Excellent service after eating 2 hours in Orlando I was in and out in 5 mins

Super efficient, down to earth chill group of employees at this facility.

My sister and I went to pick up her dog from Delta cargo at the specified pick up time at 12am when we got there we were informed that the dog had been held in Georgia because there wasnt enough room for him on the flight to TIA. What saved this experience from being a negative one and made it a positive one was a gentleman named Victor Rosario who was very patient with my distraught sister and was able to keep her from freaking out by seeing why she was concerned and calmly explaining to her that there is a kennel in the GA airport where they house, feed and walk the dogs if they are delayed. This really helped things so a big thanks to Victor and the staff working the midnight shift on 8-27-2017.

No one ever answers your call or calls you back. Yet 5 employees not doing anything inside. Carrier had vent holes on the side below the middle so cat was denied. No email with address stating cargo location is not at the tpa airport. Horrible rude customer service through the whole transaction. No instructions via telephone when booking. Find out the hard way. No more flights for pets past April 1st 2020. No flights for your animals if weather is above 80deg outside so 81 is a no fly and cancellation. Other pet cargo is closed due to the virus but humans can go and spread the virus..

Great shipper for live animals. Reasonably priced and well organized. You can track your dog all the way on line.

The employee did not weigh our dog and the price is determined by weight. When we flew out of San Antonio we did not pay until he was weighed and the price was much lower. Then a worker came out of the warehouse to grab our dog and weigh him and the front desk worker lied and said he already weighed him. I did not argue because I did not want them to treat our dog poorly but I am disappointed. In Tampa the Delta Cargo desk is right next to other air lines and I was able to watch a Contenntial dog check in and they did everything right and were very pleasant. Will look into that service next.

They send our employee off with someone elses shipment, once its realized, we returned it to get ours. Bob that loads the items today did not verify which really concerns me, then Debbie, delta supervisor not there, Stefone, air general supervisor not there.. No one is in charge. Wow. Call delta cargo multiple times to get refunded mainly for our time due to their incompetence and first told we will contact you shortly. Then had to call again cause of course no contact. No supervisor EVER willing to address just a comment... File a claim on line. You can be reimbursed in 90 days. 2.2 seconds to swipe my card, missed hours and income due to deltas issues, no assistance from someone in charge... Guess theres no one in charge. No wonder this issue happened and their flights are always delayed not to mention their aircrafts are well pas prime. Great service Delta. Cargo as bad as passenger flights.
