I had a shipment sent to the Ft Lauderdale terminal for a will call. the website shows the shipment is on site at the terminal. when I arrive they tell me its on a truck and they can not unload it. I would have to come back the next day. I explained to them I drove 4 hours to pick this up and they told me I needed to come back the next day. they refused to unload it from the truck and give it to me. Totally unprofessional and unhelpful. I will never ship with them again. Worst company ever to ship with.
Horrible experience. Reporting it to the originating company and Amazon. My vanity has been at their terminal for 13 days without delivery. I was told since it was residential they needed a smaller truck. Then I was told that they needed to schedule an appointment (they have not even tried to call me once in 13 days.0 Called Cust Svc. They marked it hot Called back three days later...they marked it hot again. Still no call, no response. Asked for the Regional Manager {Vince} to call me. No call, no response. I am calling the corporate number direct to see if that helps. Will update.
Wish I could give negative star. This is our first experience with this company and definitely the last. Our shipment was shipped from NJ on 07/20. The item arrived at their facility on tuesday07/27, whoch itself is very late. The best part!!! We still havent received our shipment. When called them multiple times, the answer is same... the pallet is not unloaded from the truck. Please stay away from this company. If you are on foot and getting you shipments, it will arrive faster than this.
Package never showed up. I never received a phone call advising shipment was lost. Every time I called they’d give me a new day of delivery. Until today, almost three weeks later, I was advised they just didn’t know where it was at. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. The only good thing is their 29 minute email, they do get back to you, but the information is useless.
This company is horrible. I can’t get my order delivered and every day it’s the same answer “it’s scheduled for tomorrow” tomorrow comes and goes without delivery. Customer service is non-existent and keeps transferring you to someone else. I have a $2,000 order just sitting around and can’t get it delivered.
Received shipment in great shape and the driver was very gracious. A bit of a nail biter though as with all the bad reviews, the communication from there customer service is a little lacking. They always answered and the tracing website was always updated. Ashley was the most helpful. Thank you..Giving 3 stars as you would think with over 1000 pound booth they would send a truck with a lift gate. My husband and son had to lift the items from the truck and lower. They could have easily injured their backs..
How low can you go? Ignore your customers, do not make deliveries as promised or paid for… I know I said every hour you’d get a negative review, but I’ve been waiting since Friday for my customers belongings.DO NOT USE CENTRAL TRANSPORT! They do not deliver… LITTERALLY!
Cant get through to costumer service, package listed out for delivery on tracking every day, but took over a week to finally have it delivered. All bad reviews are deserved
Had them ship 10 pallets; 1 pallet never showed the remaining 9 were damaged.Lost at least $15,000 in revenue.Just completely unprofessional.
I went through a nightmare of miscommunication with a distributor who was shipping my goods through Central Transport. Eventually I had to pick up my item at will call at the Tampa warehouse. Mike was amazing! Helped me load and strap everything for the trip home. A+ customer service, thanks Mike!
The customer service center repeatedly (over several days) said the delivery date shown was unknown and would continue to be shown incorrectly until the local retinal can find a truck to deliver to a residential address. Request to speak to regional manager were made. Will update this review tomorrow.

I had a shipment that was guaranteed delivery by Friday (6-4-21) and it is now Wednesday (6-9-21) and have only got that it is on its way. This shipper requested twice for pickup at the terminal in Tampa and as of this morning they are now saying that request was never made and that there is nothing they can do.DO NOT USE CENTRAL TRASNPORT for ANYTHING
Every SINGLE time ETAs are inaccurate/delayed. Customer service is harder to reach and work with than Facebook.

This company is a complete joke. Every single person I spoke to there was rude and obnoxious. Our stone was picked up on 6/12 and to be delivered by appointment on 6/18. They were supposed to call us to schedule the delivery time but hadnt so on 6/18 I contacted them to see what was going on and was told by Mike that it was our fault because we didnt contact them and that our stone wasnt going to be delivered today no matter what. He was rude and aggressive and just completely unprofessional. I asked him to call our field manager to schedule the delivery and had to contact him again because he still hadnt called him. He then proceeded to try to tell me he didnt say it was our fault when that was exactly what he did. Judging by the reviews here, we are not the only company who has had a bad experience with them. Do yourself a favor and use any other trucking company besides this one if you want your delivery on time.

I am beyond thankful for this company . There is a guy named Tony that works there . He went above and beyond for our company to make sure we had our delivery between working late hours, delivering on a Saturday and so on ! I am so thankful ! Thank you Tony for going the extra mile !
Been On Hold for an hour trying to find out where my LTL shipment is! This has to be the worst company EVER, not only do they damage 10,000 dollar air compressors, and then try to cover up the damage with cellophane they DO NOT have customer service to help explain what happened or why. WE never got paid for the damages. Nevertheless, I had no control who my vendor shipped the items to me. Because I would have never choose this carrier.

Needed an engine delivered, paid extra to get it home in time, they lose said engine in Orlando, it’s already 4 days late and who knows when I’ll even get it......no matter what, find someone else, the $50 ain’t worth it

Do not work with this company. Were keeping having issues with them. They do not know what to pickup. When asked, the driver picked up the wrong pallet. They also damage pallet and charge ridiculous amount of money to get the pallet back. Unfortunately Amazon choose them for me, but if youre looking to hire them, please avoid. Horrible customer experience. Horrible experience in general.
