Good karting experience, probably an overkill if you have small kids. These electric karts are fast, fastest I have ever been on. (They do have slower karts for the kids.) Its hot and you have to wait - sometimes significantly - between races, and its quite pricey, but overall its a good experience. If you show up and theres any birthday parties going on, know up front it could be a good wait, especially if you want to race more than once. Thank goodness they have an indoor air conditioned area to wait in, however, they were not announcing the racers in there when we were there and nearly missed one of our races.If its your kids first time or they are younger than 8, I would recommend a smoother, slower, cheaper standard outdoor track. This one is an investment in time and money.**Note: Bring your helmet if you have one so you dont have to wear one of theirs.

Awesome. the wait was way longer than we were told. We had a birthday boy with us. We could have did something else in the wait time. And our phone was retrieved from being crushed. So all in all a great experience.

Don’t waste your time here, poorly managed, disorganized go karts keptSlowing down or Turning it off mid race for my husband they charged my 9 yr old the adult price for racing and they spent about 20 min trying to put her in a kart that she couldReach the pedals, guys inside said she was in the wrong race went to check in the front no one knew how to even do a refund. I’d do the long wait in the heat if it was worth it but this isn’t it. I’ve done smaller go kart racing outside that was better. Had to wait for tyjanaye to come back from break only to say it’s too late. Oh and everyone’s meal from the day was still all over the place trash everywhere

Nice clean environment, very fun fast go-karts, games while you wait snack bar a few arcade games and a couple pool tables. Both tracks are fun, reasonably priced for single races or package deals

Family fun! As long as you remember its not bumper cars you are in for a fast ride. How you do on the track definitely determines how fast they let you cart go which is an awesome safety feature for the most part. We have throw my cousins 12th birthday here and visit often we have yet to have a bad experience great staff and the wait has never been awful. We look forward to coming back as its worth every penny.

If you have r a need for speed the you definitely have to check out Tampa Bay Grand Prix! The entire family will have a great time. Especially if youre as competitive as I am. May the best driver win!

The staff was rude. Ordered a pizza from the Cafe, and it took 30 minutes and was nearly burnt. The go karts handled poorly, hard to steer and some had a max speed much slower than others. Sad to say it was just a fair experience.

The entire process of paying for rides and then waiting to be called for your turn was one cluster f to the next. Seems like the right arm does not know what the left arm is doing. The staff at the front desk were helpful and competent, but the staff at the desk to be called to ride was disorganized and unprofessional. Not sure what the staff gets paid per hour, but their performance reflects that it can’t be very much. The male staff members appearances were messy and they were literally eating while working. The female staff members appearances were more put together and seemed to take some pride in the appearances.We had to wait much longer than initially told before we could ride.So many people left without being able to ride due to the wait. People like us not being called and told they had to wait even longer. Overall, very disorganized and it’s not that difficult of a process to mess it this bad.I will never return to the facility or company again. Don’t waste your money or time. There are other activities and outings you can choose in Tampa and Pinellas that will be fun for you and your family without the hassle of this place.

2 hour wait, just to find out that they forgot to add half our group. Just to find out that we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Customer service is the worst. When asked, they said oh well, its not our fault nobody added you to the race and told us there was no refunds. The owner should literally fire the entire staff and start over. Im sure the owner would be disgusted by the organization of this place. My kids also had a terrible experience due to the lack of organization being skipped in rotation for races. I will never come back and im cancelling the charge on my credit card. What a disappointment 😞.

Horrible experience, this placed is ran by 16 yr old kids and they all argue in how to do things they dont know. Paid for 2 races and after racing one we were told we had no more credits so had to go back to the front desk. People treat this as bumper cars .and nobody cares.

I was visiting the area and decided to try out the karts. I went there with my nephew and we paid for three races each. When we went there, the staff at the desk were friendly, but it was a different story with the guys at the track area. They told us nothing about the go karts, and we had no idea what to expect. We got in the karts, and there was no instruction at all. really no communication whatsoever. We decided to just start going onto the track.As we were racing, I assumed my cart was at its top speed, as i put in 2-3 laps already. All of the sudden my cart was boosted to what seemed like 3x the power/top speed, in a turn no less. I almost crashed into the wall but was lucky enough to lock up the brakes. My nephews kart, they kept turning it off and on and when he complained they blamed him for hitting the brake. He then proceeded to lift his left leg out of the kart to show the one guy it was not driver error.they continued turning my power low and high throughout my first race. they were clearly messing with us both and not only was it frustrating, it was dangerous.we got out of the karts and grabbed our belongings from the cubby holes and immediately left the store. I contacted the owner at his email, but no response, so decided to post it here publicly.

