Waited 45 mins to swap out a bad cable box. 6 people came and went while they were still trying to figure out how to swap a box out. I was late to work because of it. Also I work from home and had internet installed at my new home a few months ago. The tech didn’t know what they were doing cause I kept getting connection issue so they sent another tech out to fix all the first ones mistakes. I’ve missed 4 days of work in 2 months because of them and they won’t credit you anything. Almost a $1000 lost because of them. This is one of the worst companies ever as far as caring and taking care of their customers. I would avoid them at all costs if you can.

Unfortunately I need reliable Internet for work and at least 2 times per week, I would lose Internet connection and had to switch to my backup Internet service provider. Then my backup became my primary, then I realized that I no longer need Spectrum as my backup, as I can switch to my cell service, which is also more reliable.

Spectrum will raise your amount due monthly without notice. We went from $44.99 for internet to $79.99. When I cancelled, the woman I spoke with assured me that we did not have any spectrum equipment and that I would not be billed again. She was wrong and I was billed the full amount again due to her error. I was told by the customer representative when I called, were sorry that she was working with bad information but the billing has been finalized and there is nothing anyone can do about that.Then, we had two unannounced visits from spectrum at our home. Thw first was a guy looking to get the equipment we were assured that we did not have previously. The second visit was at 8:26pm at night and was a guy looking to talk to us about who we switched to and why. A business showing up unannounced is already absolutely unacceptable but when I have to get out of bed to handle a spectrum guy at night who shows up unannounced, it makes me furious and feels like harassment.We used spectrum for two years. They were never able to spell my name right on the hundreds of spam mail soliciting more money from me. I feel like about $5 a month paid was spent to be spammed relentlessly via postage and materials.Absolutely ridiculous.

The worst store ever. My husband and I went here twice to try to pay off our phones- we have been locked out of our accounts because we dropped internet, and the cellphone plan went way up. We understood that when we signed up. However, the store could have just told us to call 611 first to do it instead of wasting our time waiting TWICE. And don’t even get me started with the Spectrum call center. Don’t waste your time or money with the cell service. We travel for work and the service SUCKS outside of Florida.

Just need to return a router after canceling service. Been waiting 20 minutes and two people have been served. 4 still to go. Apparently this is Spectrum’s way of punishing you for leaving, and making sure you’ll never be a customer again.The DMV is a far better experience.

This location needs to train staff on its cellular service. I got instruction from the countryside mall location and went to this store. The reps were clueless and then my dad went the following day and they lied to him and said he couldnt transfer a number from att because it was reserved.

Just came here to simply drop off equipment. Experience would have been fine had the rep not tried repeatedly to get me to buy mobile phone service. I had to keep saying I didnt need it, and he persisted and persisted until it became very unpleasant. Im fine hearing about a service, but when I have to say no thank you five times, then it turns into feeling harassed.

To bad their staff are quite personable, service is better than average and tech support is most helpful. I was able to return my box but when I asked why my cable bill had gone up $90 in the last 6 months with no change in service, I was told to contact Customer Service. I thought I was at Customer Service! Then the agent attempted to get me to switch cell phone plans. If my home service wasnt safe from unreasonable price increases, I doubt the cell service would be safe. They just wanted to sell me something else, not caring about the $240/mo Im already spending.

Spectrum line was out the door. They only want to sell you cell phone services. Could care less about any issues u have. If the employees would do their job and help with service instead of selling their phone service it would be a better experience. No one in the line to the door was happy.

Service faded and went blank to much. Price is way to much and they nickel and dime you. Asked Wednesday to turn off service Sunday, they turned it off Wednesday within 15 minutes of call. We called them to ask why, they flipped the switch and charged us an additional 190.0 0. We are now cable free and still get to watch all of our shows. Cable will be extinct very soon.

I went in fearing the worst based on the reviews, but could not have been more surprised. I was greeted promptly and the woman at the counter understood my issue immediately. I was able to quickly exchange my cable box and was on my way with instructions on how to activate it. The whole process took less than five minutes. The woman I dealt with was very polite and friendly. Great customer service.

Horrible. Trinity has people waiting out the door, no parking and people sitting on the floor. Tarpon is just as bad. Now I am in Brooksville. Huge lines and wait here too, but at least they have places to park and sit. This company has the absolute worst customer service - worse than anything I have ever experienced. Phone wait is over 45 minutes. They need to hire more employees and train existing ones. I strongly advise against doing business with Spectrum.

