I reached out to these people to get signed, sealed plans for an on ground deck and pergola in my 55+ community so I could get a permit to proceed. They collected $300 to visit my home to see the site. Two weeks later they demanded $2500 to proceed with the plans, saying that the $300 was only to visit the site. As the materials and construction were only going to cost me $1500, I decided that this was another bureaucratic rip off of the public. So instead Ill plant grass. Kudos Alex.
