go out each day and are taking many other extra precautions. Aside from this, I liked their attention to details, and check ins during the cleaning to make sure I was getting what I needed. Maria and Ruby were personable and professional.

1st time having my home professionally cleaned. They missed the downstairs bathroom completely, and downstairs bedroom (added after estimate), couches were not vacuumed (have 3 dogs!). They returned a couple days later but at that time my room-mate was not home to unlock bedroom. They seemed willing to fix the issues, but when you pay $388 you would think theyd get it right the first time.

Martha and Alex were my cleaning team. They were here well before time, they were professional, courteous and efficient. I will be using this service again, I would recommend them to any inquiring about a cleaning service. Thank you again Martha and Alex!!!
