He was to send a complaint and I asked to speak with the regional manager. He said expect it to be with in 24 to 48 hours. It has been a week and that hasnt happened.

The communication was good. The installation went smooth. Everyone was friendly.

My husband noticed some loose screen on our second floor. When the technician came and reviewed our entire installation, he said it was not completed correctly and they immediately scheduled to remove and replace the entire product. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Leaf filter do not honor their guarantee. I purchased the product back in May of 2020. My gutters are clogged and they want to charge me a service fee for coming out to clean them out. That is not what they said in their guarantee. Never climb a ladder again a lie I have to climb my ladder today August 24th to clean out my gutters because they will not come out and clean them without you paying them please save yourself a lot of headaches do not purchase this product theyre liars and thieves

We have almost 700 sq ft of gutters and the installation team worked diligently and completed the install in one day! Thats impressive....To top it off one of our installers is a previous roofer and pointed out a fault to how our new roof was installed so we could get it fixed and not have problems in the future. Truly incredible service, we are happy to recommend to all our friends and family.

Terrible, terrible experience! My 84 year old mother saw the commercial on TV and called for an inspection and quote. The sales rep was very aggressive and manipulated her into signing a contract when she just wanted an estimate and to think about it. So, the system was installed in October 2020. Since that installation she has had to clean the gutter over the lanaii many times and has also had it cleaned professionally twice, to no avail. Leaves and debris just pile up and the patio is filthy. The system DOES NOT WORK!!! Then we find out the only gutter cover placed was over the lanaii! No other gutter on the 2,500 square foot home has a cover! And the worst part is that they charged her $2,700.00 for a cover on the existing lanaii gutter, which is 27 years old!!! $2,700.00!!! And she still has debris accumulating on the gutter cover from her trees. It is a mess. Now we are trying to get the system removed and a refund since it does not work. We have been trying for almost 2 months. Very difficult to get thru to customer service and when you do they say You will get a call from the home office. Needless to say, the home office never calls back. We finally got an appointment for today to have the system removed. Appointment was scheduled for a time window of between 8 am to 12 noon. No one showed up, no phone call. When I called customer service I was told You will get a call from the home office. PLEASE, PLEASE stay away from this company. Dont believe ANY of the positive reviews. You will get ripped off!!! So disgusted!!!

Extremely overpriced! I recommend for anyone looking for gutter filters to look up the cost of them on home depot or lowes and compare to what they are charging you..its insane! I know a local handyman that can install these for half of what they are charging. For 19 ft they charge $2000. You can buy it and get it installed by local handyman for half that proce. So sad that leaf filters is robbing people during a pandemic..

Leaf Filter covered the gutter in the rear of our home since that was the only one which gets clogged up by pine needles. Excellent job well done.

I installed for this company and know for a fact they are ripping off their customers in a rediculous way! They overcharge their customers and underpay their installers. I would not recommend anybody use this company.

Lifetime warranty does not apply to poor workmanship only applies if system clogs. Company charges $95 to send someone out to repair. Very misleading.

Mixed reviews. The sales made promised that were not fulfilled during the installation. During the sales process, there was much back and forth about price. They came down to the price I established at the beginning. Their first approach was 200% higher than I had planned. Eventually they came down to my price. anyone considering this company, set your price and don’t go any higher, they WILL come down.The sales person said that a “TEAM” would be coming to do the install. One person showed up and he doesn’t work for the company, he is a contractor.The sales person said that the old bolts would be removed and replaced with these new hardware. This didn’t happen. The installer said that the old hardware would NOT be replaced. Additional hardware would be added IF necessary, it wasn’t necessary.The sales person said that the gutters would be adjusted so the rain would move down the gutters, the installer said that this was not a part of the installation.The sales person said that the downspouts would be cleaned out, I was told to get a shop vac to clean them out.The sales person said that the leaves would run off the gutter and we would never need to go back on a ladder to deal with the leaves. The installer said we would need to clean off the screens covering to make sure the water drained properly.The sales person used a standard contract which does not mention any of the promises made during the sales presentation.

Leaffilter North of Florida did a good job until they finished. They left a dirty, filthy mess on our front porch walls and windows. When we contacted them they promised on more then one occasion to come back out and pressure wash our walls and windows and clean up their mess. They also agreed to correct our contract to the right name so we could file for the warranty. 10 days later we can not reach their office and they have not followed through with our agreement. Do not pay this company until they have finished the job and completed all the things they agree to do. Look at the mess they left with the pictures that are attached.

Generally I wouldn’t write bad reviews, but my experience with this company was absurd. I received one of their ads, so I called to possibly obtain their services. As a woman asking about MY property, the woman on the phone asked when will my spouse be available to talk. I said I can do it, she then asked again in another manor. I told her this question was invalid and I said I make my own decisions, that this is a sexiest question and it is not needed. She then asked again, when will it be an appropriate time for you in your spouse to be there? I couldn’t believe this was the service being provided. In 2020 or any time truly, it’s unacceptable and truly rude as can be. Wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Might not sound like a big deal but it’s very offensive and very appropriate, and extremely unbecoming for a company.

