Excellent customer service and cell phone service...(especially when dealing with Anna). She is professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and honest..with regards to what needs to be done to get your service back up and running again. Im happy to say that Anna found a quick & simple fix on my phone..and I was out of there within 5 minutes. I purchased my phone there almost 4 years ago, and its still running strong!

I took my ipod in after it went into the pool and the charger no longer worked. The odds of fixing it werent great. Everything was carefully explained. The repair technical does a good job. The owner is personable and friendly. The manager is really great and customer service focused. The cashier / receptionist is not so good. I gave three stars because they are very slow. I have sat and waited a very long time to be waited on. I met other customers who have waited crazy amounts of times.

This shop has stolen my device after I paid for it and 2 months later I still have not been able to contact anyone regarding my device. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I echo the others with Liar and Cheats at the front desk. They have no integrity, are bait and switch artists who will take as much as they think they can get out of you and make up prices on the fly. I called the night before and spoke to the lady with a east European accent, it was for a Galaxy Note Edge with the curved screen, she looked it up and told me it would be $179. I thought that was a little high, but maybe worth fixing it. When I went in the store the next day I handed her the phone and asked her what the price would be. She went on her computer and looked up the price of the material (curved glass), and you could see she hesitated while she made up a higher price....uhhhh.. the price will be.... $141 for the glass, and then itll be another $80 for labor. It will take 3 to 5 days to get the glass in, but then the glass right will go right on fast! $221!? I said I spoke to you last night (same voice same accent) and you told me it was $179 At that point she was caught in her own lie, and tonight it was her that I spoke to the previous night. She said goodbye,I am done talking to you By the way, replacement glass is available online for $29 and if the glass goes right on, its certainly not worth $80 in labor. Beware this business!

This place is great. It has everything from the latest cell phones. They have great prices. You stay connected. Theyve got very professional professional people working here. Very helpful, ana is great and it works in the front. She knows what shes doing, shes honest, hes helpful and believe me she will explain everything to you because I have had to have things explained to me, Ive gone in there 3 times a week, just because sometimes I just dont remember how to do stuff on my phone, but shes so helpful and if she doesnt have something she will order it for you. I took my phone here and got my Galaxy S6 screen repaired today, the service was great my technician Adrian was really nice and helpful. He told me how much it would be before I even got there how long it would take. Adrian also informed me that they do screen repair on TVs, laptops, tablets, iPads, etc. thats good to know. Definitely will use them for any future needs.

What can I say Chris is so professional behind the counter and the manager J.V. makes sure you are 100% satisfied. They are Awesome. Icant say enough except when in doubt dont throw it out just let them fix it. If you have a water damage or cracked phone these guys are the ones to go to. When I broke the screen on my iphone 6 plus, it was imperative that I get it fixed ASAP as I am a business owner and most of my clients bypass calling the office and contact me through texts, emails and calls to my cell. Through word of mouth, I found out about this place and was a little hesitant as the drive for me was about an hour. I have to say…it was well worth it. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the store was well maintained and clean and the price was better than any other (trust me, I did my research). They had me in and out in no time! Excellent service. First time customer, very happy with the repair on my cell phone.

It appeared OK at first. I sent them my phone to get fixed, they replaced the broken screen on my phone, however, after spending close to $300 getting my battery fixed and the screen repaired they refused to fix the burnt corner they created on my new screen. They instead wanted to charge $100 more to fix it, so they can outsource the phone. Ive had many phones repaired by these people and usually had zero problems, but it appears now the new management its under is a very poor one at best at handling their customers. I would recommend some other place to have your phone repaired highly... unless you want empty pockets and a still messed up phone.

I came here as a last resort to get my data off my broken phone. Anna was friendly and so great. She got all my info off the broken phone onto my new phone and it only took a couple hours. Im so thankful I found this place and will definitely come back if I have any issues in the future

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! I brought my phone in to get the screen fixed and I was told my part would be in, in 3 days. After SEVEN DAYS of waiting I finally called them to find out that my part had NOT even been ordered!!!!!! I was told to wait a few more days and they would give me a call. After waiting SEVEN more days I finally had it and decided to call again. They told my my part was in, and that I could bring my phone in to be fixed. After 5 hours of waiting my phone screen was finally fixed, HORRIBLY I may say. Glue all over side of screen. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!