Great place for cart racing, super fast electric carts, absolutely fun. Nice staff, had a great afternoon there, my son 10 loved it too. They have great rates, the.carts are in great shape and really fast. They have a rebate for all first responders and nurses... Highly recommend for a fun, thrilling adventure.

We came here for my sons birthday and had a great time. Nice music, great vibes, clean. Only problem is its really hot in the racing area, no central air. But everything else was amazing

This is my second time here my first time was labor day weekend when they run a special which is very appreciative for three people. This racetrack is very entertaining I like it when they let you go fast. Theyre very attentive to those who have a situation. The food taste great here too. This is the third time I have been here. The first time was with family. The second was with some friends and the third with family again…. If I had reviewed this solely based on my first two visits I would have give it 5 stars, but this last visit left us a bit frustrated. In our first race there were several times where I would be having a great lap and preparing to pass other drivers and the cart would suddenly lose power. I don’t know if an attendant was purposely doing it or if the cart just simply functioned poorly. When we got to the second race it went great for me and my lap times were a couple seconds faster than the first, but I found out from other participants that they experienced the same frustrations I did in the first race… so it is tough to know who really won. Our final race was on the track with the green carts. Although I prefer the red track, no one seemed to have car issues on this one.One more thing, on the second race one of our participants was not on the scoreboard. We were told the tracker fell off…. This was also frustrating for both of us as he was my closest competition.I will probably give this place another go and hope these frustrations will be corrected for future trips…

They have very professional employees working there had a blast racing

First off I am an older adult with some minor disabilities so my comments come from that perspective.I took my 2 granddaughters there to try go karts. One is 20 and drives the other is 14 and has never driven.The girl at the counter explained that was no problem they were so easy to drive. So we decided to try it. I was a bit surprised that there was absolutely no training or safety instructions at all.We all managed to get going but my younger granddaughter struggled with keeping her kart on the track and bumped head on into the barrier several times. No reverse so they had to pull her out of the barrier several times.When that happens they electronically shut everyone down. Eventually they removed her from the kart and made her walk out.The facility is an old warehouse with no AC, plus you have to wear a very hot head sock and helmet. Very very uncomfortable. I understand both are required but would have preferred to be made aware of these issues.The karts are fast, too fast for a beginner! The steering is way out of alignment and difficult to steer at all times. If you dont have a death grip on the steering wheel it shakes violently! This needs to be addressed. I had trouble steering and for sure my youngest was not able to steer safely and as a result crashed several times.I wont be back, as I said I am older and am used to slower safer and easier gas karts .At least make sure NEW riders are warned and even possibly banned. I was glad when it was over and neither of my grandkids will be back.Too dangerous and difficult to handle the karts and unbearably HOT 🔥BE FOREWARNED!Probably a blast for the experienced drivers, just not for my family.Please address the issues mentioned so nobody leaves disappointed or hurt.

Friendly front desk staff, well run races. Very competitive prices. Deducted one starbecause the raceway is indoors but not air conditioned. Also the waiting area had a dank smell from the toilets drifting in. Saved from a 3 star rating by sheer value for money and the friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Mark and staff made my sons 15th birthday party the best experience ever. Highly recommend!

We had a great time on the go-karts. The cafe was closed due to remodeling. They also have a few video games.

I have mixed feelings about this location today. We came for a birthday with 6 racers and were here for over 6 hours. We paid for a 3 pack of races which was priced very fair for the excitement that you do have racing. The karts are very fast and a lot of fun. The process getting in was fast for paying however we signed in at the registration tablets and had to wait for the rest of our group to arrived. They made us go back in and resign in because they cleared out the list. I feel once we register we should be in the system for the day. When waiting for the names to be called it’s on a screen and the times they estimate your next race to be are a hour or more apart from each other. You can’t hear the announcer calling names over the intercom and they all look like they hate there jobs. This business needs serious help. We were told it was going to be 3 races before we can race out 3rd race. Then we noticed they weren’t calling our names and made told us it would be another 3 races before we can race. Our group decided to get a refund and our money back for the 3rd race.

