We have been doing business with Xact Supply Company since 2005. They have a great staff who is always helpful and quick to respond to any urgent needs. The technicians are knowledgeable and experienced, and we couldn’t be happier with their service.

I have had great experience working with Xact over the years. Xact maintained the previous Xerox wide format plotter that my employer had. In 2015 we reached out to them for guidance on replacing that equipment with a new plotter that had all the features we were looking for. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped identify the equipment that suited our needs. Xact has been reliable for servicing that new machine. The technicians that we have dealt with have all been courteous, professional, and punctual. As our current equipment becomes outdated or comes to the end of its life, we will be reaching out to Xact once again for new equipment and service.

Employees are rude!

CALL THESE GUYS IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR PLOTTER!! They saved the day!We called Xact Supply after having a horrible experience with Canon Services breaking our Oce plotter during a service request to clean it (do NOT use Canon, call these guys!!) And Mike and his team came by the next day on time and did their magic. They actually dissected the entire machine to get to the very bottom of the issue, put 2 and 2 together, and if Canon never touched it I feel like they couldve fixed it. BUT, they did hook us up with a brand new Canon TZ 30000 that works FLAWLESSLY, and we were able to use our old plotter as a trade in.All in all, the customer service was outstanding. The communication and explanation of the issues at hand was easy. Finding a solution that worked for us was fast. Everything was a snap. Youd be foolish to not use these guys, just saying!! They really know their stuff. Call them!
