I seriously wish every retail transaction was as enjoyable and effortless as getting my windows tinted at Orange Tint & Graphics. Everyone is in such a robotic, unfriendly, and transactional mindset these days, so it was nice to have an experience completely opposite of that!Even before coming in for the tint appointment, my initial phone calls were handled exceptionally well, and all pricing and tint info was relayed with complete transparency. The outgoing and kind young woman (Natalia?) at the front counter took her time to show me the different 3M tint types and levels, just to make sure I was happy with my selections. She orchestrated the whole process so effortlessly, even with a lot of other stuff (and customers) going on. She deserves a raise!! Seriously. Do it! Dedicated customer care like that is a precious commodity in this day and age, worth its weight in gold.The overall job took just under two hours, which is kind of amazing, considering the last place I went to years ago took about 5 hours! The finished product looks amazing, and with these brutal Florida summers, Im looking forward to once again driving in comfort. Before I left, the care and maintenance process was explained completely, and I was provided with a microfiber cleaning cloth, which was a very classy touch. We have two other vehicles and a new one on the way, and we will without a doubt be bringing them to Orange Tint & Graphics. Thanks again for an awesome job well done.

Great job, great price! I was very content with the job done. I had talked to a young lady on the phone earlier in the day and was well aware that I needed an appointment. She was very pleasant and informative. She was open on all pricing and the product they offered. I did not make one at the time because I wasn’t sure of my schedule. Once I had some free time I decided to pass by a feel for the shop. I had called around to several shops to get pricing and most places would just tell me their starting price and if I wanted more options I would need to go to their shops with an appointment. From the few places that were able to quote me for a ceramic tint, Orange tint was very competitive and I honestly like the 3M products they offer. When I arrived at the shop I was greeted very professionally and was shown all the tint options and explained the differences between them. Luckily, they had just gotten a cancelation and were able to get me right in. It only took about an hour was done very well. I was impressed by the equipment they use. Most tint shops just hand cut all the tint sheets which can lead to bad edges if you don’t have an experienced installer. This shop used what looked like a vinyl cutter to perfectly cut every window. All the edges are super clean. Thanks for the work guys!

To my firefighter brothers, sisters, EMTs and Paramedics, and to the general public. I have had three vehicles tinted here. The jobs were done very well. The owner (Justin) seems to take pride in his work and he made sure that I was happy with the job. I decided to have my company van wrapped so I took it here thinking I would get the same kind of service. They did spend a lot of time with me to make sure that I was happy with the design, but that is what your supposed to do. The van was completed and I think it looks nice, but there are some flaws that I think needed to be corrected. I thought that I would be treated the same way as when I had my windows tinted, but when I arrived, Dustin (The Owner) took a very negative posture with me. I asked him If I could show him a few things and he shook his head and sighed as if he didnt want to hear it. I said Im not going to make you re-due it, I just want you to fix a few things. Justin said Re-due it, well thats not going to happen. in a very condescending tone. We went outside and I started showing him the issues and he wouldnt let me get a word in. He kept telling me that its a wrap, thats how it is. To cut to the chase. I cannot recommend Orange Tint and Graphics at this time. I am a customer, I didnt go to complain, I went to ask that he fix the mistakes his guy made with my wrap, I paid $3,700.00 for the job.

Wow!!! 5 star business all the way! Let me start by saying I walked in the front door and was blown away by how professional the waiting /reception area was. It was beautiful and tactfully decorated.. NOT your typical stuffy concrete wall garage type waiting area. I was cheerfully greeted by Kendra at the front desk. I went in with no real knowledge of what type or level of tint would suit my needs in the sweltering Florida heat. Kendra very thoroughly explained all of the options available and helped me choose exactly what I needed. She showed me around the huge immaculate facility and talked about all of the services provided by Orange Tint and Graphics. Not only do they do tint (auto, residential, and commercial), they do vehicle graphics. wraps, signs, banners, and 3M vehicle protection.Once I made my tint selection, (I chose a full tint) the techs took my vehicle to the bay and quickly got to work. It was clear from watching them that my vehicle was in great hands. The tint tech team worked together like a well oiled machine, carefully measuring and applying the tint to each window. While I was waiting the owner Dustin came out an introduced himself and asked if I had any questions about my tint selection or other services available. Dustin was very pleasant and informative. He went over what Kendra had explained as far as the after care and what to expect from my new tint. Dustin and Kendra also explained the 3M warranty that was included with my purchase. After less than 2 hours of relaxing in the waiting area which is equipped with T.V. bottles of water, Wi-Fi, comfy leather couches, and good music, my full tint was complete. The techs walked me around my vehicle to make sure I loved the tint, it looked great! They again explained the curing process and what to expect during the 2-3 day “drying” process. Customer service was exemplary, and I definitely felt not only informed but that my business was appreciated.I walked into Orange Tint and Graphics with little knowledge about auto tint, all I knew was that living in Florida auto tint was a must have. I had no appointment and was in and out in less than two hours with a full (GREAT) tint. I cannot say enough about how happy I am for choosing to support this local business. Their professionalism, quality workmanship, prices, and great product are unbeatable. I will definitely be using Orange Tint and Graphics again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for tint and graphics.

If I could rate my experience a 10, I would. When I walked into the store I knew nothing about vehicle window tinting. Once I met the owner, Dustin, that all changed. He spent about 30 minutes explaining everything from the available tinting materials (All Three M) to the automated computer that cuts the material to exact vehicle specs. No more hand cutting. He then worked with my car to determine my needs and available pricing options. I left my car overnight where my care was stored inside. He told me the job would be completed by 4:00PM and it was. My car looked great and Dustin took the time to explain how to care for the car particularly during the first few days where sunlight is very important. My warrantee is with 3 M and is nationwide. Not only does my vehicle look great, driving is now so much more comfortable. I would encourage anyone seeking professional window tinting to start with Orange Tint and Graphics. You will quickly realize that trips to other venders will not be necessary.

