Telemedicine worked for me.The Gavin’s correctly diagnosed my problem by phone, recommended I see my ENT for wax removal before any adjustments were made to my aids. Adjustment took a couple of days by mail but they have it down pat. I will be back.Richard K

As someone who is reticent about going to health care professionals, the level of care that I receive from Gavin Audiology startles me. Of family business members, I have met Dr. Sharon Gavin and now have worked for several months with her daughter, Dr. Chelsea Gavin Lowery. I can’t imagine another practice providing this level of care. From the onset Dr. Lowery evaluated my condition and made recommendations regarding my best options. She is not only thoroughly versed in the particulars of tinnitus, Dr. Lowery has a broad knowledge of hearing aids, technology and the various manufacturers. From dealing with years of struggle with this issue, I found myself practically in tears after my first hearing aid fitting noticing sounds I had long ago lost. As Dr. Lowery explained, the transition to hearing aid use has taken a number of months of visits and fine adjustments. With each appointment Dr. Lowery has shown a deep caring and commitment to my health. Having also spoken with Dr. Gavin and experiencing her warmth and concern for patients I am not surprised by her daughter’s gift for caring. Gavin Audiology sets their bar of service at a height I have rarely ever seen.
Made an appointment via phone, they told me my insurance was active and it will cover my visit. The day of the appointment they had me wait 1 hr just to tell me I will need to pay because the insurance was not going to cover the visit. Very unprofessional place.
