The service rep was excellent and offered a solution to my repair issue. I was given a time frame and cost estimate upfront. I ended up using a different vendor due to having a prior relationship with them. All in all, Id say this was a good spot for repairs or buying phone accessories.

Good work done Fast. Had a screen detaching from the phone. Fixed it with no visible residue from the adhesive.

2nd Time Ive gone there in a year to check/repair an old Iphone6. Dont want to replace yet and deal with hassle of new phone. He took the phone told me to call in 2 hours. When I did I was told it was fixed. Port and associated panel replaced. 38 Bucks. Great Value. Would recommend every time. (He also checked battery and let me know his opinion on how much life it has left- enough to not have to deal with a new phone for another year at least)

WORST experience DO NOT GO HERE. they sold me a broken screen. stopped working within 2 days of me getting it. I was out of town and was not able to immediately get it fixed so when I was able to 2 weeks later there was a little tiny crack which happened after it stopped working and they blamed that as the reason it didnt work . I explained to them that it happened before and I was out of town and they said too bad. sold me broken screen then wanted me to pay full price for them to fix it again. Terrible customer service.

I brought a phone in that had stopped working. They charged me $140 to replace a screen and an earpiece - neither of which needed to be replaced. The phone still didnt work, after the repair had been made. Refunds were all refused, ad the person working was not wearing any PPE, despite recent Covid spikes in the area.

I had a problem with my HP PC and brought it to iFIX4u. Took a few days and its been now 6 months, still working as it should.The price was reasonable, so no complaints there.I just brought a 12 tablet which was not working to the shop.Called them up, told me to pick it up with also a reasonable repair price.Im happy with the service and prices.

These guys were great. They were very easy to work with and gave me a few discounts on simple stuff, like the one Im doing now. Leave a comment on Google and they will throw a free screen protector in. Definitely coming back for any electronic device needs or fixes.They have a huge assortment of phone cases as well.

Terrible service. They sold me a $140 dollar screen that was defective from the start, but wouldn’t replace it because there was a scratch on it. It’s a GRADE A glass screen which scratches almost immediately due to the cheap material it’s made of. Better off going to Apple an fixing it for $20 dollars more. They’ll do it right and they’ll give you a real screen.The manager above all was rude and unwilling to talk to me.

First time going there today, to fix my wifes water damaged iPhone 6s. Doan diagnosed the problem as a broken (water damaged) screen that would no longer turn on and had it replaced in under 1 hour. I was quite impressed with the quick service. My wife is happy to have her phone back.

I went to this local store to see how much they would replace my cracked iPhone 6 screen and add tempered glass. The man (Doan) working there was prompt and helpful, told me the price and how long it would take, and 30 minutes later, everything was complete. Service was very good and I highly recommend this store.

Terrible service and a poor excuse for a small business. I went to have my iPhone’s screen repaired (store bought, never opened before) and the technician completely bungled the repair job. S/he ended up damaging the internal components when the only problem was the screen itself.S/he apparently called the manager and wanted me to wait so that the problem could be ‘repaired’. I was told that it would be a one hour wait and if I had waited for the manager, It would’ve ended up being almost four hours.In the end, I had my iPhone repaired but I cannot recommend this store due to it’s unprofessional and unskilled staff that can make the original problem worse than it already is.If I could make a recommendation, you’re better off going to Apple itself or Flushing, Queens, so that professionals, and not greedy merchants, can fix your iPhone without making the problem worse.

I cant imagine a better experience. I went in, hoping to extract the contents of a hard drive of a ruined computer. Will confirmed that the computer was ruined (fine by me - it was very old) but was able to access the hard drive, amazingly. He took it out and then showed me how to hook it up to my MacBook Air and copy over the files. He charged me next to nothing (something I always appreciate, especially since you just have to trust folks at their word - he said he didnt spend much time on it, so he didnt want to charge me much. That says a ton about the stores integrity!). Thank you!!

The guy Will who works here did not tell me the replacement screen was not genuine Apple parts or that I had options for different replacement screen quality. He put a cheap screen that is darker than my original phone, then wanted to charge me in order to put my broken old screen back on. Rip off!

Great Experience at the store, was able to get a new phone that i ordered within 3 days. The guy at the store, also helped me get a new case along with a protector for my phone.

Fixed my S5 in under 45 minutes and looks brand new. Phone looks brand new and prices were affordable. Way cheaper than buying a brand new phone from Verizon.

A joke. Brought phone in today and man behind the counter picked it up and said $240. I said what?? He then said oh yours is an iPhone 6 Plus not 6s plus, will be $140, I said too much, He then said $130. Now all this without even diagnosing the problem. He looked at the phone for 2 seconds. I said goodbye and went to other place in Tarrytown where the phone was fixed for $100. My thoughts are with these reviews the place wont last long. Go elsewhere and avoid the games. These guys should be selling used cars not fixing phones

******* DONT GO HERE ************my son went into this store on tuesday aug 25th.he brought his phone in to get the glass changed. he dropped it off. they replaced the glass and covered the front facing camera in something other than UV glue. it was all over the speaker and the screen was burned because it was under the lamp drying out for too long.while he was in the store a man was asking about a prepaid sim card. the employee brushed the guy off because he didnt speak english. then when he left he made fun of him to my son.my son had to go back to the store because the buttons wouldnt work correctly. they horrible repair person broke the sensor on the button and wanted my son to pay. the repair guy said hed fix it, so my son left it.while he was there 2 other customers complained about the repairs done to their phone. my son just listened. he heard more lies from this guy.-the repair guy said i was out to lunch and couldnt get it fixed yet. (he just told his friend on the phone he didnt get lunch yet)-the customer said when will it be done-the repair guy said the screen doesnt work and he needed to order a new one.-the customer asked him what is wrong with the screen-the repair guy said i dont know i have to take it apart.-the customer asked isnt it already apart.-the repair guy said uh yeah but i put it back together with the new screen.-the customer asked why did u put it back together if it didnt work.?-the repair guy says i dont know i was testing it to see if it booted up.-the customer asked why wouldnt his phone boot up.-the repair guy said i dont know why its not booting up im just replacing the screen.-the customer said it worked when i brought it in here.-the repair guy asked ARE YOU SURE?the other customer watched as this unfolded and asked when his phone would be ready the answer was oh yeah i was going to call you after i got lunch but i havent gone to lunch yet. i have a bunch of phones to fix before yours. the previous customer saw this and said you just told me you ate lunch.THESE guys are not repair SPECIALISTS... THEY ARE SCAMMERS and they deserve to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!my sons phone still didnt work and we just got him a new one. and added insurance.Take my word. dont go HERE. I wish more people would complain.
