I’ve been working with Michele and Group for the past five years and can tell you from experience, it is rare to come across this level of organization, professionalism and consistent work opportunities in South Florida. The bookers know you personally and have a great software that invites you to job opportunities. There is always traiNings and a massive portfolio of clients for well known national brands. I love that I have the power to chose which brands, locations, dates and times to work and set my own schedule. The work atmosphere at events is always professional and the agents work around the clock. I feel well taken care as a promotional model by the agents. I highly recommend M&G for modeling and promotional modeling !!! They are the BEST. You will not find a better promotional marketing agency as talent or as clients.

While I did get good paying work through this company it almost wasnt worth it. M&G claims to have 30-90 day payment but I am often getting checks well past the 90 day mark. They claim they send out the payment as soon as it is received, thus making it the companies fault.. for example Titos and Casamigos. This doesnt make sense to me as they should have a contract with those companies stating to pay for their events within x amount of day ESPECIALLY if they are consistently working with those companies. When I email them asking when my check is past due they respond saying sometimes its more than 90 days. Its been such a problem that I would rather get 25 per hr tasting with a company like Talent Tree than 32 from a company like Titos. As I said the pay is great, however with someone that has rent to pay it is just not worth it most of the time. If you can afford to wait 100 plus days for your paycheck id say go for it, but as someone who cant I will be sticking with Talent Tree, Forte, Professionally Pretty and Alexa.

Excellent pay although it does take longer than other companies. Communication is sometimes lacking....

My experience with the booking agent Erin was that she can be unresponsive and unprofessional. When constructive feedback was given about that she responded negatively to several of their talent, sharing personal pay rates and private feedback clients had given her on a public forum.
