Also, not having parents or grandparents to accompany me Candace was patient, kind, funny and made me feel like I was worth the time! No rush and did everything to let me know what to expect/anticipate for the big day. The manager Laura was her right hand, even with a house full of clients they seamlessly made my second visit here worth all of the time and frustration I have been putting myself thru these past few weeks searching for the perfect dress! Ash worked directly with me and my fiancé to find her dress. We had an excellent time trying dresses and accessories to match our unorthodox vision. Ash was easy to approach, helpful and understanding, and with us through our entire experience: from start to finish. I honestly, cant thank her enough for helping my bride really resonate with joy.

Really disappointed in the selection. This place has been around since Mary had Jesus and it just doesnt seem as if they have upgraded any of the styles since. Staff is pleasant to work with and really worled for her commissions for our dress-fitting experience. Nevertheless, we sat there googling other bridal shop options because this one just wasnt it

My DB consultant, David, was a true pleasure to work with. He was kind and patient, listening to both what I said, & what my face & demeanor expressed without words! ;-D. He wasn’t pushy and kept my budget in mind. He was also very kind to my bridal party. The experience was a blessing, and I got to say yes to my perfect dress🔔!! Highly recommend.

I had what I assumed was going to be a look and see for possible designs and styles for my wedding dress. What it turned out to be was an amazing time, with an amazing professional that new his way around a wedding dress. David was spectacular. I told him what I wanted and he OVER delivered. I said yes to the dress and I am so excited!!!!! I thought this was going to be a nightmare, but it absolutely was a dream come true. We had only one week to find a bridal dress for my daughter, with a short timeline, and no dress…. We made an appointment today and Julia was absolutely incredible with assisting us with styles and came through with the last piece. A pearl top unit… a special touch. My daughter was super in love with her bridal dress assembly. Julia was amazing to work with and the staff were very nice, too

I had my bridal appointment on 10/01/21. Faith was incredible and took care of my me with professionalism, patience, kindness, and understanding. She was not my initial specialist, but took over after having an experience with another specialist which was not as positive. Faith made my family members and I feel special. I ended up purchasing my wedding dress, my mom purchased her mother of the bride dress, my mother-in-law purchased her mother of the groom dress, and I also got another formal dress for official engagement photos. Had it not been for Faiths artistic eye, empathy, and passion for what she does and understanding of the vision I wanted for the wedding, I might have walked out of the store and not made my purchase there due to the initial reception I had with the original rep to whom I was assigned, but it turned into an amazing experience. Faith is truly one-of-a-kind and was a pleasure to work with. I will only go to her for my wedding event needs moving forward.

We went there just to look. Well we left there with a dress. Jasmine was amazing. She helped us along the way through many dresses. We got a beautiful dress that Jasmine chose. Im so glad we went and didnt give up. Thanks again for all your help. We will definitely return again next shopping trip for dresses!

I had an amazing experience and “said yes to the dress” within 3hrs and 5 dress trials. Faith Kline-prue worked with us and she was the best. She is a professional sewer herself and basically can “eyeball your size” and picks great fits. She made sure our experience was great with a genuine helping hand!!! I loved the dress and every experience that led to saying to that one perfect dress ♥️

I had the honor of helping my nephews fiance pick out her wedding dress and Michelle was so accommodating to both of us. The bride and I became overwhelmed quickly, but Michelles patience never wavered once, even when we couldnt remember which dresses had already been tried on. She hustled back and forth multiple times to find other sizes and styles, cheerful the entire time and with her assistance, THE dress was found!

My mom and us bridesmaids went here to find ourselves dresses and faith was the most amazing help ever. She was super sweet, funny, and knew exactly what she was doing. From finding the brides perfect dress to the little accessories that went with them. She was just amazing, and her customer service was one of a kind. She then helped the bridesmaids get the dress they wanted too. It was just an amazing experience, she made it easy, simple, and fun! Ash was absolutely amazing, myself, my future mother in law and my best friend came in to look at dresses. When she approached us we instantly were happy. She is so sweet and worked with our budget. She picked out a dress that I liked it was gorgeous but in the end we tried another as well. As soon as I stepped out and looked in the mirror I fell in love. Ash even picked out a veil that complimented the dress. So I said YES to the dress. My bridal party will be back for their dresses and we will be working with Ash again.

It is ALL Kayleys fault I bought my wedding dress. I look gorgeous and I could not have done it without her. I bought my dress out of state but was able to get it fitted at Davids Bridal near my home. The seamstress was very thorough and attentive to detail. I am feeling confident that it will fit perfectly.

