I was very disappointed with the service of the previous florist which I found out was not a florist shop in Taos at all but was an online service.So I ordered from where my daughter got her flora arrangement, Enchanted.This is an emotional time where my mom will soon lose her husband, my stepfather to ailments of old age. With a forecast of just days to live, I wanted to fill my parent’s home with flowers for a wonderful occasion, their Anniversary of 30 years in this monthof September.I thank enchanted for their compassion in making delivery the same day of my order. Businesses like these need to be kept in business and supported by the community they serve.May we all find the comfort and support we need to cope and get through these difficult times. The Bible calls death an Enemy and was never an option presented. It was a choice our early parents made. I have found jw.org to be a powerful tool of comfort and I know you will too.

Put together something for me today for my grandma and delivered. I asked for certain colors and some fragrance. The delivery was available the same day, and the actual arrangement was even prettier than the already beautiful online photos. We planned our wedding from a state away, and it was all done via email and over the phone. I was worried to start, but shouldnt have been. Carly was amazing and was able to take a few photos and a color scheme and produce stunning arrangements that made our big day even better! The best part is they lasted all week and every morning we woke up to a house full of flowers that reminded us of our ceremony. We hated to toss them out when it was time to come home! I placed my order over the phone and felt supported throughout the entire transaction; the owner even suggested adding a mylar balloon to the bouquet, and I appreciated that she suggested it without any pressure to purchase it. After I ordered online, I immediately received a call from an employee. There was a problem with the delivery address and I’m in Ohio so I appreciated the immediate call. After getting the correct mailing address, I called back and they took care of everything from there. Highly recommend just from this experience and the customer service! I needed to send flowers to my SIL and BIL, new residents of Taos, and I like using an independent florist in the town/city. Service was great and timely.

While the flowers seem fresh, the overall quality and presentation of the bouquet was not worth $85 plus $14 delivery. It would have been more worthwhile to drive to Santa Fe and pick up flowers from Trader Joes or get a comparable quality bouquet at Smiths. I will not bring my business here again.

Wow the quality has gone down recently! I used to order flowers for my mother-in-law from them for all the holidays and I would tell them how much I wanted to spend (usually $70) and they would deliver a stunning bouquet. Not this time. This time for $70 they delivered a lame bouquet that looks cheap. I will order from Buds next time. Very disappointing.
