We werent too happy with this place. We got the mower home and it does NOT stay running! Today we took our mower to another shop because we refuse to give mower medics anymore money.The women that work there are extremely rude. We had requested that our mower be done by this last Friday and when they didnt call us, we decided to drop in and see how things were going. She rudely asked did we call you yet? I say no, were just checking because we were going by. She couldnt tell us anything and told us shed call. We waited and finally went on with our plans for the day and she called 20 minutes until closing time. Picking it up on Monday there was other woman in there and she was just as bad as the first. Just very rude ladies and we think we got a little overcharged for what little work they did. They couldnt have spent 3 hours on changing an air filter, spark plug and checking gas. They didnt even have 3 hours to work on it from the time we stopped in to the time she called right before closing.They overcharge, they are rude, and basically took our money and did NOT fix the mower. This place stinks!!!!

Great Ladies that work counter, work seems to be professional. Did additional work I didnt ask for and charged me, but overall ok.

Brought my chain saw and trimmed in for minor repairs; complete chainsaw came out good but expensive did items I didn’t order but ok. The head came off my trimmer; about $125.00 later picked them up . Chainsaw just like new. Trimmer first time use head fell off; same problem I paid to have fixed. Fortunately they told me how the fixed it and that gave me the knowledge I needed to fix it myself. Would have taken it back but didn’t try to use it until over a month later; knew they wouldn’t stand behind it!

I appreciate their honesty and customer service. I brought in a mower that wouldnt start. I was told they would diagnose and only fix if they could keep the cost under $85. I was also asked if I wanted an oil change, new spark plug, air filter, and blade sharpened. Knowing that I needed these items, I agreed to the additional services. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the mower. They said the carburetor was clogged and needed cleaning. They also did all of the other services, plus cleaned the dirt, grass, and grime off the mower. But I was told the blade didnt need sharpening, so they didnt think it was right to charge me for it. Also, all of the old parts were put in a bag, including the gasoline from the tank. And they filled the tank with fresh gasoline, All for less than $85. They have established themselves with me as very trustworthy.

Knowable staff, my only complaint is it smells of gass and oul really badly. Not a huge surprise but I think this could be solved. always get a head ach when I come here and the smell gets stuck in my hair.

Great customer service and pricing from the initial call Paula was very informative and professional, the tech witch I failed to ask his name did an awesome job too.and even clean the machine that sat in the rain and dirt at buzzs small engines for 2 full days and never even did a simple 15 minutes job. Great job mowers Medics just earn my business and many referrals.

Awesome place. I was driving all the way to Brandon(20 miles away) to get parts for my equipment because they were the only shop that sold parts for Echo, until I came across Mower Medics. Small shop, but they had the parts I needed, and were able to order the parts that they did not have. Very friendly owners and employees. This will be my new go to shop for Echo parts.

Great service and honest assessments. Whenever someone tells you, if the repair price gets close to the price of a new mower well call and ask you if you want us to continue youre dealing with down home folks. A+

Well, they were not open when I came to drop off my lawnmower, but I did not call first to see if they were open. There was a note on the door saying they had a training. How can I give less than 5 stars when they did nothing wrong? Will try again another time.

As a new homeowner I have no idea what I’m doing, and they were so awesome and helpful in getting me the mower i needed and giving tips on how to beat take care of it. Very honest people, will recommend them to anyone and plan on going back to them if any problems come up with my mower!! There is a reason they have been there as long as they have!

Okay repair shop they arent very good with notification as to when your equipment is ready for pickup and they could be a bit better at quality control concerning their repair procedure, but I will still go there for small equipment repairs and would recommend anyone to go their for their lawn equipment repair needs..

Put my old broke parts back on So I took my mower here because my pull rope broke (i let friend a barrow it). they told me I needed a new spring and the replacement rope I got was no good. So 2 days later its fixed I picked it up. 1st thing I noticed was the rope that they said was no good was on it. so take it home cut my lawn. 2 weeks later I go to cut my lawn and the rope pulls out looks melted I take work to have some look at it says the spring is worn out. I paid them $80 to replace this and I got my broken parts back. so keep this in mind of you go here I got ripped off.

Took mower here for diagnostic because Im clueless around its working parts (some wheel hardware in this instance). Waited over a week for quote that I decided to pass on, paid fee and took mower home only to find theyd disassembled many parts including filter, spark plug. Now spending unnecessary time trying to DIY it. Cant they at least return mower in the shape it came in?
