This gym has amazing trainers. So caring and filled with knowledge on how to perform the exercises that benefit what you try to achieve. Love the leader board. It is a great way to see where you are at within your age group and it demands you to do your best if you want to get on it. Best part is how the workout sessions start every hour so it works out for everyone. It worked for my schedule. Great for the off season. All in all, its a tremendous gym with great people that are very educated and if Im not too busy, Ill be visiting here on the off season.

Love Redline! Its been a great experience every time I have been in there with my son and daughter. Friendly and professional staff, just a great vibe in the whole place. My son cant wait to go for his workout and basketball trainings. : )

Carlos Benavides (Owner) was very thorough when providing information about the training program during my two sons 1st day of training at RedLine Athletics. The staff is welcoming, and they provide positive motivation. I am impressed with the trainers that focus on providing detailed instruction regarding proper form/mechanics, intensity, drills, and individualized goals that pertain to my sons specific positions played in Pop Warner, and High School football. The price is also affordable, and RedLines hours of operation make it possible for my sons to train as often as they want Monday - Saturday. Having recently moved to Temecula from Carlsbad, my sons are grateful to have RedLine Athletics to meet their training needs.

My Grandson plays baseball. We as grandparents were trying to give him the upper edge. He is a very athletic kid and heard things about Red Line. We went down and check the place out. We were greeted by Colin. Super nice man btw. He had do an evaluation on our Grandson. Told us the areas that he was strong in, and areas in which he could use help. Well he has been going here for 2 months and he absolutely loves it! I swear if it was up to him, he would stay there all day.
