I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but Glory Tours exceeded my expectations in every way! This was my first bus tour with them and it was such a delight and Ill definitely be on more in the future. The tour was well planned, extremely fun with lots of added amenities, very professional tour guides on the bus and the customer service when booking the tour was top notch. They definitely provide an experience and not just a service.

Savannah and Charleston Tour: After my first conversation with Jeanie from Glory Tours, I knew this tour was for me. Her brochure was very appealing and the schedule was full of historical points of interest. Because of Jeanies outgoing personality, she planned activities on the bus which lead to a friendly atmosphere by all. I was very pleased with the hotel being chosen which had spacious rooms, very clean and a wonderful breakfast. One of my favorite meals on the trip was the low-country shrimp boil. Before reaching our destination each day, she handed out maps and information about each city or island we visited. Our local guides were very knowledgeable; afterwards, we had the opportunity to spend time on our own exploring and enjoying the excellent Southern hospitality. We toured by trolley, went on a river cruise, visited museums and much more. Our bus driver, Cynthia, was awesome and has driven through all 50 states. Jeanie had everything well-planned and organized and it was the best few days, ever. Shes the best and I look forward to being on another trip with her. Jane

Ive taken a lot of bus tours and I can say Glory Tours exceeds my expectation on every tour I go on. You can tell the company really cares about their clients and they have the best tour guides. They definitely stand true to their mission in providing an experience and not just a service. The tour guides are always so fun and keep you well entertained in route to the destination. We have been lucky enough to go on many bus trips (one day and overnight) with Glory Tours (Jeanie and Rick) and we have always had a wonderful experience. Glory tours is top-notch, the best tour company Ive worked with yet! Went on the Key West / Miami trip...excellent time!! Bus ride was a lot of fun. Games, prizes and snacks! Very well planned, first class trip. The tour specialist was a lot of fun, very nice and professional. Ill definitely be joining them again for more trips!

Just returned from trip to Savannah. The Glory tour guides were great.(Rick Ritter). The bus driver Orlando was great. The guide at St Simmons was fantastic. The lady who met bus in Charleston and was in charge of boat trip left a lot to be desired. Not very professional. All in all a great trip. Way to go Glory!!

I have taken a few trips using Glory Tours and I have always had a wonderful experience. The tours are always well planned and executed. Jeanie and her staff are extremely friendly, energetic and provide a fun filled atmosphere as well as great entertainment while on the bus in route to our destinations.I especially enjoyed the Saint Augustine trip. I have traveled to Saint Augustine many times over the years and found myself experiencing things I had never seen before in my previous trips on my own.I would recommend Glory Tours to anyone wanting a completely enjoyable experience.

Just returned from a 5 day/4 night trip to Charleston, Savannah and Jekyll Island with Glory Tours. This was my first extended bus trip and it exceeded all expectations! Love this bus tour to Nashville Tennessee, it was fun and the nibbles on the bus that they gave out where Yummie. Our bus driver was great. Looking forward to bus touring with them again.

Just return from our 4th bus tour with Glory Tours and had a lot of fun. Jeanie is very professional and helps with whatever you might need. Games, snacks and prizes are always part of the trip which adds to the experience. This is a great way to explore Florida. They have a lot of day trips and overnight trips. It is wonderful to let Glory Tours plan everything you need and all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the view.

My 5-day trip to Savannah & Charles with Glory Tours was great. I cant say enough for our tour guide, Jeanie, and our bus driver, Cynthia. They were both #1.............

Booked party of 8 group for this tour costing us over $1100. Cruise ship came in late at 8:30 am instead of 8 am which is beyond your control as a cruise ship passenger. We arrived at the tour desk at 8:45a. Tour was scheduled to start at 8:30a. Tour driver left us. They refused to have the driver come back for us. Keisha, glory tours manager, told me she could not refund me because TripAdvisor never gave her the money we paid them and told me to call TripAdvisor and they would refund me. When I called TripAdvisor they told me when they called her she told them not to refund me and lied and said we didn’t show and she had no why! An outright lie! Then her two tour workers; Juenita crookendale & jada chase turned over their badges when I asked them their names and refused to identify themselves at an official port authority location. What a scam! Oh and by the way, you can pay a fraction of the cost just walking 5 feet from the tour booth to the taxi booth hire a driver for the day, admission to the caves cost $31, $17 to see the monkeys at the gully but go to the gully between 10:30-12:30 (feeding time), and $15 for glass bottom boat snorkeling with the turtles at Harbour lights Carlisle beach. So don’t get scammed out of your money like I did and ruin your vacation with glory tours who wish to take your money when they’ve provided you know services. In other words, want something for nothing. Very bad business practices. Shame on them. The owner is Sarah Taylor, Keisha told me her boss, Sarah would contact me through email and she never did. Another lie!

Eugene Rogers, I understand the problem you were referencing but wrong company.Jeff Mahnke is the tour contact/ employeeof Kings Point in Sun City Center.He is not an employee of Glory Tours.Glory Tours uses a lovely lady name Jeannie.She treats all of us very kindly and doesmany tours for Kings Point and the Sun City Center Community Center.I have been told that Glory Tours will be doing more of Kings Point tours in the future

The most positive part of our trip to Savannah, Charleston, St.Simons Island and Jekyll Island is that we now know we would like to visit these places again and what we would like to see. The bus was very uncomfortable with very tight seating, the pre-paid dinner meals were a disappointment except for the one at California Dreaming. Golden Corral was a very poor choice for a pre-paid dinner. There was little consideration for people with dietary restrictions. The option of a Carriage Ride instead of a boat ride in Charleston would have been a welcome option. The hotel was not well staffed, and not very accommodating to its guests. The tour director was average at best. She was not there to assist the bus driver with loading the luggage for our departure or to greet us in the mornings at the hotel. Our bus driver, Cynthia, was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

I am so happy with the service,we have a really fun time.We will use then again for our next adventure.

Be careful when dealing with these people, they have an employee named Jeff monkey or somthing like that. Racist piece of garbage and is short and rude to old people.

Will never take another Glory Bus Tour again.
