Radco Residential/The Radius at Tampa Palms- Recent experience with the Leasing Office Associate Rachel and the entire office. I would like to commend their professionalism in the way they service the community.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. First, during office hours, went to the office it was locked, i knocked and the lease specialist opened the door, and said dont you see its locked im on my lunch break what do you want and I only needed to fill a laundry card. I told the lady my apartment number and when my lease would be expiring and i would not renew due to poor service, constant run around when searching for answers. I moved out since November, it is now March. I still have not received any contact about paying the whole month of November (even though I moved out on the 14th) or anything about my original security deposit when I first moved in. Ive constantly called and either left voicemails or been told let me get you info to a closing specialist with NO CONTACT. Now I received a letter for a bill for over 400$ with NO CONTACT. I called the number they provided for the director of receivables and still continue to leave voicemails. Now they want to threaten collection EVEN THOUGH NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURNS ANY PHONE CALLS! The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with
