My first rental with High reach went great. However, we had a change of plans with the second rental and called to cancel the rental within 30 minutes of placing the order. As well as later on that day emailing the sales rep I was working with to confirm it was cancelled. I never got a response and then the the lift showed up and my credit card was charged even though the order was thought to have been cancelled. Come to find out they called the shop manager at the office (who by the way was never on any paperwork that I filled out for them as an authorized agent on the account) to ask if it was ok to deliver. He said it was ok, without having any knowledge of the order as he didnt place it, but they lied and told him that I placed the order even though I had cancelled it. Apparently when you cancel an order with High Reach, they dont accept that and decide you need it anyways even without authorization by the account holder and will just call any random person that works at the same company as you to confirm the order. They will not respond to anymore emails from me asking for a refund. I am now going to have to dispute this charge with my credit card company. Good thing I have all the emails and paperwork to back it up I guess! Thanks High Reach for wasting my time.