Cool place! Decent prices and cool policy with races.You buy a license (membership card) which is $5 unless youre a vet, military, etc... $39 for 3 races or come Wednesday/Thursday between 12pm to 2pm and can get 3 races for $32 and use them anytime. That part is cool. Tracks are fun, karts are good and fast!They offer group races for a price, party events, can accommodate a lot it seems. The roster process to actually wait to race can be a little confusing and their PA system needs updating, hard to hear them call your name while fans are blowing and go karts are racing and squealing out. Few updates and upgrades needed.Overall it was a real fun time, but we came in the end of July which it was HOT inside, even with all the fans, it gets toasty. Ill probably come back in the cooler season for sure. Each race is long, about 8 minutes. Totally worth the price! Come check it out, it is fun!

This is such a cool place. The venue is pretty cool, it’s in a warehouse with two tracks. The Electric cars are surprisingly fast. Bathrooms were clean facility seems clean. The staff was just OK, they seemed a little on the new side. I asked them where are the party I was supposed to join was meeting and they had no idea but there was a room reserved which I ended up finding on my own. Fun place to visit though.

The tracks and races are cool!! But a few things: 1. Not very well organized; lot of time waiting in line despite paying online.2. They can control the speed of your go-cart and do not make it fair for everyone.3. After the race you only see how you did compared with the rest of the people in your group but not with everyone that raced with you. The screen on the track is not clear at all; difficult to see!

This used to be a great track but now the karts are in really bad shape, the staff doesnt care about their jobs, and absolutely nobody cares about safety. There are no pre-race meetings where they go over instructions or rules, and they dont pay attention to whats going on - there were plenty of times that people had gotten stopped on track or spun around, and it took a long time for the staff to notice. There was at least one kart every single race that had to be switched out because it died mid-race or broke. The staff was constantly piecing karts back together trying to keep them running. Very disappointed.

Ive been to this Tampa Bay Grand Prix location roughly one dozen times as of 07/2021. The prices are more than fair, the tracks themselves are well-maintained and fun to race around, and there are two pool tables and plenty of arcade games to play between races.The only reason I have given a 4/5 rating rather than a 5/5 rating is due to the employees who work on the track. About 8 months ago, I took my little brother (Big Brothers Big Sisters - Tampa) here to race. I could not get his helmet to buckle correctly and asked one of the workers behind the desk for assistance. At first I thought he may have not heard me as its rather loud near the track, so I asked a bit louder. I continued to raise my voice to the point where I was screaming. The people around us literally stopped their conversations to stare. At this point, I was 100% sure that this young man was ignoring me. I was standing just a few feet away from him literally screaming at the top of my lungs, and he simply continued to text away on his cell phone.Eventually, I calmly told him that I would be contacting his manager and walked away. During the race, two juvenile riders collided and both of their helmets came flying off of their heads. One of these kids was my girlfriends son and the other was his friend. They too struggled to get their helmets on, and when they asked for help, they too were ignored. I was ready to make a scene and demand to see a manager, but my girlfriend convinced me not to do so.Upon my arrival home, I did write a private message to the owners of this Tampa Bay Grand Prix. To their credit, it seems that they fired this clearly incompetent employee. I have yet to see him again during subsequent visits.The safety standards here are definitely not as high as they could or should be. Staff should be tasked with checking everyones helmet and harness prior to turning the go-karts on, but they simply do not do this. If you bring your children here, dont expect the staff to help them with anything, even if you or they ask. Be sure that you secure your childs helmet and make sure he/she is fastened into the go-kart properly before you get into your own go-kart. We as customers obviously should not have to do this, but to keep your kids safe, if is an unfortunate necessity.If you ensure to take safety measures into your own hands, you will have a great time here!

Worst experience ever, the management either needs to change their staff or train them properly, the staff was just busy with their own business, later carts were assigned, there were only 4 ppl in total to race when the race started everything was fine, till the person in charge took control of the speed of the carts, and chose a winner when the chosen person hit my cart from the back he slowed me completely down and 3 seconds later my cart stopped, he came back restarted, and the race ended. Waste of time and money.Will not recommend anyone.

Fun and exciting. Very good employees. Definitely will be back. BTW, the carts are fast for adults. They do have toned down carts for the younger kids. They make sure everyone enjoys the experience.

