They send people to locations with no way back home ! My man who’s 20 years old was out in the hot sun and then in the rain all day and the most the lady did was Uber him 20 minutes up the street from the job site to the nearest Trojan labor that she knew was already closed and had him dropped off there .. he got off work at 6 he didn’t make it home til 10 pm because I called a friend for a favor !

Rachael is Awesome!!! Even if you get off past 6 when the office is closed, she makes sure you get paid! The pay isnt the best but lets be honest, Nobody would work there if they didnt have some sort of issues! The staff is fair and treats everyone equal in my opinion. Called to get paid, after waiting over the weekend. Ashley said, Ill take care of it right now. 5 hours later I call, Ashley says Im working on It, but right now Im busy with payouts. Not the first time Ashley has neglected to do her best.

If you are in desperate need of work and cant find any jobs of any sort and you have to come here, make sure this place is your last resort. Basically have a very good repeat if not dont even bother coming to this place. The employees are never sure if there is any work available ahead of time, another words you will just have to show up early around 4 or 5 in the morning only to get turned down or denied a job just completely wasting your morning and your valuable time and they seldomly have work rarely anyone gets sent out anymore here. Another issue is transportation not enough drivers are there to get people to the place and back to trojan so if you have transportation of your own good if not your chances of getting sent out to job site are very slim not to mention the employers are very rude and disrespectful to the laborers especially Lorraine. She is incredibly rude and also plays favorites. She picks and chooses who she wants to sent out and it doesnt matter if you show up everyday for a job or not if she doesnt like you she will not send you out and the worst part is if you were to request a certain job that no one else asked for she will purposely give the job away to someone else who did not ask for it and she has been known to do this because its happened to me and other employers who show up to work, I could rant more about this place but thats as far as Im gonna go. Bottom line there is very limited jobs here so have a good repeat job, if not dont work here at all and if you can avoid this place at all cost, please DO SO.

Its been a while since Ive been here but when I was, I would get sent out almost every day. If the office was closed I would get a hold of Ashley or Rachael an they would get me paid as soon as they could. Usually within 10min or so. Not really sure if they still work here tho. It has been a while tho but they do have work for anyone that gets sent out.

Ashley n rachel have been a blessing to me n i give my prayers for the understanding they have for theyre workers. Paris
