Not only is the management excellent, but the intelligence and caring of the staff is very apparent. Its encouraging to see that people actually care about the quality of work they perform.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We sold our home and shipped about 50 boxes across country with the help of this store. A bunch of these were oversized and the store packed them for us. I needed single sided black and white paper copies and this store was less money than other places like staples and office depot. More than 100 copies and its less at 13 cents per copy. Alex was very helpful. I will return for more copies

Literally this team is ON IT!!!! I called and need fast turnaround on signs for a business need. This is the nicest, most efficient ups store that I have been in. It is always clean. Even when there is a line of people, the staff stays friendly and focused. Today Matthew and David were at the front counter. I had a very large package in my car. I planned to ask one of them to help me when my turn came up but Rebecca came from behind them to ask if she could help me. She came out to my car and helped me bring in the box. Matthew scanned my Amazon code, printed my receipt and explained the other services the store offers. Every time I come to this store I am impressed but today was exceptionally good for me, so I felt I should say something. Great team!

This is probably the best operated UPS store I have ever been to. I recently mailed a high value item and Amanda was beyond helpful. She packed my camera up, didnt rush me, made sure it was shipped out on time. I can honestly say this employee is beyond amazing. Stellar service, pleasant, efficient and is the kind of person you would want working for you and with you. I had originally tried to mail my item a week earlier and Candace was going to help me, but I was not able to make it in that day. I came in last night with a lot of returns, it was close to closing time and I was helped by Serena, she helped me find all of my return codes and she’s an amazing conversationalist. I’m glad it wasn’t busy last night because I must’ve spent close to an hour in there just talking to her! I believe she’s an intern or a trainee but I think she’s doing very well, it was a pleasure meeting her and doing business with her!

I came in with a complicated return and Alexa was there to greet me and really turned this not so fun errand into a pleasant experience. She provided me with the highest customer service. Will return to this location in the future.

Ok first off, this place isn’t USPS in that you’re not going to see the usual grumpy faces that seemingly every post office has. Perhaps they’re overtired or overworked, but not here. Not one, BUT EVERY staff member of this UPS store location is EXTREMELY friendly and always kind to lend a hand. In case you’re unaware, UPS stores are able to handle all of your postage needs including shipping internationally, printing needs, PO Boxes, and notary services to name a few. It’s in a super convenient location right next to Publix, petco, and TJ Maxx, so you literally can do all of your shopping needs while you’re here. Couldn’t have been a busier shipping day for Christmas gifts, and the UPS system computers went down. It was like the perfect storm for Amanda, working there, to get upset with everyone and everything, but instead, she jumped in to try to help everyone.I come to find out that they have the same owner as the Palm Harbor UPS store, and they are tied for 1st place in service ! My experience at this ups store was the best experience so far. Amanda the ast. manager was super helpful and took the time to show me the best way to return items from amazon prime . I am not very phone savy but she was very patient with me .The owner Rebecca was very genuine and both were very productive and helpful . I would say just the overall atmosphere is just wonderful . Which is much appreciated because returning or sending packages can be frustrating .

Also another scenario just yesterday I walked in and Alex n Candacer had an unusual problem . @ service dogs were in the store n one suppositely atta cted the other dog one very elderly women n one middle aged . the middle aged women was very irate n abusive towards the frail elderly women . They both handled this bad situation extremely well n diffused this asbest as possible with me n other customers coming in . I think all 3 employees at UPS need to be noticed for outstanding work!

Just walked in and observed two employees going over what seemed to be a problem with printers.Said good morning twice and got no response.Stood at the counter with my packages and the employees completely ignored us.Waited one more minute and still no response.The employees just kept discussing printer problem like we did not exist.Decided to pay the higher price at the Post office.Will not be back.
