I have nothing but good things to say about this storage facility. We have been customers here over 5 years and the Staff is top notch. Ashley goes above and beyond to help anytime I have a question or have to make a payment. She remembers my name when I call and always take time to ask how my day is going or how my family is. The personalized service is one of the many reasons we stay! The rates are better then what all my friends are paying and I recommend this business whenever asked about storage in the area. Ashley is truly a gem and they are lucky to have her there managing things!

The managers at American Mini Storage in Temecula are always very friendly and helpful every time I need to access my unit. They also seem to have lower prices than many of the other facilities near by. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Nestled by the freeway with a new warehouse as a neighbor makes it that much better.

I visited a few places before picking this place. The managers were super nice. While the guy took me to see the unit I wanted to rent, the lady in the office filled out the paperwork. When we got back all i had to do was write in my info, sign and pay. The entire process was easy and the managers were able to answer all the questions I had too. My unit was clean and ready to move in the same day and I even got a free lock!!

Excellent Management! Weve stored our personal and household belingings at American Mini Storage since last July and could not be happier. Marcus and Ashley are awesome! They are always pleasant, friendly, and kind. Its a pleasure working with them. The units stay dry (even in the worst storms) and are rodent and pest free. The prices are reasonable too.

Nice place to store some goods

Units are old. Prices keep going up and up and up. Ceilings so cheap and/or thin and poorly built that spills from unit above us keep coming through and onto our stuff below. Leather sofa ruined by something sticky that dripped through ceiling. Short gate hours too. And the staff is NOSY!! They want to know why youre there, and claim they need to inspect your unit for electricity and water theft!! (Which is illegal) I saw the male staff member telling a young woman you cant be here! Youve already been here once today!
