From the day I walked in your showroom and was greeted by Louanna to the moment your team of professionals came this morning to pick up the tables and chairs, EVERYTHING was PERFECT!! Louanna helped me calculate the appropriate number of tables and chairs and the morning of the event the delivery guys were here promptly to drop off exactly what we reserved. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Our approximately 80 guests had an evening they will never forget!!

I am in the catering business and have rented several times from many different companies. This is the worst party supply store I have ever dealt with. They repeatedly fabricate damages to their supplies then overcharge the customers again and again. They also charge for stains on the tablecloths that have been professionally dry-cleaned and that are not visible to the naked eye, but that they can see with a special light. Conveniently, they do not let you examine the tablecloths with the special light when they are delivered. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Boy did I dodge a bullet with this company! After reading these reviews and the managers response to one, glad I didnt rent from them. Also, keep in mind they keep your credit card on file. I work for a company that hasnt rented from them in years and our credit card is still on file. Not a good or safe business practice. They did not offer to take it off, either. Glad I went with Fiesta Solutions.

Customer service extremely awful. I dont know how they get away with having front desk staff members who are completely rude and unhappy. Product ok, pretty simple rental, so there obviously shouldnt have been a problem... but dont know if its worth the misery involved in working with their sales ladies