Came to this place with my 7 year old for the first time. They have a bunch of kids working there that don’t care about the customers and are there only for a check. Would not recommend this place for any parties or events. Staff are unprofessionally trained and there’s no customer service what so ever.

Probably one of the toughest indoor tracks I have rode on. The curves are pretty strong and the speed is definitely fast enough! Its a wow moment definitely!

Customer service here is the worst I’ve experienced. Not friendly, not welcoming whatsoever. I came with a large group of people because I was here on vacation from Arizona. They were rushing us to sign in when we had already done that. But with large groups of people, we needed to figure out the pricing details and whatnot by ourselves because no one took the initiative to help us and ask us if this was our first time here and whatnot. Overall we had a nice time, but if the customer service here was better, I know our visit here would’ve been a memorable one… in a good way. Sad that we will be leaving with a bad taste of this place…

SUCKED! THEY HAVE A SIGN SAYING YOU HAVE TO BE 48 INCHES TALL TO RIDE. MY KID WAS JUST MESSURED BY THEIR DOCTOR A FEW DAYS AGO AND WAS OVER 48 INCHES TALL. THEIR 48 INCHES IS 50 + INCHES. THEY NEED TO LEARN TO MEASURE CORRECTLY. THEY HAVE NOTHING THERE FOR YOUNGER KIDS. NO DOUBLE CARS. ONLY ONE PERSON PER CAR.

Thought it would be fun for my 11 year old’s birthday but I was wrong.Made online reservations three days prior, paid in full and when I got there was told there would be an hour late because so many reservations were made. I had six eager kids wanting to race but we had to wait. The place is filthy and has probably never been cleaned. The kids wanted to play arcade games but the change machine was not working and the line for the front desk was massive. Customer service awful. The young lady behind the counter had a terrible attitude, sighing and rolling her eyes as I was asking questions.. she would tap the flyer glued to the counter so I could read instead of talking to me. It was terrible. Never again👎

Our plans to go to the water park were canceled because of a storm so our family was looking for something else to do indoors. We just took a chance on this place to entertain our family for a while. We are so glad that we did! We are a family of 5 and 1 of our kids is autistic. They were so welcoming and accommodating, making sure that our daughter was comfortable with the go kart and making sure that she was able to steer it because the steering is tight and hard to maneuver for someone with motor deficiencies. They also allowed us to do a track with just our family so that our daughter felt safe, could enjoy herself and also try something new. There are not enough times that we can say thank you to Marques and his team for your patience and understanding. Y’all truly helped us to create some amazing memories with our family today!

So much potential...too bad management always seems to be MIA. Weve been a number of times, and its a blast. Not inexpensive for a group of 8, but we always have fun. Most businesses are struggling from COVID when it comes to finding good employees, but management normally works to overcome any deficits. They say perception is reality, and our perception is management is an MIA, and this place needs serious help. The front end staff was tremendous; friendly and doing all they could to make things run smoothly. The lead in the back of the house however, was as whiny an individual as Ive ever met. We got there when they opened and continuously heard what he could do because he was short-staffed, and didnt have the workers... For 45 minutes we heard about it. To be fair, it probably should not have been him giving us the news, but rather management.

All I have to say is I went with a group of 4 and they say the youngest of the group (20) came in 1st place. I think it was rigged. But it was okay.

Pretty fun, 40 dollars for 3 races and about 8 to 10 minutes per race. They go fast but you need to keep your distance or else people will get jammed then they slow everyone down to make space. It sucks if theyre all too slow 😭😂

Nice track, but operations are not well organized. We reserved a time online and arrived early, only to be told it would still be a 40 min wait. Almost 2 hours later we were finally able to get on track.

I’ve been going here since they opened and tonight was my worst experience ever. The young lady behind the counter was super rude and not pleasant to communicate with at all. I have never had to check in at the computers which must be a new thing that I am fine with but the associate was rude telling us the new procedure. It wasn’t until after we checked in that the same associate told us it would be an hour and half before we could get on the track. I understand it is busy but it’s not like I had a huge party trying to get on the track at the same time, only two of us. Anyways that was the end of my experience. Not waiting an hour an a half for two of us to get onto the track. Maybe if the young lady that was your first impression of the establishment was a little more friendly and social I may have spent my money there and not have to write the review so that management knows how their team members are treating their guest.