My old cars windows were tinted at this business over 5 years ago. The tint never bubbled or had any issues with it so it was inevitable to go back when I got a new car recently. This shop is super clean front and back and they still do an outstanding job with great quality product that is 3M. They also stand behind their product with a warranty. I sit here writing this as I realize that this is my fourth car I have brought here. They do excellent work and stand by their warranty. They make sure to rectify any issues timely with a smile. I think it’s my fourth car done at this place and love the quality every time. I always go with ceramic since my poor cars sit in the sun all day (no garage) and feel like it will preserve the interior better.

Had my front windows retinted in my SUV. They did an awesome job in making the front windows darker than the back, just what I wanted. Make sure you clean the old glue off the window under your old tint before taking into them. I did, it wasnt fun. If you leave it for them to do it gets kinda pricey, but its justified. Great service and quality for the price...

Orange tint and graphic just did my car windows tinting last week. They did with a lot of dust and bubbles. They did not clean the windows well. I brought back to them ask them to fix it and the manager his name was Patrick. He told me he not going to to do it. He told me can not be 100% perfect then I told him I understand that, but the job has to be professional and acceptable. I even ask him to try to push it out. He still say no. I asked to speak to the owner and he told the owner is there. I came to front desk and ask the girl about the owner. She also told me he has come to the shop over a week also. It is seem like they do not want me to speak to the owner. Anyway, this is the WORST SERVICE I ever have. THEY WILL NOT HAVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN.

Awesome experience! I was greeted upon arrival and pleasantly surprised how clean and roomy the waiting room was. They are also practicing safe COVID regulations! Honestly words cant even describe how happy I am with every aspect of the service I received. I called in on Tuesday and the nice lady that I spoke with not only quoted me over the phone but was able to get me in the next day. Off to a good start!Upon arriving, I was greeted by the same lady I spoke with over the phone as well as the owner. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the front area as well as how the shop was set up. You can see the bays from the waiting area and I was blown away by how clean and professional everything looked. This place screams high quality service.After signing some paper work, the owner brought me over to the tint wall and showed me the different selections I could go with and explained which one did what. He in no way shape or form pressured me to go with the highest price one but instead explained the pros and cons of each and let me make a decision based on my budget and needs.Upon agreeing on the work, I left to go grab some coffee. About an hour later it was ready for pickup! These guys are fast! After arriving, I was blown away by the quality of their work. The car looks light years better than it did! The owner explained the steps in taking care of the car going forward, answered all of my questions and also showed me some vinyls for future projects I have in mind.Overall, the quality, professionalism and honestly everything about this business was top notch. I cant say enough kind words about them. I 100% will recommend them to friends and family. They have a customer for life and I cant wait to give them more business!

Came in for solely window tint I was helped right away, what I was looking for was on the walls displayed beautifully, they even have some hands on samples to mess with if u want to see how the products preforms. Best window tinting experience every!! These people are very friendly and very professional with what they do!

They did an overall good job with the actual tint and the lady at the front desk provided great customer service. However, I had two issues. First, my battery died during the tinting process, which was not a big deal. They recharged it, which was great. It needed to be done to finish the job. But they left the battery cover off, which I didnt realize until a couple of days later. Next, the interior of the car was wet- my sons car seat, as was a portion of the back seat and the rear window area. In that regard, their attention to detail was quite lacking. Would possibly consider using them again, but not sure.Update: I heard from the owner and he addressed the issues I had. I really appreciated his sincerity & offer to make it right. I went back to get a sun strip put on a different car and am very satisfied. Once again customer service was great.

Was quoted $750 to tint all windows on Tesla Model X. Drove an hour to get to the store to have the tint done. The owner took the vehicle behind the place and came back out front to discuss the tint. Was advised that they were going to increase the price of tinting the windshield from $350 to $650 because it was too hard and they didnt want to do it.The person who quoted me discussed with the owner that i was quoted $350, but the owner didnt want to tint the windshield and maintained the price.Owner kept interrupting me and talking over me when I tried to politely express my dissatisfaction at the situation.Owner offered to tint remaining windows for free as an apology for the inconvenience, however, I felt his interrupting me, and talking over me, was rude and opted to take my business elsewhere.Edit: The owners response is false. The price I was quoted was false after I was quoted. They didnt honor the original quote. The employee that theyre stating is no longer with them quit of their own accord due to morally objecting to how the owner treated me.Fact remains that I was quoted a price before a price adjustment took place, and it was not honored.

I required warranty replacement of 3M window film for several windows in my home. 3M contacted Orange Tint and Graphics of Tampa Florida to perform the work and I am so thankful that they did. Dustin from Orange Tint did an outstanding job! He is extremely professional, courteous and treated my home as well as if it was his own. It is comforting to know in todays world there are still craftsman who care about the quality of the job they do and Dustin fills that role to a T.

Ive had my windows tinted on every car Ive owned for 25yrs and Orange tint is one of the best. Rosemary is a sweet lady who scheduled my appointments on 2 vehicles and were on time with both. The quality of work is excellent and they are a 3M crystalline authorized installer. If you want the best tint 3M that lasts without bubbles or turning purple with the Florida sun I strongly recommend Orange tint & tunes.

Actually the entire staff was fun.The quality was well above standards. The 3M product applied is a product used on law enforcement and military type vehicles which says a lot.I compared quality, pricing and reviews with five other tint companies. With a brand new $45,000 vehicle I had total faith with Orange Tint.I seriously would recommend this company.
