Busy at times (lunch/after work) but hit it during odd hours and youll have everything you need for a very reasonable price. Many different types of equipment, cardio machines, free weights, classes, a pool, and more. Mario and Karen have been very helpful setting up my membership and fitness plans to ensure it fits my needs.

Gym facilities are good. Became member because of pool but pool has been cloudy, smelly and extremely cold. Even shower water smells. Water fitness instructors are great.

The facilities are clean, and the gym itself is good. My issue with them is their membership policies. They charge you a low monthly rate, and then every few months they charge you a low rate assurance fee of about three times your monthly rate, that you of course agreed to in the terms and conditions you signed but didnt read. So its a good gym, but you pay more than you think you do. Beware.

The gym has so many more machines than Planet Fitness but the downside is that its very popular and theres always a whole bunch of people and the gym is always very clean there are many cleaning stations around and I recommend you go at night. They have a yoga room a cycling room a basketball court and Cinema room lastly they have a huge pool and nice lockers. The lockers are connected to the pool so you dont have to walk in front of everyone to get to the pool.

Great gym with lots of space. The theater room is cool and the swimming pool. Tons of equipment and an outdoor area. There is parking at the front and the back.

Some of the equipment is out due to repair and depending what time you go it can get pretty crowed especially since they closed the meadows parkway location. Staff are helpful and the kids area is open so no excuses on not working out lol.

Excellent gym, has everything you need. Even a punching bag. Child care is excellent as well.

This location is super clean on the gym floor & in the locker room, they have a great selection of equipment & classes, and the staff is super friendly and helpful!

My issues are just personal not anything to do with the gym itself. It has a lot of activities, for the first time going to a gym, I didnt really know what to do, or how to work some of the machines so I just stuck to something I knew. Im scared and socially anxious to use some of the things like locker room and pool since I am Trans and have no surgeries idk... maybe like help or pointers would be nice. I also have agoraphobia, overall I think the place is nice. Also please dont assume short people are children... :( Hurts my self esteem.

I been a member for couple years. On February I signed up for Personal Training. They do know how to sweet talk to you about it. I was told I was going to be paying only $19 every two weeks but here I am paying $148 a month. The girl name Kaitie doesn’t want to cancel my PT because of the agreement. But I just want my money back. For the month of February there was 4 different charges in my account. This is very sad about their staff now wanting to help and overcharging. Don’t waste your time going here.

After the horrible experience with the staff at the UFC gym, Im extremely happy with EOS. They were all very professional and honest about pricing.Being a decent human being gies a long way Im this day and age, and Im very glad EOS employs good people.Eos is OPEN and they have everything that the UFC place promised [but never delivered].

This place knows how to sweet talk you into buying into their membership. I cancelled last Jan 2019, and I have still been charged even during covid. This is absolutely insane. Every time, they say I never cancelled. Your staff is incompetent, scummy and lazy. Its a scam! Go to LA Fitness instead! Slightly pricey, but theres none of this hidden stuff!

I was told a incorrect time period of how long I had to cancel my personal training contract. I was made promises that were not true and have come in, and called, to cancel on multiple occasions. Every time I get told they will do so it never gets done and I keep getting charged over and over. It has come in chunks due to lack of billing during covid at times, but this has been a nightmare over the course of a year. I also have gotten multiple mystery charges. I am canceling my membership as a whole. Can’t deal with this unethical company any longer. Btw why do they refuse to send email confirmations of any agreements of cancellation you ask for unless they are hiding something, like the fact they had the conversation at all?

