I do not like the location and its only a two bedroom and a one bedroom apartments

Never really got a really answer if they had any openings at any of there apartments complex in taos..

Tierra montosa apt.s are cozy now that they have been remodeled. I have family that lives there and they love it. Keep up the great work

Family-friendly place to live. Right in the middle of town so youre close to everything. I love living here all my neighbors are nice, helpful, they look out for you if youre not around. Linda the manager is nice respectful in his helpful when you need anything done, or somethings going wrong in your apartment she gets it fixed fast. And the price to live here for being in Taos is very affordable.

A lot of great changes were made that were necessary. Office Manager is solid has a kind heart has a good sense of humor and looks out for the community, I truly care & have respect for this women. New maintenance staff are incredibly hard-working and friendly I am Grateful to know they are on the payroll. I have made a few friends with good Souls. But I do recommend keeping to yourself. The reason I recommend this, is a few people are very spiteful and slanderous, they actually scare me. One negative, I do wish my balcony wall was was fixed, as it has been damaged by act of nature or poor construction. I reported the wall to old maintenance in Feb2019 who is no longer onsite happy about that cuz he was a slacker. I showed the new maintenance man and he was ready to tackle it the next day. But for some reason he was not allowed. Other then that Thank You Tierra Montosa for the positive changes! 2nd Chances are a gift from god.

The property manger is very bios I recommend finding other place to live. The appliances are faulty and the staff regularly enter unit unannounced.

Good quality apartments curently under renovation; if your block is under renovation you have to move then back once that block is done.

She says Im next for apartments that was a year ago and no longer has my application
