Dan and Kevin did an amazing job with my prototype. I didnt have a lot of experience with 3D printing, so I wasnt sure how to answer most of the questions they had. I visited their location and Kevin showed me examples and educated me on the strengths and weaknesses of the different techniques. I couldnt be happier with the service, cost, and finished product. Not sure what else to say... These guys are awesome!

I had an idea for a better bucket handle . After considerable effort I made a prototype. Now I needed a CAD file created by a design team so that an injection mold could be made to facilitate the handles production . I ran into a brick wall . Many of those who claimed to be designers were sub par . It was time consuming, frustrating, and expensive . I finally discovered EMS . Marshall Hayden examined my design, said no problem, and within a week and perfect CAD file had been created . A week later a perfect 3D print of my design was created . I was blown away . EMS has the talent and has invested in the equipment to maximize that talent . I am grateful for their commitment to quality . I am confident that you will be as well .

I contacted EMS about a product I wanted them to help me design. Not only did they come up with some great ideas, they were able to do all the 3D design in CAD. They also built me a rapid prototype model using their Z Corp color 3D Printer. If you are looking for 3D scanning, product design or rapid prototypes I would highly recommend them.