I bought a wedding dress that my family liked a lot and I thought it looked better on me than the others I had tried on; however, it wasnt my dream dress. After buying it I felt that it was just way too plain for my tastes. I didnt know what to expect from alterations but was told that they could change and add this and that, such as sleeves, etc. When I arrived I was greeted by Susan who would be doing the alterations on my dress. Susan had some great ideas on what we could do to improve the dress and her attention to detail was phenomenal. By the time we were done I was looking in the mirror at a completely different dress. I would definitely say that not only is doing alterations a lot of hard work, but thanks to how incredibly talented Susan is, I now I have the dress of my dreams!

I found my dream dress in only two sessions and I loved how all the staff worked together to make me feel comfortable. My stylist consultant, David, was amazing and was so nice and helpful with helping me choose not only an amazing dress but also my veil!

It is very frustrating when most dresses are too small to even try on so we appreciate that David’s bridal has the inventory in a variety of sizes. We have no doubt the bridesmaids dresses will be purchased from David’s bridal once the colors and style are narrowed down. We came in on a Sunday morning for a bridesmaid appointment. The store is very organized and we were able to pick a few dresses while waiting. We had Lauren as our consultant. She was super sweet and very helpful. It was a little busy but she was very attentive! She thoroughly answered all of our questions and had some good suggestions for sizing. We were able to get in and out in 30 minutes.

I had to go in for a fitting and I don’t have an amazing figure. I was treated with respect just as if I were o e if the brides. Staff is very friendly. I will continue using them for myself and will give their name to anyone look for a dress whether it’s the wedding dress, bridesmaids or any dress needed for a formal occasion.

I was not planning on getting a dress today as it was my first time going to try on dresses for my wedding. Chelsea was amazing!! Throughout my wedding planning experience I have dealt with several Davids Bridal locations since I have bridesmaids all over the country and my my mom and I live in different cities so we shopped both near her and near me. While the selection and offerings at all Davids Bridal locations are wonderful. My actual experience was by far the best at the Tampa store. I had an issue with my account that was causing my bridesmaids to get the wrong information, including my wedding date, which almost caused their dresses to come in after my wedding. One in-person conversation with Sandra cleared everything up. She was courteous the entire time and an absolute pleasure to work with. Lidia, my alterations lady, made standing mostly still for almost 2 hours actually fun. She made my mom and best friend feel extremely comfortable and made all of us feel beautiful. Everyone at this store is exceptionally talented in what they do and there is no comparison to the incredible customer service. It is also the largest store in Florida. My only regret is that I didnt just start at this location when looking for my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. I truly hope that someone in corporate sees this and gives Sandra and Lidia the praise they deserve!

We had a wonderful experience with Lauren today. The bridal gowns we had picked off the rack werent quite working out, but when I described my ideal style to Lauren, she picked out the perfect dress right away. Leslie from alterations was able to answer all our questions in detail as well. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we never felt rushed even though the store was busy. Im looking forward to coming back for alterations when my dress order comes in!

I had an amazing experience at David’s Bridal Tampa! I was feeling really nervous and discouraged after visiting a different store before going to DB, but after trying on one dress, I knew I was going to have a good experience! I went online before going to DB and took screenshots of all the dresses I wanted to try on. Upon getting to the store, I described to Ash, my stylist, what style and theme I was going for. She brought me almost every dress that I had screenshotted and I didn’t even have to show her them. She was amazing! I narrowed it down to two dresses and came back a second time to try them again. I spoke via text message to Nell who was super helpful and told me all the dresses I wanted were still in stock. Today I was helped by stylist Lauren who helped me say yes to the dress! And she was super helpful with my mom picking a dress too! Another thing that I liked was that all the dresses were super affordable. I didn’t have to turn any of them away based on price which felt great compared to the other place I went. Overall I would definitely recommend David’s bridal to anyone and I wish I could give the 10 stars!!

He helped pick a selection of stunning dresses that matched my preferences and so far, out of 14 dresses tried on at a few different shops, the my top 2 dresses were found here. 😏 Overall a great experience and I felt amazing the whole time!

My consultants Kristen and Ash were both phenomenal. They both oozed professionalism, vast knowledge and expertise. They were both personable and had bubbly friendly personalities. They were very attentive and listened to everything I requested and envisioned for my day and made it happen!!! They are both Saints amongst us and I’d highly recommend them to any and everyone! Mary was so sweet, patient, and helpful during my bridesmaid dress appointment today. She never once was frustrated that I needed so many options and that is valuable! Being made to feel like an inconvenience to someone who is employed to help you as a customer is not a great feeling, and I worried I’d get on her last nerve with all my requests. If I did, she sure didn’t show it! She had other appointments during mine and yet was extremely attentive to me individually, and the others too. I wish all service was as great as I got with Mary! The only reason I can’t give five stars is because of the 4 month lead time on several of the dresses I was most interested in, which is not the fault of anyone personally, but a bummer nevertheless. At the last minute we found a great alternative, though, and I’m happy with it!

