There to take everyones 40 bucks then says u can use it on other properties yeah right Im yet to get a call back from these ppl I had to keep calling and asking the status of our application but of course we were supposably denied bit continued seeing it for rent two weeks after the facts these little property management companys over charge on deposits I steer away from them and take all of our 40 dollars as a loss

These guys are fantastic! They are professional, thorough, and always available. They literally saved me when I had issues with my apartment and helped solve them before we even had a contract. I would recommend it to anyone and am a huge fan of their services.

Sara Miller is VERY unprofessional and very rude with handling this situation or any situation for us. This management company is a joke and has been a nightmare for us since day one! So HOA gave us a notice for a 4ft by 4ft skate ramp on the side of our house so we complied and removed it. So today we get a email from Sara saying we are being fined $250 dollars from voit management for not removing the skate ramp and they are adding it to our rent. Here’s what Sara says when I called, you never removed the ramp (she was very rude ) and I said yes we did months ago so I’m not sure why we are being fined. She then says that these two plastic 12” by 12” bikes jumps that go in the street that my kids play on everyday and get put away everyday in our shed is what they are fining me for. The picture she sent us was during the middle of the day when my kids just stopped playing with them and she just happen to drive by and they were outside. I then asked so the 4 foot by 4 foot skate ramp I could of kept and these 12” bike jumps had to go and rudely again told me I needed to get ahold of the HOA when I rent threw them (utopia management). So once again The moral of the story is Sarah Miller has been handling this situation and has been handling it TERRIBLE! We complied with everything they have asked and we are being bullied into paying $250 from utopia management for there mistake they (Utopia management) made and voit management. We will NEVER rent again after this from utopia management for the way that Sarah Miller has handled everything.

Property management is impossible to get a hold of. Tenant concerns are completely blown off and not taken into consideration at all. Good tenants are treated very poorly!

Renters- be VERY careful when working with Utopia Management. We were considered wonderful tenants who took great care of the property but somehow ended up losing more than half of our security deposit. They manipulate their relationship - being casual and informal in person- and then use every loop hole in the lease to get money from you once they walk away. Hold them accountable to for every nic, scratch and mark and document everything- no matter what they tell or how nice they seem.