More specifically, an older lady with a name that starts with P (Patsy?) was very kind and helped me in a matter of minutes. Best part of all was there was no attempt in convincing me for any plans.

Been waiting 30 minutes at Tarpon Springs Spectrum store.11 people in line when I arrived. 3 have been helped. 13 people currently in line, including those behind me. 2 people working. The lady who just left was at the window the entire 30 minutes so far. Mostly elderly customers, some with canes, ...forced to stand in the line that never moves. Makes Disney lines seem enjoyable. Its like this every time I come here. Shame on Spectrum for treating customers so poorly. The staff, both of them, seem nice. This is just a horribly run storefront.

Overpriced and unreliable service. Not Bright house any more. Now they want to charge for after service was shut off and equipment returned. They raised my bills every month and I had more service losses by far than in the past. I am happy I left.

Before we added Spectrum to our Boat we were relatively satisfied with Spectrum... much preferred Brighthouse! This past week has been a nightmare from HELL with Spectrum. This is what happens when a large company grows to fast... the incompetence is absolutely ASTOUNDING and the Tarpon Springs Branch... has probably the slowest customer service reps Ive ever experienced in my life. BUYER BEWARE its not all it states it is cracked up to be.

The internet worked fine but they changed my subscription without notice and when I cancelled and changed to Frontier for faster speed and and less monthly cost, they said I still have to pay the new subscription fee even though I was only a few days into the new billing period, so I am paying for nothing. Not very good customer service.

You can pay your bill, sign up or change your services, and exchange equipment here if your having problems with any of your Spectrum devices. One stop for all your Spectrum needs.

Nasty people work here. Long lines because they only ever have 2 people working. Theyll take breaks with a line out the door and leave 1 person to deal with you. You get junk refurbished equipment. Spectrum runs a typical monopolistic business. I have horrible signal issues after 4 service calls and 3 modem exchanges in less than a month. But hey, dont be late paying them....you get great attention if that happens.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service since bright house went to spectrum. I had Bright House for awhile and they actually cared and I never had a single customer service issue, they were always helpful. It’s as though Spectrum doesn’t care if they are your provider or not. Would give 0 stars if I could. It’s a shame I’m reviewing on their customer service rather than the product they supply, because their poor customer service way overshadows the product. Would switch if I could.

I have walked away yet again from spectrum. I truly thought I wanted cable but I didnt watch cable at all after getting it. So I went to the store to get just internet and they wanted $79.00 a month just for internet. So the guy behind the counter with an accent said I can save you money. Well he didnt infact it was the same. So I informed him that I could go to frontier and get just internet for $40.00 a month. So in two weeks time I got frontier internet. And it is so much faster than spectrum. I will never go back to spectrum

They Jack your price when the promo period is up and then when you cancel they say, if you come back after 30 days you can get the promo again really, why would I tear down all my equipment and then have you come back in 30 days. Why dont you simply give good pricing to established customers. Switched to Frontier with better package and faster internet for $50 less a month! And, no, they dont have promo pricing!

Busy place! Got there early only one agent available but the wait was short. My issue took a bit of time and some customers were inpatient. Wael, the agent on duty remained calm and was both courteous and professional, addressing those in line and assured them there was another agent coming on duty soon to help them. Our overall experience went as expected and Wael provided excellent customer service throughout. Way to go Wael!

I really want to hate these guys but I cant right now. I went in to drop off my TV box and just go with internet service. (No regrets btw) The rep at the counter suggested I add a landline to save 10 bucks a month! I did that and hooked up an old VoIP phone I had in the junk box. I couldnt get a dial tone so I called customer service and they discovered the number hadnt been released from an internal account so he gave me a new number which fixed the problem. I also called a week later about strengthening my wifi signal. Both calls were handled quickly and professionally. I am actually happy with my cable company right now.

I am not a fan. Example. One if their reps called me after i discontinued cable service offering me a complete package for 79$. The very next day i receive a mailing ad for complete package for $39. Tired of their games. TV not that important to me. Plus there are other options now. Why is cable the only utility that you have to pay for what you dont use?????
