Had some cute, unique decor and what not. But wow the man working was VERY NOT-friendly. The woman working there seemed nice. Hit him, I heard him be rude/sassy to every customer in the store. I would not have made my purchase except I specifically heard him say it was not his store he just works there

Worst customer service! They almost seem annoyed customers are there. Will not be returning.

My fiancé and I heard great things about your store from a family friend so we figured we would check it out. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly staff. They were all very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We were so happy with their selection of invitations. We ended up writing up that day. We couldnt be happier and we highly recommend this place to anyone whos looking to get wedding invitations. The Write Stuff is amazing! Thank you guys so much!

While in the store shopping and planning on spending about $40 on this visit, my child was playing with a small mermaid and I got a good idea to come back for that as it would be nice under the tree Christmas morning for my 4 year old daughter. At the time the clerk looked down at my child and said Do not play with that unless you plan on buying it my child looked up and began crying, so I put the items that I was planning on buying on the check out counter as the other clerk was surprised as well and promptly walked out. I explained to my daughter that there are people like that in the world, but normally do not work in customer service. Needless to say, we will not be back and be careful should you dare bring a child in there

Josie and her team did absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!!! The invitations, envelopes, RSVP cards, and registry cards are beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. They also were great with communication, they always pick up the phone or reply to emails. They bared with us going through book after book of samples for about 2hrs.