Visiting my brother I called a few local gyms. The few that I spoke to had terrible deals and not so great customer service. When I called EoS I spoke with Brandon Tsutsui who is one of the managers at the temecula pkwy location. Brandon helped me with all the questions that I had. He gave me direct and informative no b.s. answers. He also gave me a great deal on a gym pass that was a fraction of what the other gyms were trying to charge meand made me feel like I mattered as a customer. Customer service doesn’t get any better than that. I hope his company recognizes the asset that this man is. Mr. Tsutsui keeps a clean gym and the vibe in there is very pleasant and easy going. The gym equipment is spaced out outdoor for COVID with everything I need. I’d definitely recommend this gym to anybody in the area and I commend The manager Brandon for his exemplary customer service. Thanks again! 🤙

I had to leave California for the first 5 months last year for a family emergency in NY. There are no EOS fitness locations in Western NY. my monthly dues (charges made to my account) continued Jan thru March and the COVID closures stopped the charges. While I was away I had to replace my credit card (same one monthly charges for gym use were being charged to)The charges started back up however I was not going to the gym and forgot that I had replaced my card. When I called the Temecula gym to cancel my account they told me that I would have to pay for Sept and October and an initiation fee before they would agree to close my account. I explained to the manager that I had been out of state and that I had continued to pay my use charge (19.99) for those three months even though I had no access to the facility and asked them to waive the charges for Sept and October because I felt that they had 3 months of payments that I had made when I couldn’t even use the facility. They denied my request but did waive the initiation fee if I agreed to pay for the months of Sept and Oct. and a prorated amount for Nov. and told me that my financial obligation to the gym was satisfied. I paid what they had asked for only to find out a week later I discovered that they charged my account the initiation anyway and I had to call back and have those charges re-imbursed. I have since found out that they continued to charge my account the 19.99 for December and January 2021. Whatever happened to the business practice where the customer is always right. EOS fitness is just another business out to get your money regardless. I will pass on to all my friends and associates that if they are looking for a gym to look elsewhere where the customer is the priority!!

I am absolutely blown away by the lack of concern for the customer displayed by the management at this eos. As a result of the covid freeze my private training was magically unfrozen when I was extremely specific about never wanting that when I first signed up. I tried for over a month to receive help getting these additional charges stopped ($43 at least 2x a week) and was totally blown off. Finally they told me they could close my account for an additional $150+!!! I cannot believe they would charge a customer over $400 in fees they did not agree too whatsoever and then tell them they have to pay moreIn order to solve their issue. I will NEVER be going back to this gym again and if you care about customer support and your bank account I recommend you stay far away from eos as well.

Like a lot of people here, we were charged membership fees during covid shutdowns. Also, continued to charge after we canceled and now wont cancel until all the fees are paid! The fees that happened AFTER we canceled and during a time they were closed! This is beyond ridiculous as we canceled TWICE now and we continue to be charged!ABC finance is the devil to work with and despite calls and emails - we are getting nowhere!Run dont walk!

Very poor handling of fees during Covid. Made promises that we could cancel personal training as we are high risk and do not want to continue. They demanded payment for several months the gym was closed and wouldn’t allow us to cancel. They recently gave us one exit fee then transferred us to another person and they added more fees!! They charged our card for both fees which was not explained to us very well and are unreasonable! This isn’t professional and though we liked the facilities I would never recommend using their gym and services to anyone in the future!

Over billing, harassing phone calls and unwillingness to cancel our memberships even though the contract is month to month! We cannot use the gym in our area and have canceled- yet their billing service, ABC Financial calls daily with threats of collection action. How can this be when we had canceled prior to this period of time? They still call daily even though we have explained numerous times. During Covid-19! EOS Fitness Management needs to chill out and stop stealing from the public. Dont sign up! Youll loose money to this company almost guaranteed!

I’ve been a member of a lot of gyms. They’ve ranged in price from $10-45 per month. This is a high quality gym that somehow happens to be $10 per month. The only downside is how crowded it can get, but you are more likely to find that at their price point (to be fair, the most expensive gym I was a member of got very busy). They have lots of equipment so even if your first choice was occupied, you should be able to find something else to work on. It’s well maintained and clean, especially considering how much traffic comes through. The staff is very pleasant and knows me by name. Great place to work out.

I love going to EoS. Its a very clean and everyone is super friendly. I often go early in the morning and Jackie always greets me and lets me know I can do it. Even if all I want to do is climb right back into bed. Thanks Jackie! And everyone else at the Temecula Parkway club!

Was never there. Maps is starting to put you places you are never at.

