This company has called me constantly for months. It is harassment at this point. It is unbelievable to me that a staffing company is this unprofessional. Seriously I get calls on Wednesday and Friday every week. Occasionally twice on one of those days even. The times they call too... 10:30am or 2:00pm. Typically those would be pretty standard working hours.... might not be the best time to call if you were a serious engineering staffing agency getting ready to ask me to interview with your job opportunity while I am at my current job.
The guy who runs it doesnt have any real merit
I recently moved to NY from Philadelphia & I was still working in South Jersey. So my daily commute was 2 & 1/2 hours each way & that was without traffic. Derek & Josh called me about a position with a company 30 minutes from NY & after only my 2nd interview I received an offer letter. Derek also called me a few times to check on things & to make sure everything was on schedule. Thanks to them my daily commute is now only 30 minutes each way so I have nothing but goods things to say about this company.
They will spam you incessantly and refuse to stop when asked. They will not contact you, but send you reminders that you are supposed to call them at predetermined times. Not very professional in any way, shape, or form.
Very disappointing. I was contacted both on the phone (left message) and by e-mail by one of your associates, Mr. Devon Small. Your standard letter used my correct name, so I assumed that I am not just a statistical mass mail entity, but someone whose resume was read and presented some interest for further discussion. I returned the call today, got in touch with Devon Small, who not only sounded sleepy and confused, but had no recollection of writing to me, or receiving a reply with an updated resume in the attachment. When I told him the date of my e-mail, he finally found it, but continued showing total lack of interest for any follow-up and just mumbled: Send it again. I asked if I was contacted in a mass mail totally impersonal scheme, he said, Yes. I said I dont see much point in continuing this conversation and Devon seemed relieved that he can continue going about his business, whatever it was, but for sure not recruiting. My only question is: Does Devon has a future with Futures Consulting?
