Matt and Calvin do a great job. They have worked hard to get more SUV’s and the cars are clean and ready to go on upon pickup. They work hard and are dedicated employees. I rent from this location almost weekly and the guys always make sure I have a vehicle to meet my needs. I would be up the creek without this location. The location is well run by Calvin and Matt and they are really friendly and do their best each and every time I need a rental even if it’s at the last minute.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is convenient. The issue was the car was not cleaned, very dirty including mud paw prints in the rear. I would think in the age of covid the most important thing would be cleanliness. Hertz used to be the gold standard in rentals, sadly this is not the case currently.

This place is falsely advertised, I was charged extra fees last minute and had no choice but to pay them. The car itself was also not clean. I recommend renting from any other place at all costs, this Hertz is horrible.

The place was closed before the time allotted to me for picking up the car. I ended up having to call multiple times to cancel the vehicle and hiring a car from a rival company.

Pros: great location and no crowed cons: rude employee (feb,3,2020 8am) told me you are all set but did not close my contract until late. Charged me 2 extra days(so be careful). have rented from here before but last experience brings bad reputation to hertz. Dont go here if you are in rush this place is slow as hell.

Received excellent service, I would rent here again. Prompt pick up and drop of from the train station and the car was clean and the model I had selected. No issues at all. Some of the bad reviews have to do there only being one staff member at this location. This is true and due to the fact it is a relatively small Hertz operation. You may have to wait a bit or call back if the attendant isnt at the desk, but this wasnt an issue for me.

The desk was manned by one person who was still dropping another customer off at the start of my appointment. I waited half an hour past my scheduled pick-up time. The number left at the counter connected me to a neighboring office, who, after my second call, could only inform me that the desk attendant was en route but hadnt asked him what his ETA to my location was, which really would have been nice considering I had been on time and he was beyond late.

Got a great deal on a reservation but ended up with a much bigger, nicer car, for an unbelievable deal. It may have just been the circumstances, a one-off thing, but Ill definitely check this location next time. Staffed by one person, so some waits involved.

A pretty quick process to get you in and out of a car.

Staff bounces between locations, so chances of someone being there when you are scheduled to pick up your rental are very slim. Thankfully, you can leave keys with the hotel front desk. Completely unprofessional.

Rebecca gave me worst customer service customer she made me come out to Tarrytown from Brooklyn & didnt get car. Made me Weight my time & late for work. I ask for a pick from the metro north pick me up later had to call 3 time to let them know Im at the train station I call when I was on the train. I will never call this Hertz again. Waited 1.10 min, after confirming a reservations twice by phone. Also requested no white or red card, guess what I got One Hour later? Worst service EVER
