Ten years of mopping and the grout in our office looked filthy. I expected Grout Buster to bring in a loud mechanical scrubber but was pleased to see a team of three on their hands and knees literally scrubbing the grout lines. BEWARE OF FAMILY BUSINESS...DO NOT RECOMMEND! What a difference in service and workmanship within 6 months from the last time I used them for my other house. A picture says a thousand words! The pic on the left was the results after the initial service day. The crew of 4 also used a different color grout along some of the baseboards than the grout lines Some of which bled onto the darker grout lines in areas. As you can see from the pics, they did not properly clean the tiles. The sales rep was defensive when I called to complain of the results. A week later, they sent 1 employee to correct the situation of which she left early due to illness. Company did not communicate when someone would be back to complete the service. When I called for my confirmation date, the owner said we dont call youre on the board for service. When 1 employee did return, she spent most of her time on the phone and took 2 breaks within 3 hours. The photo on the right illustrates the after results of the first photo and what she considered to be clean. She slammed the door and left. They dont deserve even One Star!

Shower material used never dried despite 3 re-dos. Sent someone who said he had never done a shower before. Failed to answer my last call for help. Certainly never offerred a warranty.Plumber was hired to fix the non-drying goop they installed. Plumber stated wrong material used, costing me an additional $249.*Reply for Owner is not what happened, in my opinion. Defending their work is understandable but I did NOT have standing water, at all. The problem was old grout. You are confusing the bathtub grout/tile with the shower.The two man team sent is true but the guy working on the shower did not know how to get the grout out, told me so and told his co-worker, who did end up doing the job after I asked him to stop chiseling my tiles.The phone message that was not returned was NOT just to ask for a referral. It was a call of sadness that I still had wet grout despite three attempts and to discuss what the owner and I had previously discussed about her knowing someone else that could help. No call. I waited for follow up and was disappointed to be left with no follow up.I wasnt messing with it with my finger! I was feeling it to see if it had dried!Lets call it a day and, please, stop this. Three attempts, still wet grout. $250 to a plumber who had the expertise to know that you dont put chualking in a shower floor.

Had them re-stain a 4 year old shower / bathroom floor that was showing the standard South Tampa red stains from the iron in the water. They did an amazing job. Attention to detail was excellent. Super customer service. Travis and Anthony hand applied epoxy based sealant to all the grout in the tile floors and showers. They also came out on short notice and did the job on Friday/Saturday so we could move into our new build home the following week after closing.