Had my bridal appointment this morning and it was amazing! My first time trying on dresses and my consultant Casey was wonderful and walked me through the process. I never felt rushed or pushed to commit to a dress or purchase. When I found my perfect dress Casey and Sandra were almost as excited as I was! They brought tears to my eyes, gave me my perfect bridal moment, and made me so much more excited about my upcoming wedding!

I have been to a couple of David’s Bridals (including the one that I originally purchased my dress from) and none were as accommodating as this one! We changed our appointment last minute, then were late for our appointment and they were so gracious and still treated us as if we owned the place. Our consultant David was amazing- thank you for helping myself and my family! We will definitely recommend the Tampa store to friends.

UPDATE - My dress just came in and so I scheduled an appointment with alterations to get estimates based on a few adjustments I wanted to consider. Long story short, I was so discouraged that I almost returned my dress on the spot (including that she was standing on my dress and when I told her, she wasnt even apologetic). She really did take the magic out this experience. I have updated this review to note that the manager did call me the same day as this post and invited me to come back in and to have my questions addressed, etc.

I just had my Bridal fitting and my Bridesmaids fitting at this location and I couldnt have been a better experience! We loved working with Ms. Jessica who listened to everything that I was interested in and spent lots of time helping me find just the right dress! She helped me lock in the right look for my Bradesmaids making sure they accented my dress perfectly! She offered up accessories to put the finishing touches on my gown and I cried I was so thrilled! I also have to say that Ms.Sandra was phenomenal as well looking up countless dresses and their availability for my quickly upcoming wedding. Coming from someone who needed a last minute suit sizing, they did what they could to fit me in. Everything was fast and easy. Compared to other similar businesses, I was very pleased with their willingness to assist and everyone was very pleasant to speak with.

I have received 2 emails in the past three weeks that the dress I originally wanted was back in stock. When I click on the shop now button the next screen says it’s not available in any size larger than a 12. Why send the email. It just gets a girl’s hopes up for nothing. Cruel marketing

We went to Davids Bridal in Tampa to find my best friend a beautiful wedding dress in a hurry. Only 2 months before her wedding! We had to find the dress during that visit no matter what. Mia was our consultant, and she was absolutely fantastic! She pulled dresses that the bride didnt even know she wanted. She found the perfect gown and worked hard to make sure it could be ordered and altered in time for the wedding. The manager, Joanna, also provided excellent advice and made it the best!

I had an appointment this Friday for a bridal dress and I ended up getting one here. I love the dress, the guy that was helping me pick was very helpful and lovely, it would have been 5/5 stars.However it went quite sour when I was trying on a puffy, princess like dress that was around $1000, another staff member walked by to chat and when I told her was getting married at the courthouse she sarcastically said “ you’re getting married in THAT dress at the courthouse?”, I think it was quite rude and uncalled for.. made me and my in-laws feel quite awkward. My wedding had to be planned on a short notice due to my visa expiring so I did not appreciate the judgement.

Such a great time finding bridesmaid dresses at Davids Bridal. Jessica was the perfect consultant. It felt like she was another member of our party! She was so attentive and helpful, making the entire experience easy and so much fun. Thank you so much Jessica. You were a rockstar!

I had an issue with a dress I purchased at a different location but with my wedding being so close and unable to contact the other location I reached out to this store and was connected with Jenna. She immediately took action although the error wasn’t at her store and assured me she would do everything to help me. Jenna did exactly that! Reaching out, making calls and emails and keeping every word as far as keeping me updated on the outcome of her efforts. At this time and unknown to Jenna I was also dealing with a very serious situation in my family life and couldn’t even think about doing all of that on my own behalf. Her gestures of kindness and understanding were probably something she does without effort but to me they meant more than words can describe. Not only did she work to resolve my issue but called personally to make sure I knew she was still making sure everything was going as planned! Jenna I hope Davids appreciates your dedication and exceptional customer service!! You are a true asset to the brand!!

The Davids Bridal in Tampa on W. Kennedy is the absolute best. Went 2 weeks ago to the Fort Myers location and had a horrible experience. From the moment we walked in it was amazing. Sandra the manager was on top of it all. Setup my dresses, I had a binder with printouts 1-10....introduced us to David my consultant and it was the beginning of a princess experience. He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what the dress needed and what I wanted!! Left the store with gown ordered. My daughter(maid of honor) was able to try the colors and styles of dresses we were looking to purchase. She walked out with her dress ordered too!! Overall the best bridal experience a bride and her I Do Crew could ask for!! I want David with me on my wedding day!!

First time here and I had a really good bridal consultant girl believe her name is Aylassa . She was patient with me and accommodated every change and suggestion I made flawlessly. She made me feel comfortable and special. Mind you I’m 8 months pregnant all belly so dress shopping hasn’t been easy but she made sure i was comfortable nothing too tight on my belly and complimented my body . I Thank her for making my experience worthwhile!
