The entire team was incredible helpful and came through with 3 UTVs for us the day before we needed them in a last minute pinch. Highly recommend for any rental needs.

Rented an (almost new) towable lift - was told to make sure it had gas in it before returning it so I wouldnt be charged $10.99/gal upon returning it. Although the ELECTRIC BATTERY OPERATED lift doesnt take any gas, I just said ok and walked out. The guy at the counter (Leon) came out to help hook it up to the truck but never disengaged the parking brake on the trailer/lift. After being towed 40min to the job site, the brakes were smoked. After using the lift for 30min, the batteries were almost dead. After calling and advising them the lift was stuck in the up position and couldnt get it down, we were told they would send somebody out to help. An hour later the tech was still sitting at the shop trying to read the owners manual. Needless to say, we managed to get it back down and dropped it off immediately after and was told we wouldnt be charged for the usage. 20min after leaving I receive a call stating the lift was damaged and would be charged for the damages. I turned around and went back to find out that somehow the tongue/coupler was smashed in and bent sideways. At this point the lift was in a different location from where we originally dropped it off so theres no telling what happened between the moment the guy picked it up with the forklift and took it around back. I spoke with the manager Chris who agreed that theres no way a truck couldve done that the way it was smashed and bent. Almost a week later after no word or phone call, my account was charged $300 without me knowing. I called and spoke with them and was told I was being charged for the day as this would be cheaper than charging for the damages. The argument continued over the phone and I will be filing a dispute over this to get my money back. Nobody there knows what theyre talking about and have terrible customer service. Never go back and will tell everyone about this that I know that is in the lawn and landscape industry as well.
