I stopped by the shop today to have a cup seal installed in a pallet jack cylinder which I had disassembled. I was ready to pay for the seal insatll because I thought it needed the special seal compressor tool. Then he showed me that the seal doesnt actually need any special tool to install because it just goes in easily by hand, and is then held in place by the bushing and snap ring. I thought it was supposed to go in some very hard to access part of the cylinder. They didnt want to charge me anything since it was such an easy fix. Very nice group of people there.

I have lots of hydraulic equipment, and lucky for me it hardly ever breaks! I had a pump fail on a dump truck, replaced it myself, and the RAM failed IMMEDIATELY after. I drove the truck out to JKOS shop and they IMMEDIATELY looked at it and told me it needed rebuild. They took the ram off the truck, let me drive home, and had me come back the next morning to reinstall. They are very organized and professional. It is rare to find courteous careful, caring, friendly service. A+

I had a problem with my hydraulic power trim and tilt on my Yamaha outboard. I was unable to remove the end gland so that I could service my PTT. I tried everything; took it to JKOS, they removed end gland and even polished the ram. These folks are first rate and eager to help out. Give JKOS a call, they can get you out of any jam.

Excellent shop. These guys not only service hydraulics, but also do custom machinework. If you cant find a replacement part you need (cylinder, piston) they can make one.If you have taken your hydraulics elsewhere, but they still arent right - JKOS can make it right.
