This company took our call and had us sign an agreement then said they were searching for provider in our area. They came and did a poor job cleaning then apologized and said they would come back to correct. We were happy about that, then to later receive an email saying they spoke to the cleaving service provider and basically said they couldn’t work with us and “good luck”. Do not hire this company!

New franchisee here. I dont normally do reviews but, My experience with Vanguard cleaning systems of Tampa was absolutely incredible.I did a lot of research, And met with quite a few franchises from north port to Tampa, And out of all of them Vanguard cleaning systems of Tampa was by far the best.  The Perkins family and Raphael welcomed me with open arms. I could tell they deeply care about theyre customers and franchisee. Everyone was like family them.If youre a business looking into getting cleaning services done. I can tell you as a new franchise owner. Our training Somewhat akin to Chick-fil-A level of customer service. It is all about taking care of needs our customers.If youre looking into purchasing a cleaning franchise. I highly recommend VCS Tampa. First of all Raphael is amazing and is always willing to answer questions. I initially went in there to purchase their lowest tier plan. And after Id already paid for my franchise. Another franchise owner walked into the office and she was happy and excited to see everyone. I spoke to her, and after over 5 years as a franchisee she couldnt say a single bad thing about VCS Tampa. In fact she was there to purchase more equipment to keep up with her growth. I went back into the office and upgraded to the highest tier plan and paid for it in full with a smile on my face

I Was very interested in Vanguard compared to Janpro, and receiving all of the company information to allow me to make a wise franchise decision. Spoke to a Regional Director Rafael who was extremely rude. Very unprofessional and did not represent Vanguard positively. The zoom call was sent over late after I had to follow up with him for documents and the zoom call, my webcam had a technical issue he asked if your cam has a technical issue why did you waste my time. I tried to explain I can see his presentation, Im still really interested in moving forward, he said Im not wasting my time talking to a black screen I need to see what a person looks like before I do business with you. I was extremely offended. The way person looks has nothing to do with doing business. If there is a technical issue in our virtual world at least be professional and polite. Thanking God I did not invest my 50K with this very unprofessional organization. Buyers beware. If I could provide 0 stars for unprofessionalism and eluding to discrimination I would.

Weve been using Vanguard daily for about 8 months and have not had a single complaint. Weve had large requests from new-move-in clean ups down to daily maintenance of a 6000+ sq foot office building. They take care of supplies, reminding us when we need things, and are timely with messages and invoicing. They are friendly, trustworthy, and think of everything for us. Would highly recommend for anyone considering a cleaning service.

Vanguard Cleaning Systems staff is the best I ever worked with and I have been in the Commercial Janitorial Business for over 20 years. We are very pleased with the service our office receives. I think weve been with Vanguard for 3 years now. A lot of it has to do with the companys cleaning representative - Khalid. He does a very thorough job and sometimes he has to do a little more because we created a bigger mess. =) He is VERY pleasant and professional at all times and we are fond of him as A PERSON and consider him one of our co-workers (that just happens to only come once a week!). This place is a lie, I agree with the previous one star review. They harass my work place all the time offering there services to which I am always politely declining. Most recent a woman named Tiffany called, when I told her we are happy with our cleaning services and misheard her name, she rudely corrected me and said she is not calling to make us change our cleaning service. I told her is she calling to provide a quote? She said no I am calling to ask questions. Then hung up on me. Total joke.

We came looking for a Franchisee opportunity an had orientation about the opportunities etc, the guy was very arrogant and we heard him complain we arrived early.... he gave us a very bad impression, not professional in some of the things he said.. never the less we choose another franchisee whit another company opportunity.
