I love this company! Absolutely recommend and I will use again. I rented the 32 passenger bus for my birthday with 2 weeks notice. The entire experience was seamless, from initial inquiry to booking to pick and drop off, there was professionalism and great communication. The bus was spotless and spacious. Their prices were best I could find in Tampa after doing extensive research. Our driver Juan was so cool, kind and professional. He arrived early and was great about communicating all night. All of my friends said the bus made their entire night!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I came out of the club to see my car was hit when I went to the manager to look at the cameras it showed this company’s car that hit mine then it shows the driver, driving on the wrong side of the road to the side of the club, walking to my car and move the parts of my car that came off,and left.

I rented a large party bus for my wedding to shuttle everyone around town as our ceremony was at the beach and the reception was downtown. The bus WAS A HIT. Weeks later and everyone is still talking about how much fun they had on it! It made a 25min ride fly by with laughs and memories made! Steve made the reservation process easy and contacted us prior to confirm. The driver texted us to let us know he was on his way and he was awesome all night! Having 30 drinking wedding guests Im sure can be a lot but he smiled the whole time and was so fun. He let us play our own music and the bus even had a built in bar (my dad stood behind and poured drinks all ride!). The bus was very clean and we all felt comfortable. I rented a party bus for my husbands birthday and it was the absolute best decision I have ever made. From the get go, Steve was a HUGE help and was incredibly professional. He immediately sent me over the contract and we got everything squared away. Our driver Eric was absolutely fantastic as well. He also sent me a gps of his location so we knew exactly when he would arrive at our house. Eric was super fun, friendly, professional and did a great job carting us all around. We had two pick up spots and two drop offs as well as a dinner in the middle. We were on time across the board. It was seriously the MOST FUN!! The bus was clean, comfortable, plenty of room and even had two bars and a bathroom which was fantastic. Thank you thank you for providing such a great service. I rented a party bus with my friends for a night out and it was an awesome time. The bus was very clean and in great condition. The speakers were high quality. The bus was on time and the driver was professional. The price was also better than any other company I called in the Tampa Bay Area.

The driver was on time for pick up and drove very responsible. We felt 1000% safe at all times. He kept us on schedule to all stops, which was a HUGE relief off my mind since this was a bday surprise for my husbands 50th. He was all-around WONDERFUL.The bus was clean and very roomy. However, my guests and I did experience that the air conditioning was not working. 2 of the rear seats on the bus were drenched in water that was dripping from the overhead. Guessing it was the condensation from the air conditioning unit on the ceiling.Other than the bus being warm, and the air conditioning not blowing cold air, and the water dripping the service was great!Upon contact of this Steves response was less than compassionate. Stating the air was working when it left the office. Well, it wasnt running for 6 hours like I booked the bus for my event. Steve did offer a 20% discount on my next rental, which we thought was inconsiderate. How many times does one rents a party bus for 20 people or more? This was a special occasion.We will not be a returning customer to L3.

We used L3 Limo for my boyfriends surprise birthday and it was just perfect. This was my first time renting a bus and Steve even gave me a tour of each bus in person so I could get a better idea of spacing. They went above and beyond when it came to my complicated request of pick up points. And came in clutch when the after party venue canceled and we ended up keeping the bus way past our alloted time. There was a slight miscommunication about some minor details but again Steve and Jay made sure everything was made right and made me feel taken care of. I will 100% be using L3 again. Between accommodations, timely response and great communication, I cant say enough good things.

I booked the Signature Party Bus for my daughter’s 16th birthday. Charles was the driver and he was absolutely wonderful. He was punctual, communicated well, and very professional. It was a party of 15 teenagers and the bus was booked for 5 hours. There’s a built in cooler with ice on the bus, but you can’t fit very much in there so I put my own cooler on the bus with water bottles, and miniature cans of soda, Gatorade and juices. I also had trays of snacks and treats for them and I decorated the inside with balloons, party favors and a Sweet 16 banner. The group had dinner reservations in downtown St Pete then rode to Top Golf in Tampa. That gave them plenty of time to ride and have fun with their music and disco lights. We were very happy with the experience.

