The most frustrating service I have ever used. It’s impossible to speak to anyone and when you do they are not much help.

This is my local post office. Im in there every day because I sell online. Great great service, always a smile, very helpful, they work hard. Never had a bad experience. Bill us so funny, Tracy is wonderful, Lisa always goes the extra mile. Joe is so efficient and helpful. Canmot say enough of how wonderful they all are.Sandra B12.4.20

Please add a negative to my one star.!I just left the Tavares postmasters office. I was there to complain about the discrimination and bulling I experienced at the counter from the clerk.This post office has a reputation for rudeness and poor service. After meeting with the postmaster I can honestly say that the problems that customers experience at this office, are the top down variety.She was polite enough at our meeting, and apologized for her staffs behavior, but also made an excuse for the bad behavior; he is at the counter all day and his isnt good at making small talk.But the truth is I didnt engage him with small talk, he made comments to me about the return address and to whom I was mailing a letter. NONE OF HIS BUSINESS ON BOTH COUNTS! And then said I guess I will mail it for you, as if he was doing me a favor.It really makes you wonder just how far this bigotry can, and will go.I will resist changing my pattern of where I go to post the mail.

Had two packages from separate retailers that were marked as delivered to parcel box by USPS on the same date on tracking but I never received them. I confirmed my address was correct but I assume they delivered to wrong address or box. I hope I haven’t missed any other deliveries as we have been receiving lots of gifts for our baby on the way. Never had this problem before and I hope USPS will fix this and ensure it doesn’t happen again as I order a lot of things and can not afford to lose packages.

THIS IS RANA METZ .WELL, I DISAGREE!! IT ONLY TAKES ON APPLE TO SPOIL THE BUNCH. I WAS TREATED SOO POORLY BY A EMPLOYEE NAMED BILL K. I WAS TOTALLY HUMILIATED, INSULTED AND EMBARRASSED. IN FRONT OF EVERYONE IN THE POST OFFICE, I WAS YELLED AT AND CHASTISED. I WAS MAILING AN ENVELOPE THAT HE WEIGHED AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS TOO HIGH. HE THEN SAID IF YOU DONT HAVE THE MONEY LADY I WILL PAY FOR IT.YOU DONT HAVE THE MONEY? I HAD A BOX TO MAIL AS WELL, CLEARLY I HAD MONEY. I GRABBED MY STUFF AND SAID I WILL GO TO ANOTHER POST OFFICE AND HE SAID YOU DO THAT LADY. WELL IN ADDITION TO THIS, I WENT TO MOUNT DORA (AS A BUSINESS OWNER) IS WHERE I NORMALLY WENT, THE ENVELOPE COST ONLY .55 TO MAIL INSTEAD OF .77. HE EVEN OVER CHARED ME!! DID HE FORGET I PAY HIS SALARY??? HATE TO PUT IT THAT WAY, BUT THIS WAS TOTALLY OUT OF LINE. I HOPE HE WAS REPRIMANDED! I AM FOLLOWING UP ON THIS SITUATION!!

Ripped open my INSURED PACKAGE.Admitted it. EMPTYWILL NOT PAY FOR $50 INSURANCEBECAUSE I DONT HAVE A RECEIPT FOR CONTENTS.I did not BUY contents. I OWN IT. MANY YEARS. WHY THE HELL WOULD I HAVE A RECEIPT?

They staff were very helpful in locating my lost package. It was done in a timely manner and everyone was very professional

Bill at the post office is one of the most unhappy people I’ve ever encountered. He rolls his eyes at customers, he makes faces and acts irritated when they need help, and he told me I need to go back to where I came from, while he stays here in Florida. I’m so tired of having to deal with his terrible attitude.

One of the worst post offices. Mail carrier has messed up on deliveries several times, all they say is they can try to look for it . Some packages have been found at other houses and some I have taken a lose on, and get told there is nothing they can do about it . Staff at front desk can be very sarcastic as well .

Lisa is a gem. Quick, competent, conscientious.

Catherine and other employees at the Tavares Post Office are always quick to answer the phone and assist with any difficulties that we may be having with mail.Today we had a mishap with our mail that was on our end and the workers at the post office were helpful to get the errors corrected right away. Thank you all for your willingness to help

The Woman that was helping me was very rude. I didn’t get my package earlier and I told her that I did not receive it(cause on the tracking it said failed delivery). She made a big deal and when I told her that I just now got an update from my co worker that it has been shipped. She didn’t say have a nice day she just said Bye!! She does not have good customer service. I wish I could never deal with this post office ever again.

Pitiful. They have phone off the hook so it has continued to ring busy. 800 number wont give you a human. They are not serving the public like they should be. Will have to write our elected officials. This P.O needs to be investagated.They arent telling the truth.

Horrible post office!!!!!!!!!! Say they tried to make a delivery, when they do not even have the package on the truck. I know this because I get notified when they try and make a delivery (supposedly) but I can go straight to the post office and my package is there. I live on a dirt road so they do not want to drive down. I think everyone should call cooperate and complain on this post office.

This post office has some of the nicest employees Ive met in this area. Ill never go back to the Eustis post office and their angry/mean workers again. I went to Tavares to drop off a package and I was in and out in less than a minute. Id still be standing in line 10 minutes later if I went to Eustis.

Worst customer service. Bad attitude. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. Don’t make everyone around you miserable. Absolutely horrible.

I hate this post office and lack of service and consideration. The post man does not use the mailbox. Instead he insists on dumping the mail through a hole in my screen. I have reported this several times with no positive results. I am getting my mail late and as a result am paying bills late. I just visited the post office with no results. They would not provide a contact or phone to report this further.

If my normal lady isn’t working I don’t receive any mail. I have no clue why. I call and tell them they tell me oh I’ll have to courier come back out if there’s some. That’s a joke!! I’m curious to WHY this happens.
