Jim was knowledgeable about Mac computer and gave honest info. The whole staff was very friendly.

Honest Business. If You have a Mac that needs repair do not take it anywhere else but here. I took my iMac here thinking I needed the power supply replaced. Dave called me to bring it in and he would check it out at no cost to me and let me know what it needed. Dave called me a couple hours after drop off to let me know everything was working properly and nothing needed to be replaced. Thank you Dave for your honesty.

I just found a review on my account saying that this business repair my iMAC and it is running as new. I have never owned an iMAC in my life.and I deleted the review right away, I should have taken a picture. Now I remember I did have this person repair an Computer, which he charged me but the same problem persisted. I Never took the time to fight with this person but finding this untrue review made me think that while repairing my computer he made a self comment. THIS IS SCARY but scary. BE AWARE

So my late 2009 iMac had been slowly dying for a while (had coaxed it along w/ every trick in the book for 1.5 yrs). Dave diagnosed the machine in stepwise fashion, finally realizing the mother-board was going. So he suggested & quickly got a 2011 unit with SSD (Solid State Drive). Still have some quirks with the Ethernet, but Dave did all he could to run that down. And this iMac is maybe 3-4 times faster than my old one! Within a decent budget for 2.5 Ghz processors & a separate, upgraded video card- why it runs so much better & faster. Nice Job & thanks!
