Horrible service I never seen anything like it. The office is never open. And I do understand COVID-19 but case worker should at least answer the phone. I been trying to speak to someone for a month since I applied. Every time I call the customer service line they only tell your what’s on the website. It’s frustrating when you are I need of assistance and you can’t get any type of feed back. If any one read this please tell me where I can go or who I could talk too. I have a son in need of medical assistance. And I’m new to the area. Please help because I can’t get help from this office.
