I hired a limo for 5 hours it was great service I paid a good amount of money and it was just great I LOVED IT !!!

This is the best hands down limo and transport company I have ever used and I have used many and will continue to use this service. Very honest,courteous, and clean and professional. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICEWe reserved a car ( with Paul) to go to the airport the week before our trip. We called the Tavares location. He took all our information including our credit card and gave us a confirmation number. The morning of our trip we waited for the car. When it was not here at the specified time we called. A man answered half asleep and we asked about the reservation. He put us on hold then came back and asked for the confirmation number. He couldn’t find it. Then he asked for our name etc. Still nothing. We told him that Paul made the reservation and he said “oh yea that’s my brother”. He offered no resolution. Finally we said “ now what”. He said “well I could send a car but it would be a while and then you’d miss your flight”We had to try to make alternate plans. As a result we missed our flight (we were with our eight year old granddaughter who then missed a critical appointment). We had to rebook our flight, pay again of course which was not until 8 hours later that day. This company is awful. They cost us a fortune not to mention the incredible inconvenience.Now I have to spend more time getting our money back from them for the original reservation. We asked the guy that answered to have Paul give us a call. That never happened. Bad customer service all around. Awful!!!! Don’t use them. If We could rate zero stars we would.
