We rented 2 boats at an affordable rate and received great customer service from the young man that helped us with the reservation and then helped us getting on the boats as well. The same can be said for the man that operates the forklift, too bad I dont remember their names.One suggestion is that if clients arrive on time then the clock should start when we get on the boat, not when we check in.

Recently got a groupon for an 8 hour pontoon boat rental. It was amazing!! Spent the island hoping. Absolutely amazing!! They charge for gas but it cost more to fill my cars gas tank then it did to fill the boat!! Loved it!! Would do it again in a heartbeat.

We had some guest in town and wanted to take them out for a day at the Anclote sandbar so we called Belle Boat Rentals at Belle Harbor Marina. When we showed up we did the paperwork quickly and they had us on the pontoon boat in no time. It was a great day on the water and the boat ran perfectly. The staff was helpful and it was a great experience.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Purchased a groupon months ago, reservation got rescheduled due to weather then we had to wait due to COVID. Looked forward to our reservation today, called to confirm yesterday and Trevor was exceptionally rude. They lost our reservation. He told us to reschedule, again... Why would I want to schedule another reservation to get lost??? Trevor said What do you want me to do about it, kick other people off the boat?! Emailed the company, no response. Emailed groupon, awaiting a full refund. Rude, horrible employees who dont care about their customers.

If you really want to have a great time while visiting Tarpon Springs rent a boat from these folks. I had guest in town and we decided it would be fun to cruse the river and have lunch in Tarpon Springs. The folks at Belle Harbour were great and the boat ran great

Went here to rent a pontoon. Was about the most unhelpful staff I have ever come across. Tried to negotiate 2 pontoons for a slight discount. Not peak season, 3 guys just sitting around, smoking and drinking, wanting nothing to do with us. Then they didnt even do same day rentals. Seriously? What a terribly run business. Walked out and went to Ancelote Village Marina where we got a 20% discount and treated us awesome.

A few years ago I rented a small 20 something foot Sea Ray from Belle Harbor, Merl was top notch, staff was very helpful and the boat ran great. Sadly, the boat didnt have a working radio or bimini but the entire day was fun none the less.

I just wanted to spend a day on the water with friends with as little problems as possible. We showed up at the dock and the pontoon boat was ready to go. The day went with no hitches and the staff was helpful in getting us loaded and unloaded. Thanks Belle Harbour