The racing here is awesome! One of the advantages of this place is that kids only have to be 48 compared to the 52 at other tracks. My son loves it. The workers here are fun and professional and at the first sign of hard bumping or a crash, they immediately stop to make sure everyone is okay. Its one of my sons favorite places to go now.

Super hot inside, like ridiculously sweaty hot! Take advantage of ride specials, or its a lil pricey. Food wasWhat you would expect, fried and over priced. Two diff tracks to choose from, rides are pretty long. Overall not bad but not Great either.

Great place for families or young teens. I lived here for years and never knew about it. Its a bit back into a business area so if it looks like the wrong place your probably in the right place. Lots of fun memorabilia on the walls and the have chill couches and arcade games and pool. There is also a small concessions but you may have to go ask for someone to help you.

This place is ran by a bunch of 16 year olds thats don’t tell you anything and are rude

Very bad customer service, the coordination for birthday parties are terrible and we left without the trophies for the children. The front office personnel were extremely slow in taking care of clients. There is no sense of urgency to help customers.One of the ladies was in the area where the pizza are being made were wearing pj pants.There was no wipes to clean the steering wheel, and we had to spray the helmets ourselves with lysol to make shore they were disinfected.Will never recommend this place ever.

I’ll make reservations next time . Fools didn’t wear mask, the attendant didn’t give clear directions, the ppl ringing you up need more customer training .

The idea is great, the experience is great, but the attention and staffing is worthy of a third world country: dirty with trash everywhere, understaffed with unskilled and untrained kids, and extremely disorganized. There were zero adults when I went and their internet went down and had no one to escalate for help. This all points to failures at the top...

Fun place to go and spend a few hours, the staff seems to hate their job though.. would have given more stars but even though we had fun some of the attitudes we got from the staff makes it not so fun. 1 time thing for us probably.

Staff was unfriendly and disorganized. The karts are fun but don’t expect any quality racing. The other drivers are generally awful and don’t know about leaving space or how to race and as a result the officials slow the karts down every 10 seconds on average because of people crashing or spinning out so getting just 1 clean lap in with no slow downs or traffic is almost impossible.Tldr: if your an adult looking for racing experience, this is not the place to go.

The go karts were awesome. They go at a fast speed and are a fun activity to do on a rainy day or whenever you desire. The line can get long at the front lobby but other than that a great experience. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Very fast gokarts. Braking needs a bit of adjusting (just pressing lightly makes the kart go to a complete stop). Overall fun experience.

My husband & I had a great first experience here a few months ago- were really excited to go back, unfortunately this time was much less enjoyable . We made reservations for 8, which we didn’t get on the track until 8:45. We waited just as long as those without reservations. When we got in our carts they switched our numbers. so we had to get out and get in new carts. That was all okay until they stopped our race about 3-4 times. One was to switch someone’s cart, the other couple I have no clue why. After the first time stopping my husbands cart never went fast again. We asked if we could get a free race and they said his cart was slowed because of bumping, although he only finished 2 laps before it slowed and had not bumped anyone. Then the guy continued to say his average was the same as everyone else’s so there’s nothing he could do. I said I lapped him 3 times (and I am not the better racer), so that was not true, his average was not the same as everyone else’s. Then the guy said “everyone else’s cart was slowed too.” 3 different excuses. All we wanted was a re-race. But after paying for our carts to stop every other lap and my husbands to go unfairly slow, we will not be back.

Find somewhere else to go. Staff needs some serious work on customer service skills. Quick to take your money, but horrible wait times. Watched the same racers get out of one set of karts, and into another while the rest of us waited. New people came in, and got in front of us on racing. Will not return to this place again.

No beverages, go karts we messed up. It was super hot no ventilation, all you smell is burning rubber would i recommend this for kids NOPE, only for adults trying to kill time on a day off.

I brought my 2 sons here and they had Great time. AMAZONG Customer service especially at a time when most places lack customer service. Not to mention dealing with kids etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If I could leave no stars I would. Terrible experience and I visit places like this often. I visited on August 21 for my sons birthday and from the moment we walked into line the customer service was horrible. We couldnt determine who was in charge of this place because all of the staff walked around with no care or sense of urgency. Who ever runs this place needs to be reminded that without customers you have no business They may even possibly need to be replaced for this level of disarray in this business. Carts flipping over, carts rolling over top other carts and kids getting hurt without them showing any level of care, administering no kind of first aid and not even informing parents of the incident. Several people including me purchased races and even booked online but when we arrived we waited and waited for hours just to receive cards with no races loaded on them. So we had to get back in line and luckily one girl with a band around her hair came in and did her best to resolve the confusion and unprofessionalism. Never again and I suggest no one else subject themselves to this awful example of a family attraction.