I am very pleased with my experience at Cell Phone Repair, the back glass of my Samsung Galaxy S6 was cracked and instead of filing a ridiculously expensive insurance claim I took it down to Tarpon where Kenny Rodriguez was more than happy to help me without any headache at all whatsoever! I was in and out of the store with my lifeline looking brand new within 20 minutes! I couldnt have left feeling any more satisfied than I was with their phone repairing abilities as well as their friendly yet professional customer service!

Came highly recommended by friends, I thought Id give them a shot despite how far from me they are. Did not disappoint! My teenage daughters screen cracked and she was obviously devastated. They took care of it within an hour. Unfortunately, they had received a bad batch of screens; it didnt quite sit properly and was lifting. I brought it back and they replaced it. Adrian even threw in a protective screen for the inconvenience! Customer service is unbeatable!

I brought in my shattered Galaxy S5 to Unlimited Wireless 2 weeks ago and needed it fixed right away. They got it done in no time, and the price was right! They did such a good job, I brought in an older iPhone 5s the next day with a shattered glass and that, too, was done well and the price was great, too!

My phone had water damage, so I took it in to get it checked out. They gave me an estimate of 3 days, but then it ended up taking 3 and half weeks. I was pretty patient and went in once each week to see what was up. Usually it was something along the lines of well were still working on it... They couldnt fix the phone, which perhaps isnt their fault. Bought a used Samsung from them and its constantly giving me trouble. Obviously other people had a good experience. I, for one, couldnt recommend them.

Went in to get my camera lens adjusted. They fixed it for free under warranty. Very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

I had a good repair of an Amazon Kindle even if it took a bit longer. The Staff is friendly and knowledgable and they will go the extra step to solve the problem or part defect so go visit them soon.

This place is nothing but a rip off. They would not sell me a 5 dollar part. Then they wanted 50 bucks for a 10 minute repair. Ill order the part from ebay for 5 dollars and fix it myself. Thanks for nothing.

This process is a giant pain in the ass..and Chris from boost mobile cellphone repair made it painless and as quick as this process can be done. he actually knew what he was doing and didnt have to ask 3 other people. i was with this boost mobile and ended up with Att&t and then cricket and both were a mistake...glad to be back!

I left my phone here for repair on June 3rd and didnt get it back until July 2nd. My charger port was fixed but it had some aesthetic damage to a part that had nothing to do with the repair. I would not recommend them...EVER!!!!!

Worst experience ever it took two weeks to get my screen replaced. They ordered the wrong one at first and never once thought to notify me. Then once two weeks go by I call back again to be told my phone was done but they lost the number to contact me at. On top of it all they use cheap replacements and do a sloppy job, this cheap screen broke after weeks. Save your time.and.money and go.elsewhere.

BAD BUSINESS! VERY SHADY! DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY! Recently brought my phone to them for screen repair after dropping it. It was fixed same day but to my disappointment was very poorly done. Liquid glue was left around the entire phone and I was given a 10$ discount to the repair because there was a bubble at the top of the screen. when I asked about the glue they said I could scrap it off. Three days later my phone developed 4 large air bubbles around the sides of the screen. Also when putting my protective case back on the screen cracked at the very edge because the glass had lifted off the phone. My phone had never had that issue before with that case. Now once I returned to take advantage of the warranty they told me it would cost another 50$ to repair the product they warranty. I refused to pay because I feel it was the poor job they did that caused the issues. After the desk guy went back to check about other costs he said it would not be warranted at all.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Horrible place. dont go there it is a ripp off. I replaced my iphone screen and paid them $100. the put me incompatible aftermarket screen, phone is turning mute during calls, types 4-5 letters at once while texting, even found a dent without any physical impact.called them. they didnt honor the warranty they said they have for the screen even though they agreed that the screen they put in may be faulty or a bad egg like what they said . I will never go there again.

Brought my phone in this morning @10am, been in business with them for years with all my phones, they told me (Derek) is his name, and they said it would be done by 3, 4 the latest, had a friend go get it around 5:30 to get it and he left at 6:30, terrible service and i called 5 times and they ignored every single one.. i will no longer contribute my phones or money too boostmobile after that experience.. Thats just wrong!!! it took 8 hours to fix a cracked screen.
