Ive been here a few times with the elderly lady I assist. Ive found the workers are very helpful. The other day the elderly lady went inside to return keys to a cargo van she had rented. When she came out, she said the young man at the desk had been so friendly and helpful to her. Good work!

Currently walled-in by road construction, Hinds & Hinds rents UHauls and storage units. Always friendly and helpful, they are the one stop moving specialists in town.

DO NOT RENT FROM HINDS & HINDS! They billed my credit card for damage I did not do and tell me after the fact that the customer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle. The vehicle was dirty inside and there was a pair of glasses in the dashboard area, so clearly they are not inspecting the vehicles. I suspect the guy who was sleeping at his desk when we picked up the van moved it after we dropped it off and backed into the overhang or maybe they are just straight up running a scam.

Poor ethical values.Well, they decided to pull the plug pro rating conveniently on the month I was to move out.Poor business ethics in my opinion. I picked this storage place because of the pro rated move out opportunity. Sure, they have the right to change the rules... and rightfully do that... it’s your business. But to deny what I was told/sold on the last month I was renting?Just another case of business short sightedness. Save a few dimes at the expense of a dollar.I’m angry and unhappy with this experience. I feel lied to by the owner/ policy and I would suggest anyone else to look to the competition for their storage needs.#dontaupportpoorbusinessethics

Here you will find a frendly and easy to work with staff. They have a variety of storage sheds to choose from that will meet your budget or space needs. Gated and locked at night with enough cameras that nobody could even get on to the property without being caught on camera. They also offer a limited Uhaul selection if you want to rent a van or pick-up truck. Moving boxes can be purchased here as well. I would use them again if needed.

I used a rental UHAUL truck from Hinds & Hinds when moving away from Taos. I first spoke with a lady from the downtown office who quoted me a certain price. I then went to the Northside location to book the truck. The lady there was extremely nice, and I was told she would have the bigger truck delivered from the downtown location, and she would call me the day prior to confirm. Well, I didnt receive the stated call, so I attempted to call her. The phone was forwarded to the downtown location. I wanted to confirm the truck would be at the Northside location the next day as promised. The owner was EXTREMELY rude when he informed me we dont move our trucks, you will have to pick it up here instead. I proceeded to tell him what the lady at the Northside told me, and he just went off ... Telling me she would never tell a customer that. I assured him she did in fact tell me, and he again basically called me a liar, and told me I dont need your business. Well, being the only uhaul in town, I had no choice but to retrieve the truck myself. I found the owner to be beligerant and downright rude and arrogant. His customer service skills are TERRIBLE because he has the monopoly in Taos. I put a hold on my credit card after the job was done so no further charges would be made. BE CAREFUL when dealing with this company!!!