STAY AWAY--DO NOT TRUST GUY WHELER OR THEIR SERVICE/WARRANTY SERVICE!!My sales representative was Guy Wheeler. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!! He showed up and the first estimate was over $1200 to install a gutter guard on about 40 feet of gutter. I thought that was high so he rambled and wrote some stuff on estimate and said, How about $720 if we can do it right away. The company tries to gouge you first and then reduces their price nearly 50%. I paid them before I inspected the job because it is a rental. They wanted to get paid so came to my house to get the check. Upon inspecting the job, I have some gutter guard that is not attached. I have left several messages for Gary and at the home office an no one has the common courtesy to even call me back. ONCE YOU PAY THEM, YOU WILL NOT GET A RETURN CALL FROM ANYONE. STAY AWAY!!!

This was going to be a 3 star review, but ended up making it to 5 stars because of the company rep (Randal) and the second subcontractor who did the installation.First, the positive. The product is pretty great. And our rep was pretty straightforward and dealt with us honestly. This will come into play in a big way.Second, the negative. The installation process relies on subcontractors... This is a variable that seems to be the link in the business model of the company. Ours didnt show up, said they would be there the next day, then didnt show up again.Enter Randal. He stayed in touch, dealt with issues on his end, and kept all of his promises to us. Its largely because of his efforts that we stayed with the project.And finally, the second subcontractor. This guy was polite, a solid worker, pleasant, and cleaned up after the job. Sadly, I dont know his name but, if he ever reads this - thank you sir, we appreciate your efforts.Thus, in closing, its a great product but make certain that your company rep is a stand up guy who is willing to stick with the project until everything is complete and youre satisfied. If you can do that, youll walk away with a great product and a good experience.

Randal came by the house and gave us a presentation and measured out the area. He was very friendly and professional to my girlfriend and I. I had a coupon for a certain percentage off which he honored. It was 7:30pm and he still was able to get a crew out the next day to get the job done. The crew that came actually put less gutters up than necessary and I will be receiving a credit back for the unused portion. Overall, great communication and expertise from the staff.

The LeafFilter gutter protection concept sounded too good to be true, but it does work as advertised without question.

Leaf gutters were very professional and I was very happy with everyone that came to install them. They are a bit more expensive than the regular gutter companies but a 50 year warranty will last a lifetime being in my 30s. Thanks for the great customer service and timely installation!

Very impressed from the minute our sales rep, Guy, entered our home. He gave an excellent presentation which detailed every positive aspect about the product.On the install day the installers were efficient and did a walk around to show us the work that was done.I was especially impressed with the product that was put on the gutter connecting the screen cage to the house.We never need to worry about our gutters again.

DO NOT BUY LEAF FILTER GUTTER GUARDS! It is just a year since we had our new gutters with Leaf Filters installed. We had problems with all the Leaf Filters buckling and popping up within weeks We have dealt with the Charlotte, NC office ( the worst ), the Greenville office (2nd worst) and the national office. Dozens of phone calls, 6 missed appointments, an inebriated installer who backed into our wooden handrail and ruined it, a company that does not stand by their product and does not return phone calls. In short.....a very expensive time wasting nightmare. Our Leaf Filters are still malfunctioning and no one at the corporate office will get back with us. The Greenville office sent someone out to check them recently who said “They should not be buckling like this until they are at least four years old. They must have been defective.” He wrote up all the problems and promised he would see they got fixed. We never were able to get them out for the repairs. Did not show up for two appointments. I wish I could give this company a negative rating. The worst experience I have ever had with a home improvement.Update: After more than a year since installation our leaf filters have finally been repaired and are working properly. (In North Carolina) I am not changing my star rating because no one should have to go through this, however, I will say that when they are put in correctly they work great.

The installer showed up 5 minutes after the scheduled start time (8:05am for a 8 - 10am start), he did a great job on the install and cleared up all the pieces he didnt use. The gutters were cleaned as he moved along. Im currently waiting for rain to fall so I can see how well they work.

I had a salesman named Kalvin Kress from the ft Myers office come out to give me a quote on gutters with leaf guardsAfter he had measured and drawn pics we sat down and he gave me a quoteImagine my surprise when he quoted $9,197 but if I signed today it would be only $6083!!!Since then I have read many bad reviews for this companyAnd I got another estimate for seamless gutters with leaf filters for $1600!You want to match that Kalvin?

This was a great investment. The quality is good, and the representative was professional and the price was reasonable for piece of mind.

I gave this company a 5-star rating after I had some work done, and I was pleased enough that I paid to have additional work done. The problem is with their SERVICE. I scheduled a service visit and it has been re-scheduled on me THREE TIMES NOW and each time, I do not get any calls, nobody arrives, and I do not get a call later on to re-schedule. Each time I have to call and ask what happened, and I learn that I am rescheduled for a future visit. Each time is several weeks later- I think they work on a geographic rotation so if they skip you, you have to wait a minimum of a few weeks for another chance. Honestly I cannot think of another situation where I have had such a run-around with a service request. I am starting to think I will never get a service visit.

