Top to Bottom Detailing did an amazing job on my brand new Forester! As my first new car ever, I wanted to get Paint Protection Film to protect the front paint (as I live on a dirt road and drive to a lot of harsh climates) as well as get all my windows and sunroof tinted. The film is flawless and they even included the door edges and handle cups (great for protecting against nails and rings). The tint is perfect and Justin did a great job helping me pick how dark to go. They communicated how long it would take wonderfully and when I came to pick it up they had even cleaned it and had it shining better than when I got it from the dealer. They also threw in a set of car washing towels and let me know what each one was specifically for. I will be recommending them to everyone I know, and I will definitely be coming back for any detailing needs, as well as tint/film for my other cars!

I got the Ceramic Pro Silver + coating package and am very happy with the results. Drop off was quick and easy in the morning, and I got my car back the next day without hassle. Jason went over the car with me before and after the service to make sure everything was good to go before I left. They even vacuumed and lightly cleaned the interior for free! My car is a 2021 and only a month off the lot, but it has never looked better. When I ran my fingers over the hood, I immediately felt the difference and was really impressed. Jason and the team at Top to Bottom Detailing did an incredible job on my 4Runner. I got a paint correction and a ceramic pro silver coating. They were able to buff out some of the swirl marks and surface-level paint issues before applying the ceramic. I went in for an estimate last week and right away I could tell Jason was fair and honest. He didnt try to oversell me on anything or talk me into a more expensive package that my car didnt need.At the initial estimate, Jason told me to go ahead and order custom touch-up paint from Dr. Color Chip, which I did. I I wound up dropping off my car the following week, along with the touch-up paint Id purchased. They kept it for a few days and treated my ride like a king. When I picked it up yesterday, I was shocked: a three-year-old vehicle that I bought at CarMax looked like it belonged at the LA Auto Show. The finish is gorgeous and you can tell that the team is passionate about cars and takes incredible pride in their work.Jason went over the car with me at pick-up, walked me through their warranty, and talked about after-care options.While its not required, you can tip the team on your credit card when you check out. Been coming here for several years now. So when I purchased my new Tesla Model Y there was no question where I was going to have it protected and detailed. Wow! That was my first impression when I picked up my car. It was actually sparkling from a distance because the sun was shining on it. The back trim was no longer the dull black color from the many years of sun exposure. Instead, it was the color I first rolled off the car lot with, when I first purchased it. The inside was meticulously wiped down and the carpet smelled and felt so clean! Lastly, I couldn’t believe it, but all the outside scratches on my door handles were gone. I’m not exaggerating when I say my newly detailed car was given a facelift that was truly noticeable. Jason and his crew did a truly exceptional job bringing my five-year old car back to life. My truck got speckled with stucco and some cement as a contractor failed to inform me that he would be doing sandblasting on one of our company buildings. Unfortunately, my truck got this debris all on the back of my tailgate. This detailing company came to the rescue and made my truck better than when I first purchased it from the dealer brand new in 2018! I shopped for 3 days and contacted about a half a dozen detailing business. I found they are a dime to a dozen until I talked to Jason Sims, owner of Top to Bottom Detailing. Jason spent a lot of time explaining, in detail, about three different levels of cleaning. This gave me the opportunity to pick what was best for my automobile. The more Jason talked, the more I could tell he and his business is a honest business. I also liked, they are not a fly by night business. Jason has been in business since 2009.

Top to Bottom did a terrific job on my dirty ranch truck. Jason and his crew were great. My truck looks almost like when I first got it. Although we had done regular, at home washes of the truck, there was dog hair and dirt stains that we thought would never come out. Well, Jason’s crew worked really hard to get it all cleaned up. The truck looks great!

Top to Bottom ceramic coated and tinted the windows on our black 2020 Mazda CX-5. The paint looks absolutely beautiful, and deep. The metallic flake pops out in the sun light and shimmers better than it did when we took it off the lot last week.We wanted the windows dark, and the tint Jason applied is working great on keeping the interior cool. My other cars are black as well with dark tint, but are very hot inside on hot days. UNETHICAL.Explanation from detailer: The boat took longer and took up more spaces.The boat didn’t grow they knew the size and quoted appropriately.Yes they do a good job, but jack up the price secretively.

After reading all the great reviews of Top 2 Bottom, my Wife said let’s give this company a chance. I called, talked with Jason and set up an appointment time for him to see my truck and give me a quote.Jason came across as very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We agreed to drop it off so he would have it for a full day. The paint on my truck had mild oxidation from being parked on the street for years, the black plastic had turned grey and the paint felt rough.The next afternoon we went back to pick it up, it looked like a new truck. The paint was smooth to the touch and polished to a nice shine. The plastic piece were black again and stood out against the polished white paint.The engine bay looked clean, definitely a huge improvement. Top2Bottom is PHENOMENAL! Took the 06 Scion here and Mr. Jason and his team transformed her into a beauty! So then we took the 19 Corolla for the ceramic detail and tinting, and WOW! Not only a definite difference but the dealership wanted to charge an extreme amount for half of the work and using an inferior product. This family is extremely pleased with the service, pricing, and detail (no pun intended). PS... new addition to the family peed on a seat and Mr. Jason worked his magic, no more puppy smell!

My truck was in really bad shape after rodents had made their way into the engine and then, devastatingly, inside the cab. Jason was able to remove that awful smell, and even removed every seat, and metal base, cleaning ALL tracks and crevices! I am thrilled to have a clean interior!!! I brought in my (new to me) used car because it smelled faintly like smoke from the previous owner. I tried everything to get the smell out myself, then finally decided I needed a professional interior detail. Jason and his crew steam cleaned all of the upholstery, washed the headliner material, ran a special air purifying machine inside for a couple hours, and even took out the gross old cabin filter (dealership told me they had just replaced it... not the case, it was black). Top to Bottom took their time on my car, and worked with great care and precision. I couldn’t be Happier, worth every penny!!

I brought my Nissan Sentra in to get a simple detail yesterday and I am so happy to say that I received WAY more than I was expecting for a detail. I saw Jasons work on a car at Cars & Coffee in San Clemente, so I made an appointment for him to look at the paint on my Fiesta ST. He was terrific. He spent over an half-hour discussing the options for attacking my cars paint problems. When I said that I thought Temecula was just too far from my home in San Clemente, he gave me the name of a friend of his in Mission Viejo. I would say to anyone that needs paint restoration or detailing that Jason is your man.

I have a 2015 Honda Civic and since I got it I haven’t been able to maintain it clean since I have a one year old that likes to throw his snacks and bottle of milk everywhere. Personalized attention is what you will receive with Top to Bottom Detailing in Temecula, CA. They return calls and messages, and answers all questions. I was impressed with the knowledge they have with many types of cars. I wanted the seats removed and the tracks cleaned, and they were able to do this. Not many detailers will remove seats to clean. I also had the air filters changed (I advised everyone to change the air filters in their cars). My VW looks and smells new again. Over all my car got the 5 star treatment from a professional crew with a pleasing attitude.
