They installed new custom shower glass for me. I am very happy with their work...They were very knowledgeable about the products and detailed on the install. Its rare to get this kind of service. I can highly recommend them.

I never knew purchasing mirrors would be so difficult. This industry keeps “bankers hours” Monday - Friday 9-5. This company does too, but compared to their competitors, they are efficient, friendly, and want to ensure their customers are happy. Strongly recommend!

We were very pleased with the people in the showroom, very professional. The young lady in the showroom sold us on their shower doors, she was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We just had a good feeling with her.The install guys were just as professional on the day of install. They both were very polite and knowledgeable of what their part of the job was.

Worst place to get glass from. Youll get scratched pieces sent out without caring. Jobs done halfassed and just guys that have no clue what they are doing. Worst customer service on top of it.

Stopped in after an employee at a local big box store said this is where to go for a replacement mirror. They know their stuff at this store. Specialize in mirrors and glass. Nice shower and bath options. They also were knowledgeable about proper care and cleaning of the product.

The owner is a very honest human being.. I can’t say that for the few employees he has working for his company ex cons and druggies... I had a guy named dean fix my shower and water leaks all through the inside of the shower to the outside of the doors... now I gotta replace the Sheetrock on other side

I‘ve used PPG&M for about 20 years. Always skilled and efficient over the years. My recent window replacement was very different. They insisted on measuring the window - no problem, but please call en route. Two men show up at the back window and scare the stuffing out of my spouse - no call en route.The day of the install, again after requesting a call en route, the installer shows up, no call. He removes a cracked window pane (4’ x 4’) and then realizes he doesn’t have the glass to replace it. I’d swear I heard him tell their office that something went wrong in cutting what he brought, but he just told us he needed to return to the shop for the glass. He said he didn’t know where it was. I told him his shop was about 13 minutes north on US19. He was already looking it up on his phone and corrected me - 14 minutes.The installer was gone for near two hours, leaving our air con lofting into the back yard. Not a huge deal to this point. When I get home I find that two of the four trim pieces are missing and the two he did install are fairly mangled. 1/2 of the window is just bare glass and globbed silicone caulk. Not too concerned. I’ll just call in the morning and let them know.When I call in the morning, a woman “explains” it all too me. Costs extra to replace the trim correctly and the installer did his job. I tried to tell her the previous three or four windows they did for me did not go this way. I was never offered a quote on the job itself, much less replacing the trim that was ruined. The best I could get was an offer to sell me new trim so I could fix it myself. I tried and there is so much silicone on the outside of the window, the trim cannot be installed. If I try to cut out the silicone, I will surely crack the glass.So, either I just let the window look like heck or call another company to come and fix it. I’m in $200 for the glass, plus $38 for the trim. Might want to look into replacing the whole window. All I wanted was to fix a cracked window. I’m going 3 stars only because I have to assume they don’t always treat their customers so poorly.

I was in the process of moving and had accidently broken a glass shelf in my china cabinet. I called Home Depot and they dont cut glass, I go to Lowes and they dont have the correct thickness....So I get referred to Pinellas Pasco Glass & Mirror and they did an outstanding job. They advised that it would take up to 3-5 days and my glass was done in 2. The piece fit back into my shelf like it was the original and looks like it was never even replaced. If anyone has any glass whether standard or custom needs, please go see Pinellas Pasco Glass & Mirror. Great customer service, speedy glass cutting and very fair affordable pricing. Will be taking all my glass replacement needs to them!

There is a collin kapernick jersey stapled to the floor in front of the entry door so everyone has to walk on it. its your prerogative to state your political views but i dont like being forced into it with you. also the counter person started out by telling me how many ways they couldnt help me instead of helping find solutions. i suppose if your just ordering a shower door you will never step foot in the store front but we all vote everyday with our wallets and i think its important for people to realize the company they are dealing with. it may not matter to you they have his jersey stapled to the floor but to the others that it offends, take your wallet and vote elsewhere. im not usually the snowflake type but i was offended by the jersey stapled to the floor, i dont find it amusing and am taken aback at their boldness to make such a statement in a public setting. business must be good to alienate a portion of your customers.

I had them come out and measure for hurricane windows 12 days ago and have heard nothing. A few days ago I went to the office and the women at the desk had no record of my estimate but said she would check and email me or call me. Days later nothing. Very concerned.