So we booked this bus for my friend’s 29th birthday, it started out with the driver Sherman showing up late. He refused to pull up to the actual bars leaving us to walk blocks to our destination. Was rude and yelled at passengers for being asked to pick them up at actual bar entrance. We were told the driver is supposed to clean the bus after every stop and that didn’t happen. Then what they don’t tell you is everything left in bus at the end of the night is fair game for the driver to take. We came back in the morning to retrieve everything we left behind to find cases of beers and expensive bottles taken.

We rented the 32 passenger bus for my daughters 21st and it was the best decision we couldve made!!! Mr Charles was our driver amd he is awesome!!! The guys in the office were great too!!! Top Notch service across the board and the bus was even better than imagined!!! Super clean, super safe, super GOOD SOUND SYSTEM TOO and the level of quality is by far the best Ive ever experienced!!! We Will undoubtedly be using L3 limo for many more occasions to come!!! Disappointed in our experience with L3. This was a huge expense to our wedding, which I was already hesitant about since it literally cost more than we paid our videographer. Anyway, we booked their land yacht which is advertised to hold 39 passengers. Our wedding included numerous out of state guests, and we wanted to provide transportation from our ceremony to reception. We are all very average sized and we had 32 people on the bus...and that was with my brother having to sit on a cooler. I can’t imagine how this would have ever fit 39 people unless they were all middle school children. Many of my guests boarded the bus only to have to get off the bus and drive themselves. Super disappointing when we told everyone we would have transportation for them so they didn’t need to rent vehicles while in Florida. In addition, their Bluetooth music system was not user friendly, and they had no hand towels in the bathroom during COVID. Driver was timely so no issue there, just super disappointed I couldn’t deliver on the promise to my out of state guests to have transportation for them. We had a wonderful day with great vendors, minus L3.

LOVED IT! Just had their services for my daughters birthday party and they enjoyed themselves! Steve met me on the site and showed me around. Brought us onto the bus and showed us all the luxuries ama had answers for all my questions. I can tell when Im talking to a salesman and when Im talking to a person and Steceis definitely a PERSON there to help as much as he can . 2 days before the party Steve reached out to me in notified me that the bus I had chosen would not be available that day because it needed some things worked on... but instead of just called being a bad call and turned out to be a good one because he offered me an even better buzz because of the inconvenience they had a bathroom on it and a table in the middle for food. yes they do allow food on the bus but I only finger foods which is a PLUS!! A LOT OF SERVICES DO NOT OFFER THIS. But he offered us the presidential bus and my daughter and her friends had a blast!! a BIG THANK YOU also to THE DRIVER ERIC who is very professional and kept in contact with me the whole night! I will be using this great independent company in the future!

We rented the Executive party bus for my friends 27th birthday and it was a great experience all the way through! The company is very professional and respond very quickly to any questions. They sent us pictures of the bus and gave us a breakdown of the price. I was contacted two days before the event to complete the rest of the payment and then I was contact when the driver was on route to pick us up. We had Robert as our driver and he was extremely nice and professional! He made sure we had everything we needed and always gave us a helping hand getting on and off the bus! Highly recommend this company for any type of party!

Worst transportation service I have ever dealt with. I requested a 34-38 person party bus for my wedding send off. Not only were they not on time they sent an older shuttle bus with no working auxiliary cord to even play music, due to mechanical issues. Rather than calling my wedding planner they called my cell phone (the bride) and scolded me saying I would have known their plan if I had answered my phone during my wedding. Over an hour and a half later they finally sent me the actual bus I had reserved. The refund they provided me on the pricey purchase was just about 10 percent of what I had i paid. The driver was very polite during the entire ordeal and we had no complaints on him and once we got the bus I had purchased it was a quality bus. Upon calling to just complain about my experience, I was told how unreasonable I was to expect something not to happen. The gentleman also informed me how none of that is their problem, since they sent transportation, even if it was not what was requested. I was told I should understand their side and L3 Limo should be the ones complaining since they lost money on the night for having to find and use two buses for my wedding night. I would never recommend them for an event solely based on how they handled the entire ordeal.