Place was great. Going to have the kids birthday there next time. Mark / Marcus was very helpful seemed to make everyone the feel at home. That guy deserves a raise! Took us 1hr 20 minutes to get there. Kids almost didnt get to race but thanks to Mark he made it happen.

Wholy fun! I forget which night we went but you got to do 3 races for $32. Thrre was 2 different tracks. I went with family and were super competitive and this was fun! Carts actually went pretty fast i couldnt believe it. Definitely will be going back!

We went for go karting on Thursday evening. We were four people and the check-in process was very easy. We were on the track in less than 5 minutes. The helmets and the head cover is sanitized after every race. Then we were given the cars for racing. The process was very easy and the people were there to help if we get stuck. We loved it there.

Too many interruptions, just separate the good gokarts from the bad ones. There’s no point for a ranking system since there are cars faster than others. My car had misalignment problems, hard steering and bumpy when going to max speed. Take care of your equipment!

Had a great time, absolutely loved it!! Will definitely make it a regular visit when Im in Tampa. As a side note Im 65, 270 lbs. and had no trouble fitting, and zooming around the track. Seriously, my wife and I had the best time!!

I came here with my family visiting from New Jersey and at first things were going good my younger sister and my cousin couldnt race with us because of there age/height so they did the junior race, i looked really fun and they both said it was. when it came for the older kids turn we got into our head socks and helmets which added even more heat since there was basically 0 air conditioning. When the first lap came things were going off great until all of the karts stopped out of nowhere and we had to wait 10 minutes for it to work again. Since I have no experience of driving it was difficult for me and I hit the sides of the track. On the 2nd lap everything was normal until when I saw I was getting too close to my cousins car I tried to pump the beaks when the cars stopped and I crashed into the car. on top of that an employee came to me and yelled at me and blaming me for it. When we finished the race we went to park the cars and the same lady came up to my cousin and yelled at him to get out of this car. Instead of yelling at kids you shouldve made sure we were okay and not give us an attitude. Would not come here again

I had a blast since it was my first time there it would have been better if they had ac instead of running fans because it was hot in there plus I couldnt see my print off for my race results I had my account and forgot to put my cell phone number and email address

Lots of fun, they keep it very clean and great for all ages

Took my kids here for a birthday party it was amazing. only knock I would say is they gotta work on that AC unit inside that building.

First time visiting Tampa with the family, therefore, we were looking something low key and exciting to do. We decided to do the Tampa Gand Prix because of the go carts.....OMG, best decision made. The prices are reasonable and the go carts exciting. My inner child came out and took over the track. The carts were fast, and from the moment I open up the throttle, I became a young Niki Laudas (Formula One Afficionados know what I am talking about). Great place for some adrenaline rush. Mind blowing...😎

I was really excited to race go karts with my friend. I didn’t mind the hour wait or that it was hot inside the warehouse. But the first few minutes after the race started I was already being crashed and slammed into over and over, it almost seemed intentional. Even slammed my head really good at one point from one person in particular that kept running into me. At that point I was already over it and couldn’t wait for it to end. No racing etiquette and the rules aren’t enforced. I didn’t come to play bumper cars. I understand it happens sometimes but when you’re consistently being crashed into and none of the people that work there who’s jobs are to make sure everyone is safe and prevent injuries aren’t doing anything, It doesn’t really seem like the staff cares at all about the safety of others or in general. They don’t look happy and no one even checked to make sure the seatbelts were secure. Next time I’m looking for go karts to race it won’t be here.

Very disappointed paid 70.00 for 3 of us to ride. their was maybe 15 other people their not busy at all after waiting for 1hr to ride and watching new people come in and ride after we came and they got to ride multiple times we went up front to get a refund as we had other plans and they would not give us our money back. Just a bad way to do business I would have completely understood if they were busy but they wasn’t.

We love this place. Adults, be prepared for the full power boost on the third or fourth lap. These electric karts go FAST. Please fo not brake check. The race is about skill and lap time not track time. Kids, if youre not tall enough or at least 15 please stick to the junior track. The Karts are fast enough and the track challenging as it is.

