I had EIGHT HDDs that had crashed over the years and had them in boxes that I finally decided I needed to have the information retrieved from. Id been putting it off since at least 2007. Based off Tims Google ratings, I went with his service, and I was not left disappointed. Tim recovered so much data that I never thought Id see again from family photos to papers Id written. I feel like Tim gave me back a huge chunk of my life. For all the work he did, his prices were outstanding, and I highly recommend his work regardless if its one or multiple devices. He is a master of his profession and Im grateful for his work and knowledge.

Tim is great human! I had an issue with a very old hard drive from an old tower PC. I suspected the hard drive was holding lots of photos from my younger days and when I wasnt successful at retrieving them myself, I gave Tim a call. He met with me at his office the same day and assured me he would try his best for a very fair price. The next day he called and to my delight had over a thousand pictures ready for me to pick up. As someone else said, I hope I dont need to use his services again, but if I do need to Im glad hes around!

So Im pretty good at backing up our data. Unfortunately, we had a catastrophic failure when backing up from one external hard drive to the next. Numerous searches online had me hesitant to buy some software and see if it would work. I called Tim on Memorial Day and he answered his business phone. Amazing, he agreed to come in early the next day to try and help us. I was worried about the price because I had about 225 GB of photos over 8 years when the transfer stopped working and froze everything. Tim had some fancy equipment along with an extensive knowledge base. Later that day, we had our data recovered and can sleep in peace. My recommendation is back up your stuff often in different locations and when something bad happens, give Tim a call! He saved our memories for a reasonable fee...

I dropped an external hard drive and couldnt retrieve 2TB+ worth of data. I called Tim. He was very professional and explained his entire process to me. He was able to retrieve 99.9% of my data and I am grateful. I would definitely recommend this business.

I would like to Give Tim (10 STARTS) **********I had my Aegis Fortress external drive crash and stopped working.It was frustrating since I had 15 years worth of information on external drive. I contacted company and was told that unfortunately I would need to find someone to do data recovery. I contacted a company in Irvine and was told I could come in and bring external drive but that I would have to wait to see if the right person was in the office to diagnose issue. I also called another company in Temecula and was told that I could drop off the drive and it would be 2-3 months before anyone could review and diagnose the drive. Then I contacted 2 other companies to no avail. I finally found Tim with Data Retrieval, when I called, he answered right away. I explained my issue and he right away told me to bring him the external drive. The next day I took drive to Tim and it took a few hours before I received a call by Tim explaining what the issues were with the external drive and what it would take since it was also encrypted. I then 2 days later took him another external drive to copy all of the retrieved data (2TB-3TB) from the faulty external drive. It took about a day to copy all my data onto the new external drive. I received a call and was EXTREMELY HAPPY with the prompt service and knowledge of Tim to recover my info. I will be grateful forever. He also told me that I should try to keep 2-3 copies just in case of any future issues as they tend to happen. I will go back to Tim with any future issues. His prices are VERY reasonable and worth paying to recover all of your data.
