Most horrible experience ever. I ordered the scooter back on July 16, 2021. I reserved our event for August 23, 2021. I received an email and all the good stuff. So I went to our hotel expecting to pick up the scooter I just ordered. I was informed it never came. I kept calling Clouds of Goods and nothing no answer. I finally jumped on the instant chat and spoke with someone who informed me someone from the company will reach out to me... they never did. I sent numerous emails to them and noone ever reached out to me. Than on September 10, 2021... I received an email stating my purchase has been completed. I am highly upset with this company. I am currently working with BBB to obtain all my money plus possibly a lawsuit with a refill to our event. WORSE COMPANY EVER!

Beyond impressed with Clouds. They delivered early and were very pleasant when I unexpectedly needed to extend my rental. Very professional and timely. 5 Gold Stars!!!!I rented the double stroller by the way. The stroller was clean and like new. The girls enjoyed the ride and I got several compliments! Great company all around.

We called with a same day request for a double stroller to use at Busch Gardens in Tampa, FL with a drop off time in under an hour. They happily arranged for delivery and pick up at the park at exactly the times that worked best for us. Super convenient! This was the only place we called that could accommodate our request. Stroller was pretty clean and worked well. Our only wish was that a rain cover came with it. Excellent service!

I ordered 2 Mobility scooters in April for my parents who were going to Tampa, Florida for a conference. Hours before the scooters were supposed to be delivered, I received an email canceling them. BOTH scooters I ordered were returned were Damaged!!! Really??? A disabled veteran got a best we could do is give a phone number to try to order another one which were all sold out. Six months early, paid for and I got nothing. Not very reliable!

I would highly recommend Cloud of Goods for scooter rentals. Everyone was so kind and highly efficient. The scooter was very nice and clean and was delivered right on time. They were great people to work with!

The hotel delivery/pick up and excellent communication with Cloud of Goods made my scooter rental worry-free and made my entire trip less stressful. Thank you!!!

It isnt true that theyll get you a scooter, I just called there because on the chat it took a while for them to answer and the man on the phone told me they only service the Orlando, Miami area. But the address is in Nebraska St, Tampa, Fl. Phone number area code (813). False advertising!!

My scooter broke down after five minutes of using the first day. I had to wait until that evening to receive a new one. meanwhile, I had to walk with the group I was with all that day. Horrible and painful experience for me.