My gutters was installed this past Thursday. I was told the price included the entire house with the exception of the eve. I confirmed that for my understanding several times. Well, Thursday the back end of gutters was not installed. No one could get in touch with the representative that came out to my home. I was given Patricks number who I was told is the head man of this establishment. I have called him several times with no return call. I have left messages with the service department and still no return call. I have explained the entire situation to everyone. The two phase installers and the women on the phone who just transfers me to an answering machine. Still nothing... the next call will be to the finance company to hold payment until it is RESOLVED. Otherwise, the concept of these gutters are great. I havent had the chance to experience its function yet.

When I went to leave a slightly negative product review comment on their Facebook ad, they quickly deleted my comment and blocked me.It seems they only have or allow positives and no criticism. Some of the comments are clearly fake too.This speaks volumes of the company.All I said was,These guards dont really work as they advertise. I probably wouldnt purchase them again.

I hated these...Rainwater didnt even enter my gutters during heavy rainfall. It would just flow off the roof as if there were no gutters.My wife paid to have these put on our rental property and they were a HUGE waste of money. Shingle sediment collects in gutters along with mud and taking the guards off to clean out gutters and downspouts was such a pain, that I left them off and threw them out.

I called this company 2 weeks after initial installation regarding a leak in my gutters. After no apparent response I called back and was told that they had left 3 messages. Upon checking my messages for the dates they described I did find 3 messages in undecipherable English that I dis regarded. I was then told by a person at the Tampa office that the person who called me did have a heavy accent but they were able to understand him.Leaf Filter please get your act together.

Installation was done very professionally and with great care.

They would not schedule a time to come out for the free estimate as advertised on the post card unless my spouse was present. I didnt realize that companies still operate with a 1950s mindset that the woman of this house cannot make decisions and spend money. The representative on the phone mentioned it was because of the warranty. This is false information. There is no legal mandate that says that a spouse needs to be present for an estimate. Ladies, call a company that is operating under a modern mindset.

Gutters replacements

Had new gutters installed as well as a leaf filter on one side where theres a tree. The installation was quick and it looks nice.

The staff here is on the ball, their customer service skills are fantastic.

$10.49 per linear foot! Double what anyone else charges. $10.49 a linear foot an my gutters have failed twice. The gutter can not do what the gutter is supposed to do. It will overflow kind of pointless to have the gutter especially for the premium price. If you want the Leaf Filter installed because that IS NOT included that is $28 per linear foot! There customer service will not call you back. I would leave no stars for this scam of a company but that is not an option. Be smart and stay away.

All is well unless you need service then they ignore you.... you could wait 3-4 days before they would even call you back for an appt.... it a good business idea....

I Had 2 appointments for installation, the 1st on May 2nd at 8AM, No Show got a call at 9:15, their vehicle supposedly broke down, rescheduled for May 16 No Show no Call. I have cancelled my installation, they are not the only company that installs Gutter Guards!! BUYER BE WARE!!!

I just got gutters put up, the man come out and gave us an estimate, showed us everything, it was a little pricey, but they were here the next morning, took about 4hrs. The only thing I would say negative is, (not really complaining,) they didnt clean up the pine mess, that they took out of the gutters, and there was ALOT!!

They take a lot to f pride in service after the sale

My parents spent $11,000.00 on new gutters & leaf guards and a metal mesh screen installed over the gutter between the back porch and the Lanai. When it rains water runs over the metal mesh screen and makes a waterfall all along the the width of the back porch. Before the installation was started the salesman told my parents how much better the metal mesh would work for the gutter on the Lanai. We finally got the company to send an installer out to remove the metal mesh and stop the waterfall but the installer did not remove anything. We gave him copies of the three videos that we took of the water running over the gutters on three different occasions and he told us that he would get back to us soon. That was three weeks ago. Calling the business phone number gets you ten to twenty minutes of being transferred around like a game of duck duck goose.The gutters and the leaf filters work and look very good we have no complaints with that part of the installation BUT their unwillingness to remove the metal mesh from the Lanai gutter and the way they have handled this whole situation is totally unacceptable. I will update this review as soon as or if we finally hear back from Leaf Fitter.

Best product, best price!

I originally saw their product at a display and wanted it for my business. I called four times and finally practically had to beg somebody to call me back. When I finally did receive a call, the salesperson stated that they had seen my building on line and that the gutter system was part of my building and they woudnt be able to install their gutters on my building. I contacted three other companies who actually took time to come to my building and all looked at me puzzled when I told them what the salesperson from Leaffilter had told told me . It basically comes down to the fact that if their customer service is so poor in even getting an estimate, why would you trust them to be there after the installation.

Installation day: No show no call. Disappointed in the level of customer service, if you can call it that.
