We contacted GFC when COVID hit to get emergency disinfecting. They were responsive, professional, and efficient so we engaged them for weekly maintenance cleaning and disinfecting. They were responsive to any of our emergency requests and we feel we maintained a low instance rate throughout 2020 due to their service.We also had an emergency janitorial need and again their response was fantastic and they porter was great to the point we are continuing with this service.

Good place to work

We have used several companies to clean our office in the past. The problem is that they always do the bare minimum and overlook things that become a bigger mess. We have gone through several of the large cleaning companies and I have had to let each of them go. I did a lot of research this time and took quotes from several companies. I decided to go with General Facility Care (GFC) because they seemed knowledgeable and dependable. They had to do a deep clean before we started because of the lack of care from previous companies. When we came into the office after the cleaning, it was incredible. The tops of the cabinets were clean and the blinds were not dusty. I could go on and on, but they really did a great job. The best part is that I have the managers phone and text so if there is a problem, I can contact them personally. I would highly recommend GFC to any business looking for a cleaning company that cares about your business. I was nervous at first, but I found out they take pride in what they do!!!