I go 3 times a week around 5am.. bathrooms need help and the cleaning of the sauna. There has been a peace of trash for more then a week under the rock heater. Ugh. Charged me for a towel I know was returned. On a good note. Its a nice gym. I enjoy it. The front desk guys are friendly when I check in. Not super busy at the time I go. Needs a tanning bed though. Overall its worth the money.

Good place. Cheapest solution to those who want a gym with a pool. Good service and clean. Only down side is over crowding during the evening hours and they are still kind of tiny but supposedly they are expanding the facility soon. But they are just as good as 24 hour fitness for half the price or less.

Amazing experience! Zac the operations manager is amazing . I had an issue with my membership and he got to the bottom of it and took care of it for us ! Amazing customer service. Gym is great! So much equipment and plenty of space to accomplish goals in the gym.

Just started going...so far so good...they run a good ship (I go at night around 2am). The atmosphere is chill but I do have one gripe. I cant go everyday...hmm, go figure...Ill be going tonight to blow a gasket, again. 😆

I Love my new gym! I use to go to a different gym across town but I moved so it was time to find a new and more convenient gym. I was extremly nervous in the beginning because this gym is HUGE and a bit off putting at first but everyone makes you feel super welcome. The trainers are all very nice. The childcare is phenomenal, clean and lots for the kids to do. My daughter is never bored. They also are open from 8am-8pm no breaks so these are great hours for anyone who has to tote the little one along with them to the gym. Lots of machines, a swimming pool, steam room, towel service and truly anything you would want in a gym, state of the art facility and a wide array of classes. Check it out for yourself and Im sure you wont be disappointed.

This gym is very nice but unfortunately they do bad business when it comes to billing! They never explain to you any of the other shady fees involving your membership, they charge you one additional month if you want to cancel! they charge you $99.00 if you want to downgrade your membership! They they charge you an additional month if you want to cancel the guess privileges at any time! And the worst is that when you call to ask about your bill they are extremely rude and unprofessional! I would give them -10 stars but unfortunately google don’t allow it! DON’T GO TO THIS GYM!

Clean, modern, and extremely well equipped in both machine and amenity perspectivesStaff is friendly, courteous and professional.Facility is clean, and comes in at (from my gym experience) about 8/10 cleanliness level. More attention could be paid to the showers, but other than that, floors are polished and CLEAN, machines are fresh and clean, and locker rooms are well kept !Lastly: Finally a gym that doesnt hound you with phone calls and lengthy (sometimes pointless) facility tours the second you express interest in becoming a member! A casual and low pressure approach to recruiting you as a member!

Nice gym with a good variety of cardio and weight lifting equipment. On busy mornings the cardio equipment fills up along with the free weight racks and other equipment forcing me to switch my routine. It seems to take a while to get equipment repaired as well.

Great clean environment and very helpful sales reps. Brandon set me up on a personal trainer with Joey and its all been great so far

Most comprehensive review youre going to find: I would give 4 stars but given how incredible this gym is compared to all others, it absolutely deserves 5 stars. Cons: Lack of consistent professionalism from staff. The locker rooms (at least mens) are not well maintained. The insides of lockers are frequently filled with a lot of dirt and the showers are disgusting, as you share shower water with the person next to you!! There are only partial dividers and no water mats in the showers like there are just outside of them. Makes no sense. Pros: Too many to list and thats why Im giving 5 stars. Cinema room, advanced training equipment, outdoor training, facility size, equipment selection etc. It cant be beat. I drive past the LA fitness to go to EOS every day and its worth the extra time and gas... by far!

All I have to say is Mo will get you right. You have body goals you want to achieve shell help you. She takes her time making you a workout program & if needed or wanted a meal plan. Follow that & youll be poppin !Shes understanding, but shell push you. The best part is that she wants to see you meet your own goal & she loves it when youve made progress. Thats my bih. Horrible handling of membership during the pandemic. Continued to charge monthly and annual fees despite the gym not being open. They make it a hassle to cancel and then you still get charged. Bad business.

I am very weak and in no way could handle any machines in this fabulous place. Right now I use the pool and Im looking forward to building my strength. Right now, I am the baby bird in the house. But not for long. Zoomba here I come.Very cool staff.

