I called Anderson to get a quote for some windows and a sliding glass door replacement. Steven Janotha came out and was very professional. He was courteous and attentive. He asked me what was most important for me about this purchase. He then curtailed his quote to my specific needs and wants. He did not try to push anything on me and actually went out of his way to make sure I could afford it. This is the guy you want to work with, if you want Great Customer Service.

Made an appointment for some new exterior doors - 1 back door plus storm door & 1 side garage door. I didnt like how many personal questions were asked (why do you need to know everything about all members of the household? We just need a quote first and then can talk details later if we buy!)The day before the representative was set to come out, I got a call from someone in customer service asking to confirm, to which I called back and left her a voice mail. The day of the appointment, we waited and waited and when I called the office to ask where the sales guy was, I was informed that this Florida office has a minimum requirement of 3 doors so they cancelled us with no notice.Not only did we take time off work, no one had the decency to tell us our purchase wasnt worth your time to sell to us. Apparently other offices are willing to sell fewer doors but not you guys. Guess youre too snobby for regular folks like us.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Installers were very professional. They were neat and clean. The replacement windows are great. No more road noises. I foresee paying less In electric bills. The best part is the warranty and how it transfers to the new owners if I sell my house

He introduced himself and asked a few questions before walking around the house and measuring the windows I was looking to replace. He explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable about the products and gave me multiple options to choose from. It was nice to have a salesman that listened to what I was wanting and wasnt pushy at all. The windows from Renewal by Anderson are far more advanced and way better looking than the common vinyl window ( Plastic ). I dont care how heavy the glass is or what kinda wifi doodad someone comes out with, the vinyl windows will never look as good, last as long or come with better customer service than Renewal by Anderson. If you want the best at a price that meets or beats the rest then you have to look at Renewal by Anderson. They go far beyond just replacing your windows. They will explain all this at your meeting with your representative. Ive seen all the windows they sell I did the math and for the same price as everyone else I got beautiful windows and you wont believe how hard they work to make your house look beautiful. I almost forgot, its dropped my electric bill about 160 bucks a month and now its as quiet as a mouse, I cant hear any outside noise like I used to. Major upgrade and the best windows on the market.

Grady Sturgess came on time, actually he came a few minutes early. He was very professional and polite, showed me his credentials and asked about his presentation using gloves or a mask. We dismissed the mask but he wore the gloves during the presentation which made me feel more comfortable. His was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with answers to all of my questions. The windows themselves were made of very high quality material and I liked the many options available for the different window types. He looked for options to save me money on some of my larger windows. If and when we decide to move ahead with replacing our windows I will be calling on Renewal by Anderson.

Unprofessional, rude hang up if you ask any questions, what would you do if there is a problem with their product or work. My experience with Renewal By Anderson, 5110 E, Adamo Dr., Tampa, FL 33619.Received a 40% postcard today, 7/21/2020, a lady answered and I explained I was interested in buying new windows for my Lanai which is being renovated to have all glass. She just hung up, I called again, she hung up again. I called a 3rd time and I got Cleana who said they dont do a new rough opening, just an existing rough opening. Sounds like she doesnt know, what she doesnt know. They may have quality, no credit to this outfit.

Grady was very genuine. We all know that they are there to make a sale. Thats the business.I appreciated Gradys professionalism and straight forwardness. There were no car sales gimiks about calling someone for approval and coming back with a new offer. It was plain, simple and straight.Sure, product is a little more than a big box store, but i feel what I am getting and the long term investment is superior to the short sighted cheaper approach and would have cost more in the long term.

Mila Ortiz is very knowledgeable regarding appropriate options for our 1925 historic home, paying attention to my concerns regarding aesthetic appeal and utility savings in a high impact window. She is a good listener with a positive attitude...motivated to help find solutions for some some unique windows sizes.

All I can say is that you get what you pay for. Very professional people and super helpful through every step of the process! Dont waste your time shopping around, pay for quality work and windows.

Mila, my consultant, was fantastic. Joe, my installer, was awesome. The product is excellent. The concierge team, however, is not good. Their frequency and quality in communication was lacking. After my install on Dec 19, the concierge stopped calling me even though they still owed me my hurricane protection and inspection appointment. It is now March 6. I suspect they forgot to order it and were trying to get out from providing it even though I already paid for it. I reached out to Mila and Joe and they got on top of them, eventually forcing them to call me and provide me what I was owed. All is good now but beware of their concierge team.

I spent 20k on windows with this company. They changed the installation several times and did not show up. Leslie my concierge was terrible. I will not be using them again. Will work with someone else to complete my home and my other properties. Terrible service very disappointed.

Salesman Grady Sturgess did a great job in presenting your windows to us. Even though we wanted to shop around before making our decision we were confident in picking Andersen so we made the purchase.

Only negative was an error by someone who ordered the wrong type panes on two windows.

I’m a real estate agent that contacted them to schedule a free consultation for my clients that were out of the country. They wanted it all set for when they got back. Andersen couldn’t set a free consultation without talking to them first and missed out on 4 large sliding doors, easily $10,000+ job. Terrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend.
