I am a customer whose hearing aid went dead during vacation out of town. Returned to work with a week full of meetings and conferences, with only one working aid. Unable to contact office by phone, email or chat room. Phone message says regular hours starting at 8:00 a.m....Still nothing but answering machine on my latest attempt at 10:30. The audiologist are wonderful and professional. The office management makes you wish there were another provider in town. I am currently looking out of town for another group.On further review, this communication issue appeared to be related to malfunction of telephone answering system. Still frustrating but subsequently resolved.