Really fun place, great place for a date night, cars are very fast and fun to drive. They are all about safety and will provide you with a helmet and hat sock to wear and will let you do a couple laps without full power, but then they let you rip and you can see how fast the karts really are. They have a couple arcade games to play if you have to wait for a race. I wish they had a pay a price and race all day that would be cool. Still a great place and I will definitely be back.

Even though I on a Harley-Davidson this was a blast to drive these electric mini teslas very fast great track very helpful staff

We just found out this place was here. Super fun! The track is indoors, so I thought it would smell terrible of gas or be too loud. Not the case. The cars are electric and they go crazy fast!They even have junior cars for children as small as 6 years old and at least 48.There are lots of seating areas, video games and a snack bar.I took away one star because I thought it was too warm inside. We were sweating in our helmets during the rides. However, I was pleased to see that they give you a clean sock to put on your head. That way youre not getting the last persons helmet sweat on you.

Loved this! A little gem hidden right around the corner; didnt even know it was there.

A little unorganized. No rules just take a helmet and go. It was fun but could use some guidance on what flag is what etc.

Great fun. If you have the need for speed, come and enjoy this place. Cars are in mostly cared for condition, they are fast for as small as the track is, employees were nice and were helpful.

We waited over 2 hours to go and people that had just arrived for a walk in went before us. We asked the guy working when we were queued to go, he told us when our name was on the screen. He was being a smart alex and the other employees were no different. Terrible experience.

So much fun for all ages at a reasonable price

Lots of fun for adults and older teens, but might be nerve-wracking if you have younger or more cautious drivers depending on the other drivers in your race.Understand this--it is housed in a warehouse-type building so there is NO A/C in the track area so it gets hot quickly! The entrance lobby does have A/C and during my visit many people escaped there for relief from the heat. You are required to a wear a head sock and helmet when racing, although I was told by a staff you may use your own DOT-approved helmet (no head sock necessary). We were given a very brief intro on what to do since it was our first visit (Right is Go, Left is stop, dont hit the red button, reverse switch next to red button, no bumping; this stuff is also labeled but you wont be able to see it with those helmets on!), directed to some small cubbies to put any loose belongings (honestly, best leave these in your car if you can), and only had our seat belts checked once before our first race (probably because the guy literally just finished giving us our quick intro and we got tangled trying to put on the seatbelts). The steering wheel requires some effort to make turns, especially if you are going slower. The tracks themselves were not hard to maneuver, but given they try to fill up the races to reduce wait times, if you are racing with some overly competitive people you may get slammed into the sides when people try to pass.This review is based on my first and only experience thus far, which was pretty enjoyable for me, but sadly less enjoyable for my 11 yo son since he got slammed into the sides enough times (once or twice causing him to require assistance getting going again). This is not bumper cars and the employees monitoring the race will hold up various signs as people pass them including a No Bumping sign, its kind of hard to avoid when people are racing competitively and are given very little space to pass (much of the track can fit 2 karts side by side and some turns allow for more room). My son also swears his kart had limited speed after a while which prevented him from keeping up with everyone (thus getting passed every other lap and slammed into the walls...) so Im not sure if they also throttle the speeds on certain karts. They must have to change those tires daily or close to it because we got pelted with bits of rubber all throughout the race and had a bunch all over our shirts and pants that I had to vacuum my car seats when we got home.Overall, I think its great for adults and older kids who enjoy racing games. I feel the place is kinda overpriced because of the lack of emphasis on safety and limited air conditioned areas. If you plan to go, go during the week right after they open to take advantage of the lunch hour special pricing and cooler temperatures and fewer people. Also, save yourself the time and register all racers on their website before you go. I didnt have any issues with the employees, and apart from the guy setting up the races in the pit, they all looked like they were under drinking age so gooooooood luck if you have issues or complaints! 😅

1 star because 0 is not an option. This place is absolutly disgusting, expensive and lets not start with management issues. We waited for over 3 hours, no one can help, the manager is useless and the lace has no air and is so HOT! The manager was the one that sold us our package and dis not explain it at all, he did not give us wait time estimate or any information. DONT MESS UP YOUR DAY, save yourself the trip

Super fun, recommend waiting in the lobby, the race track area is super hot during the summer.