The L3 limo party bus was amazing! The driver was great and even made sure that we used our time wisely, we had some leftover time booked so he made sure there weren’t any other places (the people left on board choose the strip club) he could drop us off. The bus came with many drinks to choose from when we got on and off; these included various sodas and water. The bus waited for us in the parking lot of the bar we went too and allowed us to use the restroom on board if we needed. The sound system was Bluetooth so it was super convenient to get pumped up on the ride to the afterparty bar.

Had a fantastic experience with L3 Limo! Rented a 13P Party Bus to shuttle our wedding party around for pictures and drinks before the wedding and it was one of the highlights of our day. Our driver was extremely professional, patient and flexible with minor changes to our plans and timing for picture locations. The bus was clean and a ton of fun to ride in. The only issue our group had was bluetooth connectivity to the entertainment system, which our driver was able to work around with an auxiliary cable. Overall a great experience!

Rented the Hummer limo expecting to get what you see in the posts they post of it, except its at least a 10 yr old model if not older that the A/C does not work properly at all.So the entire time that we rented it for 5 hrs and even though we complained nothing was done to fix it other then the driver putting his window down and the partion in between us to give us some air.The sound system worked for all of about 35min into our trip and then quit working.Oh the driver showed up 30min late also and then when he took the group of children to there birthday destination decided to tell the one parent that he would be leaving for about 1hr and would return as he was getting something to eat.Other then that Id highly recommend to stay as far away from these clowns as possible..!!

Worst experience ever. Please don’t hire this company. We booked a party last Saturday Aug 11. We have been planning it for over a month. My colleagues and I have made arrangements for sitter coverage, paid for costumes and outfits as well as logistics arrangements for being at the agreed start point on time.First issue: they called us to inform of a mechanical issue with the bus. We were flexible to accept the 1.5 hours delay on a grocery parking lot for them to arrive with the bus. They attested the bus was then in good and safe condition and they’d make up for the lost time to extend it at the end of the originally agreed party end time.Once we all have boarded and the journey began we started to notice yet more issues and when the driver was inquired about the intermittent power outage he explained the issues were indeed affecting the power brake and steering wheel therefore potentially putting everyone’s on the bus at risk. Then we had to of course drop off and end the party after less than 30 min of it being on so not to put the entire group in danger. We called back the owner but the company didn’t have a replacement bus to provide and it would take at least another 45 min to have a van coming over to take 37 folks back to our pick up spot in several turns so most of the group made and paid for their own transport arrangements back. What a disappointment :-( Now we’re discussing returning the upfront payment with the company but this is of course not enough to make up for all the other costs: Uber, costumes, sitter and such a terrible outcome for what we expected to be a great time for everyone.

We had Charles take us around Sanibel Island and Captiva. He was unreal!!!! So sweet and accommodating for 13 girls for a Bachelorette party. Can not say enough good things. Trustworthy, kind, great guy!!!

The owner and employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The party busses make a great gift for a bacholer or graduation party. I had a great time using their party bus and would definitely use their services again!

Best Party Bus Limousine Service in Tampa Hands Down! Great Staff Exceptional Service and The Drivers Are Professional Friendly and Courteous.

Bus driver was driving too fast. When asked to slow down he still don’t. The Bluetooth audio wasn’t working, nor was the usb audio working. I asked him to let Me know if I owed Anything at the end and he didn’t because cash would have been used. The bus was very spacious had a bar area that was very nice. He answered all my calls when ready for pick up.

I had the best time in my life during Gasparilla in Tampa Bay thanks to L3 Limo. The Party Bus had everything in it even a PlayStation 4 :). The driver was very professional and on time. See you next year!