Came here early in the morning to workout with my best friend and I really liked the place. Good amenities and the machines were clean. The dry sauna is where its at for post workouts.

Not a fan. Classes are way too full. One double door in and out of the group exercise room so you have 40+ people trying to go out the door while 40+ people are pushing to get in to get a good spot on the floor. Also right near the door is the exercise equipment. Thankfully that has an entrance and exit but everyone goes in and out of both entrances and it gets really hectic. I cancelled my membership because of this. Ill find a gym that isnt so crowded.

My wife and I joined the Gym upon opening ... It has everything we both needed, but it was a Hot Summer and the Air-Conditioning barely cooled the place. I spoke to several associates, but to no avail. We decided to try the New La Fitness after a month or so ... That was a disappointing experience, they only had 100 lb. dumbbells and the place stunk from the new floors ... So we decided to come back to EOS in October and, Surprise, Surprise, they have a new Outdoors Area where one can work out in the fresh air!!! We are both Loving It!!! Also, the Staff is Very Friendly and Helpful, unlike LA Fitness ...

I really like this gym. I go early in the morning or after 7pm and Ive never had a bad encounter. I wish they had an extra cardio room for individuals not participating in a class but thats minor.

I REALLY want to like EoS fitness. I really do. The gym itself is great. The staff is great. The kids club is great. The outdoor area is great. The gym isnt full of dude bros. And if these were the only things I cared about at the gym, I would give it 5 stars hands down.Unfortunately, the water from the pool/showers is one of the most foul smelling things Ive ever encountered in my life. If you swim, or shower, then dry yourself off, your towel will contain this nauseating smell that permeates the towel even after washing. Its so bad that I have dedicated a sole towel in my house to bring to EoS, and I dont mix it in with other towels. And since swimming is my absolute favorite thing to do at the gym, and showering has typically been something Ive done at the gym after working out, it makes it really hard to come work out here as I can absolutely not shower here, and after swimming I immediately come home and shower in my own house.If theyre able to work out whatever is making their water absolutely reek, and fix it, EoS gets 5 stars - but I doubt anyone will read this, and I will probably end up trying another gym, which is really, really unfortunate :(

Worst experience of my life. If you sign up for personal training they will continue to take your money long after you request to cancel your training. Also, instead of helping you, the management staff will treat with disrespect and disdain, while lying through their teeth about stopping the billing and refunding your money. The only way to stop these snakes from stealing your money is to go through your bank. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this establishment and their malicious staff.

I think this place is great. Plenty of equipment, clean bathrooms, really friendly staff. Cardio theater is very spacious. Towel service is a bit wonky but it has to do with the scanners and not really anyone’s fault. Sign up!

This last week Ive been training to leave for basic training, and wasnt making much progress until Kris, a personal trainer approached me and offered to help train me. So this last week Kris has been pushing me and motivating me to do and be better, and leaving now thanks to Kris training I feel confident and prepared to go.

Gym is clean and they’re really quick to fix equipment that’s broken. However, the classes during rush hour are a giant headache. They use every single 5-15 lb dumbbell and kettlebell in the building, then take up a giant space near the front. I get that classes are offered, but they should really have their own space and designated weights. Hands down the worst thing about the gym.

This is the gym. Could have built a better basketball court whenthey had the room to do so. But everything and more than you need here

Dont know why they have a few flat only benches by the dumbells.. All the benches should be adjustable . During peak times hard to find incline bench but flat benches are available and not in use.. Hopefully they can trade thier flat benches for some incline/flat adjustable ones .. However staff is super friendly

The place look great,equipment verity of number of dumbbells, out door trinning its unseen..but the dud (Jacob) who was try to help me sign in he is nothing but Liar, low class, bad attitude,his customer services suck...all that happen after when I realize he was liying by saying there is no annual fee every year, I had to turn it down my signing and leave

The newest Eos in the area but same results only positive opened 24hrs probably more over crowded than the Murrieta location. This location has a pool other than that same ol Eos.
